The Gods Are Not Dead

What will you be if nothing could stop you? What would you do if you knew you were indestructible?

Everything in Shaurya’s life was comfortably mundane until he discovers his special, newly acquired abilities.

High on this newly attained aleatory power, he is restless, wandering aimlessly. He doesn’t know how to use his abilities for the benefit of humanity. But when he meets Megha, a mysterious yet sagacious woman, his life gets the explosive spurt he needed.

Driven by a desire to serve, Shaurya’s path will be tough. Only Megha can teach him how to navigate the edge effectively. In their partnership, she is the Aristotle to his Alexander; the Chanakya to his Chandragupta. She directs, and he performs. Together, they complement each other perfectly.

Their vision is mammoth and their path precipitous, but they are willing to give their all, no matter what the cost. Sometimes, it takes just one Sisyphus to change the world. Or perhaps two. But no matter how many times the boulder rolls down, the process must start again—ad infinitum.

Maybe it’s God’s will. Or maybe not. But He is certainly not dead. He will never be.

Liked it totally

When I was reading this book, I felt like whatever ever happening in this book, I saw those things, it's like right in front of me.
I like the plot line of this story, it's well-written and easy to catch up with the story.

This story is all about Shaurya, he is an ordinary man who thought that he is the best and who has the courage and strength to go fishing when there is a bad weather condition, even in the wind and heavy rain, he can catch fish, that was his statement, so, he decided to go fishing on bad weather to prove his strength.
He didn't know what is waiting for him in the ocean. While he is trying to catch fish, the weather is very bad, he can't able to catch any fish, still, he is trying so harder. When he was putting in so much hard work there, there is some kind of situation that happened, so he returns home. When he reaches home he notices something that in the bag, it's kind of a tool and he doesn't know, where that tool came from. Read this book to find out what will happen after that, and what are situations the tool put him on.

It's a kind of story that gives a message that you're what you're and you know your capacity of yourself, you can't prove yourself in unwanted situations and it's necessary and you can't ignore what is happening in the universe and you can't go against the nature and universe if you do like that, you'll gain problems and you will be pushed into difficult situations and also it will affect everyone who around you and the world too.
While reading this story, I came to know more about Hindu gods and their points of views Bout gods and all. I enjoyed reading about the morals of human philosophy and the connection between God and humans. Check out this book if you guys like to read mythology and fictional motivational books.

The Gods Are Not Dead is a book in which the protagonist gains a superpower that allows him to become (almost) completely indestructible, and how he attempts to use that power for the greater good. The book tries to tackle the vast concepts like the existence of gods, atheism, illusions, and spiritual gurus that are so prevalent in India.

The book starts with a strange incident of self-killing that the author tries to relate to a curse on an ancient artifact. Neither this curse, or these opening characters, nor the artifact are referred to anywhere in the story thereafter. Why was it cursed? No idea—maybe these were simply meant to serve as an introduction, but they felt like open threads to me.
There were one or two sections in the middle where Shaurya and Megha, the main characters of this story, discussed philosophy. Those passages were probably the deepest-sounding ones in the whole book. The names of several philosophers (some known to me, others new) were thrown around like pennies—Socrates, Descartes, Schopenhauer, Ayn Rand, Kant, and Wittgenstein—to name a few. For some reason, I had developed a dislike for Shaurya's character, and each new incident just seemed to add to it.

Overall, the plot is good, but it definitely needs some polishing. Some sections felt okay; many others, not so much.
A few lines that I enjoyed,

"Humans require pointless, nonsensical stuff and artworks of mediocrity, as much as they require reflective and cerebral material."

"If you are a nobody, you are free. The day you become somebody, attain power, you lose your freedom forever."

"I sought refuge in books of every kind. It helped me—the literature. At the same time, it messed up my brain and made me incredibly curious."

The title of the book is quite interesting and exciting, but I must point out that the first line of the preface reads, "I am God." next comes the description. The novel absolutely caught my attention at the same time. Here, I'll quickly summarise the blurb to give you an overview of the book. Shibu and Bela's fights are how the book began. She said he wasn't a strong enough man. He had assaulted her violently. Shibu noticed anything odd about the dolphin he saw while fishing. Any further discussion of this scene will contain spoilers, so I'll go on to the next one. Head of the Pune Department of Archaeology, Sanjeev Kumar. He is thrilled by his finding.

