So disappointed to discover that Costco is no longer publishing this book. I have them back for almost 20 years My first black Friday stop is always Costco to get my book.

I like the Costco cookbooks that come out every year because they are full of pretty pictures. They also have some creative, if somewhat far-fetched, recipes. I never make anything out of them, but still find them interesting and inspiring.
