These are desserts so they are not about 1) eating healthily, 2) controlling caloric intake 3) watching carbs, fat and cholesterol! On the other hand... the pictures are lovely, the ideas behind the recipes are tempting and desserts are not really for everyday anyway. So it will take a while to try out those I'd like to taste. THe one disappointment is that many of the cake recipes call for a cake mix.