However, he discovered something strange and unexplainable in the lab. Additionally, the spectrometer and PC they tried for video and analysis weren't working. Shaurya, on the other hand, felt restless in Pune. He wasn't sure how to use his newly discovered talent for the good of humanity. Read the book to learn more. It is impossible to provide a comprehensive overview of the area due to its size. It took me a bit to get into the story because the author used a number of various timelines, setups, and stages to tell the tale, but it wasn't confusing. Author succeeded in doing so. I also loved the small role played by God in that scene. The author's narration is clear and concise.

Overall the plot is engaging because of all the twists and turns. Everyone can read the book because of its clear wording.

Every book has a charm which grabs the attention and focus of its prospective readers. The same book may astonish some while to others it may turn out to be an ordinary read. To my amusement I have started trying different genres to braoden my horizon of reading and imagination.
This current read of mine ,'The God's Are Not Dead' attracted me with its title making me thoughtful that what would this be about . Will it be about humans who are forgetting about the existence of the super power or is it about God reminiding humans about his existence.
And I am amazed with this one as it's exceptionally different yet intriguing. The book covers innumerable phases leading towards the protagonist of the story ,'Shaurya'. He had the best of all but what happens when he's blessed with something beyond a human's imagination. A superpower just like a superhero. But as we know you end up becoming a hero or a villain depending upon how you use your powers . How you deal when you have something that makes you feel superior amongst all? Read Shaurya's tale and his journey and the people along who'll help him to cope up and deal with this.
Unique plot, extraordinary characters and beautifully written book. If this is the author's first work ,I am desperately looking forward for his next.

This book, The Gods are not dead written by Abhaidev is a perfect mixture of philosophy, super powers, science and spirituality. As I read the blurb of the book, I got attracted to the basic plot. So, I picked up this book and it actually fulfilled my expectations. The author's way of narrating every scene is so impressive. The whole story focuses on Shaurya, an IT Employee. One fine day he gets up to find that bhe has been gifted with some super power. That is he has become an indestructible person. He was not aware of the way to utilize his powers to the full extent. Then, he met Megha and soon they together tried to utilize his powers effectively to achieve something good. The story revolves around the following questions -
Did they achieve their goal of doing something good?
Did Shaurya utilize his power for good things?
Or Shaurya started to use his power in a wrong way?
The book blew my mind away for a number of reasons, firstly the book has a perfect book cover and the opening is really nice. Special appreciation to the author Abhaidev for writing an amazing book with a wonderful plot which will not only keep the readers engaged till the last page, but also force them towards deep thinking.

This book, The Gods are not dead written by Abhaidev is a fictional read filled with so many elements and philosophical thoughts play the major part. The language is simple and easy to comprehend.

The way the author has built the plot is simply flawless. The story mostly focuses on Shaurya. Imagine you become indestructible one day ! How good it would be right? The same thing happens to Shaurya. He gets such an incredible power. He along with Megha decided to do something extraordinary to the people using this power - This forms the main part of the story.

There are a number of things we would get to know from this book and it has got a very unique plot. As I moved further into the book, it just got more interesting and kept me engaged. It was a fast paced read. A well written, impressive plot !

Didn't you ever thought of getting power of indestructibility.

The first line "I am God " took me somewhere else.

I loved the charcters of Shaurya and Megha. And the guidance given by Megha is literally good.
Shaurya also got good guidance by Megha.

One day Shaurya understands that he has few extradinary skills.
And he thought he need to do something for humans for their betterment .

So will he help or destroy ?
What happens finally?
Will God help him?

The tagline I am God is said by whom .

There is also another incident happened in Pune lab , department of Archaeology
They tested something and it is really unexpected.
To know more about it just go and grab the book guys.
The book's idea is intriguing, captivating, and unique.
Loved the way the author has expressed .

Abhaidev’s The Gods Are Not Dead feels like a philosophical adventure. It starts with Shaurya, an ordinary man who unexpectedly develops extraordinary powers. Instead of rushing into action scenes, the story slows down, exploring confusion, purpose, and what it means to use power wisely. Megha, his mentor and moral compass, becomes the guiding force that gives the story its emotional depth.

What makes this book shine is how it blends mythological wisdom with questions about modern life. It’s inspiring and hopeful reminding us that even with limitless strength, the hardest battle is still inside us. If you enjoy stories that leave you with questions about destiny and responsibility, this one is worth reading.

