Well, I’ll admit, I started reading this prior to buying a home, and had put a down payment on one about halfway through (just weird timing - I read this because it was in the stack of books my mom owned that I had never read before that I’m working through). Now I’m a little scared to be a homeowner, but glad I know where to come when I need to fix things! I love the list in the back as well - a schedule for upkeep, thank you!!
