I wish more people spend time to read this to realise how urgent it is to do our little part NOW -- by not causing harm to other beings or just replace our piece of meat with plant-based alternatives which is very simple to do. Spread the LOVE to save our planet and the future for our children. The words of Supreme Master Ching Hai are Blessings and Love of high realms translated into simple human language which are rare and precious to read! This is not an ordinary book but a Heaven's blessing.