I have completed reading this beautiful book yesterday.

Title itself says that God's are not dead and this book proves the statement.
So it is all about how God helps.
Shaurya is the main character in the book.
He is gifted with the power of indestructibility.
And some part of the story discusses about how he used his power for betterment of humanity.

But he is not portrayed as superhero, it was all discussion about how he has used for humans.
The book also focuses on various topics like women in society, our purpose in Life, the identity of God.
Hope every reader like this book.

It's really amazing. Recommend this book to everyone.
Language is simple and easy to understand. You will find something new in this book.
Highly recommended

“This is the thing about life. If you are a nobody, you are free. The day you become somebody, attain power, you lose your freedom forever. Power and fame come at a price, which is accountability and peace of mind. The more public you get, the more answerable you become.”

It is a universal truth that man is a fickle and impressionable being. And this quote from Abhaidev’s newest release, The Gods Are Not Dead, perfectly summarizes what a man is and what he is capable of. It is also self-explanatory, for it captures the soul of the book it appears in.

The Gods Are Not Dead by Abhaidev is a story of philosophy, politics, self-introspection, and mythological fantasy on a scale you wouldn’t think it would reach. If you’re into all these things, especially philosophy, this is one book you shouldn’t miss out on.

The Plot:

The Gods Are Not Dead is the story of Shaurya, an IT employee, who one day realizes that he has become indestructible. As opposed to what we might think, Shaurya doesn’t get drunk on this power. Instead, he wants to do something good for the world and tries out multiple ways to bring about change, to build a following. But people are apprehensive to follow him because of various reasons.

It is at one such attempt that Megha enters his life. She quickly helps him understand what he needs to do and under her expert guidance, with the help of every human philosophy under the sun, Shaurya slowly begins transforming into the change he wants to see in people.

But will Shaurya find his true calling or will he lose himself in this huge undertaking? Will this powerful duo be able to do what they’ve set out to do? Will the Gods be in their favor? Is there a God at all? Or is it all an illusion that man has created for himself? This forms the entire story.

What I Liked About It:

With a book like this, the amount of research that had to go into it is obviously massive and it has paid off brilliantly because there’s not just one thing that I liked about the book.
• First: The philosophy. From Socrates to Descartes to Kant to Spinoza to Schopenhauer to Camus to Wittgenstein – the rejoinders to their philosophies are a delight to read. There might be some you disagree with and some you agree with, just like it happened with me. But either way, you’ll get to read them in a nutshell, which is a fairly important step in understanding Shaurya.
• This quote which is everything I believe and stand for:
People are free to choose what they like as long as they don’t hurt others.
• The writing. It’s brilliant in places and the improvement between the author’s first book that I read (The Influencer) and this one is pretty obvious.
• The understanding of why paying an influencer for their services is important. It’s a fleeting mention, but it’s such a huge thing, because in this time and age, especially book influencers are treated with snobbery when we ask for remuneration.
• The in-depth analysis of human nature makes for an intriguing read. It can be a slippery slope, like the much-referenced Sisyphus and his boulder. But once you start reading it, it’s like dipping your toes into different waters in quick succession. Sometimes even at the same time. It’s strange, but accurate.
• The connection between humans and the Hindu Gods is an intricate web, tackling multiple topics with satisfactory endings. From reincarnation to moksha to nirvana, there’s a lot that you will read and work to digest. It’s not a hard pill, really.
• Towards the beginning of the book, Shaurya is having a conversation with Megha where he’s talking about the purpose of life and why people do what they do. I loved how he says something on the lines of, why do people think that begetting children is the whole point of life? There’s so much more to life than that. Of course, Megha puts up a counter argument (one I’m not really on board with) but I read rather smugly as he went on here.
I’ve mentioned this in a rant I wrote here on my blog where I talk about me being exhausted and about how women are treated in the world.
• The book stresses on the importance of taking a stand. I think that in a politically charged world, this holds way more significance than ever.
• As much as the Gods are mentioned, The Gods Are Not Dead isn’t as much of a mythological fantasy fiction as it is a philosophical treatise. The Gods are there, but philosophy on life holds the upper hand in this book. At least, the way I interpret it.
• A conscientious protagonist! Yes, I know that most protagonists have a conscience. But to see a character setting out on the path they do and still having a conscience is a bizarre but welcome change.
• The discourse on religion and it being intoxicating is yet another brilliant analogy. I was grinning as I read this particular paragraph. Relatedly, the extremely important difference between the definition of an atheist and the kind of atheists we see in society was eye-opening in a way.
• And finally… What lies after death. For that, you’ll have to read the book and I promise you, it will grab your attention!

