Repetitive, oftentimes even within the same chapter. Parts seemed like padding to expand the word count. Some IT explanations were digressions or incorrect (at one point using bits and bytes interchangeably, despite having properly defined them earlier in the book). On the accounting and auditing side, it was much better.
