Take 100 no-equipment Darebee workouts with you, wherever you go. Stay active, get fit, build muscle tone or shed extra weight wherever you have a little time and some space. Excellent, A5-sized compendium of bodyweight workouts. Workouts vary in exercises, structure, and difficulty. Scout and Power Flow were a couple of my favourites. Be warned that if you own the paperback from 2015 many of the routines are significantly harder than the online versions! But you're probably looking to develop a good sweat anyway, aren't you? :)