What I Didn’t Like About It:

There are a few things that I didn’t agree with but I do acknowledge that people are entitled to their opinions on these subjects.

There are other absolute points, however, that I do think could have been done better.
• There are paragraph-long sermons that repeat some points here and there. If these repeated points were cut down, the book would have made for a much crisper read.
• There are awkward sentence structures in quite a few places. For example: we are all agog or Shaurya suspired heavily or looked at him with solemn air.
• Women are sometimes referred to as ‘the woman’ or ‘the lady’. It lends an unnecessary poetic air to it which doesn’t always fit in successfully.
• This isn’t something that I didn’t like. Rather, something that I want to address. Here’s the quote that triggered it:
"Yes, people of today believe that we get to live only once and therefore we ought to live our lives to the fullest. Therefore, some people, the ones who take and twist such thoughts to the other level, feel no compunction doing wrong things. They justify their wrongful deeds by saying everyone does it. They justify their acts by suggesting there is nothing after death."
But my question is: how do the people who insist on rewards or punishments after death know it? Have they been there before? Or are they merely blindly trusting word of mouth in such a topic when they wouldn’t be trusting on any other? Selective much?
• The dismissal of happy, balanced people is rather disorienting. To see them referred to as useless is a jarring, concerning experience, really. However, despite there being no redemption to this point, I’d recommend reading and taking this in context.

Final Verdict:

Overall, I think that The Gods Are Not Dead is a fantastic book about philosophy and human motivations and morals. Some parts may be tedious to get through, but overall, it’s quite an informative read and has something in it for everyone. Would highly recommend it!

Book: The Gods Are Not Dead
Author: Abhaidev
Page Count: 280 (Kindle)

✍️ I am not a reader who judges a book by it's cover. Covers hardly fascinating me. Instead I have obsession with Book Title. A different or unique name always catches my attraction and this book is another piece out of that category.

🖋️🖊️ I picked up this book having a thought of reading some spiritual staff. But no. It's actually way beyond my thinking. It's an amazing mixture of spirituality, thriller, little bit of mythology, some sort of science-fiction and lastly philosophy.

✍️ The first few pages are about a fisherman who has usual family issues and there he witnessed a suicidal case that too of his own wife. The domestic violance and then realisation of love - that narration phase was brilliant.

👉 In the second phase, we got a glimpse of a Lab where some unpredictable incident happened and along with it a little phase straight from the Devloka. That scene seems interesting as all the goddess was talking about some issues.

✍️ In the last phase, author introduced the IT guy Shaurya, who realised some power inside him and left his job for doing some supernatural activities.

🖊️🖋️ Different phases and then connecting the dots and the ultimate destination - this book is really unique in its own way. So many charecters but each one has its own space. Initially one like me can get confused about what is actually happening but more you read more will be waiting to make you surprise.

Likes 👍
👉 Crystal clear narration of different characters and phases
👉 Page turner
👉 There is thrill, there is philosophy. Two most edges are well crafted
👉 Very unique plot
👉 Simple scenarios explaining deeper meaning of life
and many more

I would recommend this book to everyone who is looking for a different read, some out of the box category.

As a picky reader, I was made to read this book because many readers in my book club kept recommending it and I wanted to know what it was all about.

The protagonist, Shaurya, finds himself with unique powers that he is unable to understand or control, which sets off a series of events that will test him both physically and mentally. He is joined on this journey by Megha, a mysterious yet compassionate woman who helps him navigate his new world and pushes him to use his powers for the greater good.

As the story progresses, Shaurya's powers and his understanding of them grow, leading to a deeper exploration of themes such as morality, responsibility, and the impact of one's actions.

The setting of the story in the present day adds to the overall intrigue of the plot, making the story feel even more relevant and relatable to the reader. The story is organized in such a way that it flows smoothly, keeping the reader engaged from start to finish.

The attention to detail in the setting helps to bring the story to life, and the reader is able to fully immerse themselves in the world of the book.

The character development is top-notch, and the attention to detail in the setting and the themes of the book make it an exceptional read.

