An older book with neat introductions to a field of early study. Well researched, and gives language that’s considerate of its target audience, outside an academic space. Sheds some clarity on the early learnings of research that’s been 40 years removed.
Written in 1959, this book gives the minimal possible information available for that time on group dynamics. I'm pretty sure I read it in less than an hour. It's short and not very informative for anyone actually studying group dynamics. It also isn't a great historical text because it tells us next to nothing about the time period within which it was written.
