Though older, most of these essays, aimed at young adults, often apply to young and old. Full of encouragement, insights and faith, mostly well written, with engaging examples, the book is easy to read and accessible to all.

This book is kept in my car. When I am waiting for kids to get out of school I will read a short talk that was given at Especially for youth. Great short talks with a great message.