The story begins with a fisherman braving rough weather, setting the stage for what seems like an ordinary adventure. However, as the plot thickens, a massive surprise awaits him, adding a thrilling twist to the story. This unexpected turn of events hooks the reader and keeps them engaged.

The setting then shifts to a lab in Pune, where a strange object is discovered, and something unexpected happens. The mystery builds, and the reader is left wondering about the significance of this discovery.

This book takes us along on the amazing journey of the main character, Shaurya, and his companion, Megha, who teaches him how to rule and wield his powers. A boy with some unique skills or abilities who wasn't sure how to use them for good at the time. But when Megha came into his life, he received clear guidance and his existence received the boost he desired. She serves as a kind of road map for him, and as soon as she entered the story, the thrills and turns picked up.

The author skillfully develops the character, leaving the reader invested in his journey and wanting to know more about his powers and how they relate to the overall plot.

If you're a fan of mystery and suspense, this story is definitely worth reading.

Note: We will give it 8 to 8.5 stars out of 10.

Remember the saying, "The journey to the moon starts with a single step"? Same way, all the popular authors have started as nobody and then became the household name, in the readers community. The common attribute we find amongst them all is - talent. Talent to express their thoughts with clarity. Talent to express those clear thoughts in a way that the reader or listener find them interesting. It is a rare talent. Of course, it can be sharpened. We see such progress in the works of - Abhaidev - a young author from India.

All of his books, we got a chance to read so far, are thrillers where "self-discovery" is weaved in nicely.

The Gods Are Not Dead - also falls in the same category.

It starts from a small village where a fisherman goes fishing in the most unwelcoming weather. He had a domestic fight and he is driven by the rage and anger. And, when you are not in your control, you do the things you shouldn't. He realized his mistake! But, he also collected fishes and with a hope to get a handsome amount of money for today's collection, came back to the shore. It was nothing less than a miracle that he survived. But, a surprise was waiting for him!

A lab in Pune was presented with an unknown object and while they were trying to understand "what is in it?", something unexpected happened!

The Gods, far above in the sky were thinking that after the death of Lord Krishna, the object they have let remained on the Earth should have been recollected by them? What was the object? What to do now?

An, IT employee of a tech company found some strange changes in his body. He seems have got some powers and being a genuine human being, he decided to use it for the greater good. What are the powers and how will he (if he) find his way forward, is the rest of the story.

The author has weaved all these elements quite nicely together. And, if you ignore the name of the fisherman (as per the geolocation where he lived), you find almost everything moving on smoothly.

Strong characters is one of the most important aspect of this book. And, regardless of the cast, creed and gender or the character he/she is given the due footage. Rather than preaching about feminism, the author has made the characters following their nature. Some abilities are inner-engineered differently in both men and women, and that makes them complimentary to each other. The author wisely explores this stuff.

Through the sermons of the male-protagonist, he convey many life-lessons and philosophies which are abstract and practical both. The female-protagonist is very realistic and analytical. She knows, how to deal with the situation.

I would love to quote many interesting lines form the book, but, I would rather let you read the book and have joy of exploring them.

All in all, it is a nice thriller that you will enjoy reading and at the same time it will also touch your inner-self and prove thought-provoking.

The Gods Are Not Dead by Abhaidev is a thought-provoking novel that explores the themes of self-discovery, the power of love, and the importance of finding one's purpose in life. The story follows Shaurya, a young man who suddenly develops supernatural abilities. At first, he is unsure how to use his powers and wanders, looking for a purpose. But then he meets Megha, a mysterious woman who helps him to understand his abilities and to find his true calling.

The novel is set in a modern world but also draws on Indian mythology and philosophy. Abhaidev does a masterful job of weaving these two worlds together, creating an entertaining and thought-provoking story. The characters are well-developed, and the plot is fast-paced, with plenty of twists and turns. One of the things that I appreciated most about The Gods Are Not Dead is the way it explores the theme of self-discovery. Shaurya is a complex character struggling to find his place in the world. He is both powerful and vulnerable, and he is constantly questioning his identity. Through his journey, Shaurya learns to embrace his true self and to use his powers for good.

The story also explores the power of love. Megha is a strong and independent woman who helps Shaurya to see the good in himself. She is his guide and his inspiration, and she helps him to find his purpose in life. The love between Shaurya and Megha is one of the most potent forces in the novel, and it ultimately helps them overcome the challenges they face. The Gods Are Not Dead is a well-written and thought-provoking novel that will stay with you long after you finish reading it. It is a story about self-discovery, the power of love, and the importance of finding one's purpose in life. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good read.

What did I like:
1. The novel does an excellent job of balancing action and introspection. There are plenty of exciting plot twists and turns, but there are moments of quiet reflection where the characters can contemplate their lives and choices.
2. The characters are well-developed and believable. Shaurya is a sympathetic protagonist who is easy to root for. Megha is a strong and independent woman who is a great foil for Shaurya. The supporting characters are also well-developed and add depth to the story.
3. The novel's themes are universal and relatable. The themes of self-discovery, the power of love, and the importance of finding one's purpose in life are all themes that will resonate with readers of all ages.
4. The novel is beautifully written. Abhaidev has a gift for using language to create vivid imagery and evoke strong emotions in the reader.
Thus, The Gods Are Not Dead is a well-written and thought-provoking novel I highly recommend. It is a story that will stay with you long after reading it.

The book's title alone is captivating, drawing anyone into its intrigue, and the author masterfully delivers on the promise of an engaging storyline.

just finished reading this book, and I have to say it was an amazing read.

The title of the book itself is enough to intrigue anyone, and the author does not disappoint with the storyline.

This is a fascinating book that weaves together philosophy, spirituality, mythology, and thriller into a single story. Set in a small city near Dwarka, the book tells the tale of a fisherman who, despite the warning of bad weather, goes fishing to prove his bravery to his wife. In a twist of fate, a dolphin comes to his rescue, and he finds a mysterious device tangled into the dolphin's wings. With the intent of selling it in the black market, he returns home, only to realize that destiny has other plans.

The book has three interconnected stories that follow the lives of Shaurya, Megha, and the fisherman. Shaurya is the protagonist, unaware of his special abilities until a truck runs him over, and he stands up like nothing has happened. Megha enters his life and gives him a direction, leading to a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening.

The protagonist's conversations with her lover about spirituality and philosophers were deeply philosophical and made me question my own beliefs.

The author has done a fantastic job of creating a story that blends different genres seamlessly. The characters are well-developed and unique, adding depth and complexity to the story.

Each character has their own personal journey that intertwines with the main plot, adding layers to the narrative.

The book's message of interconnectedness and the power of human connection is thought-provoking and inspiring. It makes the reader ponder the meaning of life and the impact of our actions on the world around us.

The author's writing style is descriptive and engaging, making it easy for the reader to visualize the scenes and connect with the characters.

The book also contains moments of reflection and introspection, allowing the reader to absorb the story's deeper meanings.

The author's ability to blend different genres into a single story is impressive, and the book's message is thought-provoking and uplifting.

It is an inspiring read that is sure to leave a lasting impact on anyone who picks it up.

Kudos to the author for crafting a well-researched and intellectually stimulating plot that keeps the reader engaged throughout the 280 pages of the book.

The story revolves around Shaurya, a young man who works for an IT company and is determined to make the world a better place. Shaurya's journey towards self-discovery and understanding of the world is narrated through his encounters with Megha, who guides him towards achieving his goals.

However, what sets this book apart is the author's ability to delve deeper into the complexities of life and human existence, raising questions about the nature of reality, the role of gods, and the purpose of life.

The central theme of the book revolves around the question of whether there is a God or not, and if so, what is their role in our lives. What will you do if you wake up one day as a superhero? What would you do if you become unstoppable and indestructible? The Gods Are Not Dead is a thriller and a realistic take on the superhero subgenre.

The Gods Are Not Dead is the story of Shaurya a young man in an ordinary job and living an ordinary life, till the day he obtains extraordinary powers which make him indestructible. These events in Shaurya’s life set off a series of events that set off his journey; first as a vigilante and then as a philosophical guru. He is joined on this journey by Megha, a mysterious woman who becomes his accomplice helps him navigate his new world, and pushes him to use his powers for the greater good. As Shaurya's powers grow, the list of his enemies starts growing too. Will Shaurya be able to use his powers for the greater good of humanity?

At the start, The Gods Are Not Dead feels like mythological fiction with lots of action and mystery but as the story goes on, you realise it’s a deeply philosophical story. The story gives you a lot to ponder about; from questions like the purpose of life, the existence of the divine and the behavior of humans. We all have read superhero stories but this is one story set in a harsh reality. Can one person really change the world? As the protagonist tries to change the world, he realises that it is not as easy as it seems. The struggles which the protagonist undertakes to achieve what he dreamt with his powers form the crux of the story.

The characters especially Shaurya are well crafted. His journey from enthusiasm after discovering new powers to disillusionment at his failures is well brought out in the story. The philosophical discussions between the characters are intense and convey the character’s dilemma regarding his new life.

Overall, The Gods Are Not Dead has a unique plot, some well-crafted characters, and a story with a core philosophy. This book will entertain and also make you contemplate long after the book is over.

The Gods are not Dead" by Abhaidev, is an entertaining blend of mythology and thriller fiction. The story is based on the theory that the Gods are still there but have stopped making their presence known. So what happens when the discovery of a celestial artifact forces their hands? And what occurs when said celestial artifact falls into the hands of a human?

Abhaidev does something right with this one. I have read his previous works, but those did not catch my attention as this one does. Granted, I have a fascination with anything remotely mythology related, but the story with all its elements, specifically the neat narration, made the book a whole lot easier to consume. I keep examining impeccable narration in a lot of Indian-authored books that I review. Unfortunately, most narrations do not meet the necessary benchmarks of a good narrative. That being said, I could see a few areas, especially with a few particular scenes, where details were necessary, to set the tone, whereas, in some others, they could have been done away with. Here's an example. We know about the human realm. We don't need explanations about the human mind. But the celestial realm could have been explored more. Just a quick statement here and there, about the surroundings, could have enhanced the narrative a bit more.

Let's dive into the plot as a whole. With a linear storyline, the author delivers knowledge that is deeper than just fiction. His own philosophy seems to have seeped into his writings, to be extracted later by the readers. You might not notice it if you are reading it only as a mind-numbing act. But read between the lines and most exchanges between characters and their dilemmas become a tangent to a philosophical realm.

It was a good book and I did enjoy it. Will I revisit it again? Probably not. Though it is a good recommendation for late beginners and intermediate readers. My rating is 4 stars.

I recently had the opportunity to read a fascinating book titled "The Gods are not dead" by an author I had read before and greatly admired.

The title of the book immediately caught my attention, and I was excited to dive into the story and discover what it was all about.

The book starts with the protagonist engaging in a philosophical conversation with her lover about various philosophers and their theories. I found this part of the book to be fascinating, as the author provided deep insights into philosophical thoughts about spirituality and the existence of gods. The conversations were not just insightful, but also engaging and kept me hooked. The author's choice of words and the way she portrayed the protagonist's character was unique and believable.

As the story progresses, the protagonist goes through an unexpected transformation, turning from a normal human being into a crime-fighting vigilante. I have to say, this turn of events was completely unexpected, but it added a unique and thrilling twist to the story. The protagonist's character development throughout the book was truly remarkable. I could sense the transformation in her character, and I was rooting for her throughout the book.

The author's message about gods not being dead and instead taking care of us was beautifully portrayed. The book raises a lot of questions about spirituality, religion, and the existence of higher powers. The author's ability to convey deep philosophical thoughts through the protagonist's words and actions was admirable. It made me contemplate my own beliefs and opened my mind to new ideas and thoughts.

The author's use of timing and suspense was also something I appreciated.

It is a book that will appeal to readers who are interested in spirituality, philosophy, and crime-thrillers.

It is a book that will leave you thinking long after you've finished reading it.

🔱 "The Gods are not Dead" by scrivener @authorabhaidev is a philosophical, mystical work of sci fi. The chief characters from this novel, Shaurya and Megha's spectacular adventures are the actual focus of the narrative. Before learning about his unique and recent skills, Shaurya was living a typical and pleasant existence. Megha, an enigmatic and astute lady, comes and helps him in realizing the depth of his talents since he is clueless of how to use them for greater purposes or how he came into possession of them. Shaurya chooses to take the tedious way because he wants to help others, and Megha is the one who shows him how to successfully negotiate the corners. He acts, and she leads. Together, they make a terrific team.
.
🔱 The powerful leads in this book are among its most important components. And irrespective of the cast's ethnicity, colour, or creed, each performer gets the proper amount of screen time. Instead than preaching about feminism, the author had the individuals adhered to their natures. Men and women are complimentary to one another since they have different inner-engineered talents. The author carefully analyses this information. The oration of the male lead offer many esoteric, practical, existentialist philosophy and life lessons, while the female lead portrayed in the novel is really genuine and intellectual.
.
🔱 The whole narrative is exciting, yet it is based on an aspect of Indian lore that has been discussed for aeons: this society's mysticism. It is hard to offer a comprehensive overview of the plot since it is so enormous. The author uses a clear, crisp as well as compelling story line. The premise is intriguing because of all the detours. Overall, it was a wonderful read.

As per Indian Mythology, Dvapar Yuga ended with the death of Lord Krishna and the Kaliyuga begins. All the Gods and Asuras left the Earth afterwards. But have we given any thought about what happened with the celestial weapons they had, for example, the armour of Karna? What happened with that? What if that was left behind by the Gods on Earth only?
Well, from the discovery of an artefact which has powers of this armour starts our fiction tale of 'The Gods are not Dead'. One day a fisherman finds an artefact in the sea but the curse that damned artefact held made him throw it away which landed in the hands of some scientists and their experiment let the power of the armour activate and as per the myths, the armour chooses his own master and it chooses Shaurya to be his new master.
Now how he uses his newfound power will be a mystery for those who are not willing to read 'The God is not Dead' by Abhaidev but you should not do this mistake. Take this thriller fiction and read it ASAP as here you'll not only get a great story but some self-discovery too.
The author has woven a very beautiful story with the right timing suspense which makes its readers continue the book without a break.
The latest book of Abhaidev will leave you with many important questions to think about but at the same will solve the zigzag puzzle of your life too.
When I read the author's first book I had an instant liking for his writing, he knows what he was doing, and where to take the story and never confuses his readers and he continued his style in this book also.
Now, of course, this book is not for everyone. If you are someone who reads for leisure then don't waste your time here but if you read to mould yourself or learn a thing or two then you must not miss this book.

We all consider in mythological texts. We consider that warriors of the Mahabharata and Ramayan possessed sure powers. But to narrate this type of mythological textual content to the cutting-edge era is a atypical concept. The author, on the alternative hand, believed in this type of concept and wrote this e book.
I picked up this e book due to the fact the name of the ee-e book intrigued me a lot. I mean, who would not need to understand if the Gods are nevertheless alive? I actually have examine the author's ee-e book before, and I understand the author's writing fashion and alternatives of storyline are very precise and unbelievable.
The e book is exciting from the beginning. The talks of the protagonist together along with her lover Megha concerning numerous philosophers and their theories blew my mind. I am definitely moved via way of means of the author's mind on spirituality, which had been conveyed mindfully thru the protagonist's phrases and actions. The protagonist's alternate from a everyday man or women right into a crime-preventing vigilante changed into some thing that couldn't be imagined.
The complete concept procedure of this e book is different. I clearly appreciated those strains from the ee book: "The gods aren't dead! They can’t ever be. They live withinside the maximum heavens, take care and appearance after us. They need every folks to develop spiritually and be a part of their ranks. "
I definitely appreciated the individual build-up, the storyline, and the narration. Though I occasionally felt that the motive of the protagonist being given this type of massive electricity might have been elaborated more. Overall, it is a completely gripping and divergent examine

The ebook has pretty thrilling identification however I have to say that after in prologue, writer wrote the primary line, “I am God.” Following through the description. At the identical second the e book absolutely grabbed my attention. I will in brief summarise the blurb right here with a view to provide you with concept approximately the ebook. The e book commenced with Shibu and Bela’s arguments. She accused that he isn’t sufficient man. He were bodily abusive of her. While fishing, Shibu noticed a dolphin, and observed some thing uncommon approximately it. In this scene in addition dialogue will cause spoilers so I will bounce to the following scene. Sanjeev Kumar, the top of the Department of Archaeology, Pune. He is enthusiastic about his discovery. But in lab, he observed some thing uncommon that cannot be explained. And after they attempted laptop and spectrometer for video and analysis, they weren’t working. On different hand Shaurya in Pune, turned into restless. He turned into uncertain approximately the way to gain his newly received capacity for the advantage of mankind. Read the e book to realize in addition. The plot is simply too big so it’s not possible to present concept approximately everything. It took me some time to go into withinside the tale as writer have created more than one degrees and one-of-a-kind timeline and setup to relate the tale however it isn’t confusing. Author pulled it through. I favored the little a part of God and that scene too. The narration fashion of the writer is crisp and captivating. There are range of twists and turns that make the plot thrilling. The language of the ebook is lucid so that everybody can examine it. Overall precise one.
