Pages: 162 My rating: 2 MC: Kadelynn, Acker SC: Drazen (Seer, Command), Talin (Seer, 2nd in Command), Lord Gannon Cyrus (not to be husband of Kadelynn), Sergant Mur (Kadelynn’s Nanny, blind soldier), Lord Randall (Kadelynn’s father), Eckrem (Chahula), Jodie (Ministel), Larlah (counsel representative of the people, female)
I was actually disappointed when I read the book. In the first book Gannon was the bad guy, who mistreated woman, kind of hated his mother for deforming his face. And I was worried that he will be part of Kadelynn’s harem. But in this book, he is suddenly the opposite. He helps Lady Finnegan to learn to care for her baby, helps her with her husband and other things, that left me really confused. Because how could Book 1 Gannon turn into a kind of decent person so suddenly.
The book was short and if you have a look, how many this author has planned to publish in the next time, it is not really a surprise. I did not enjoy this book, even though I see the potential of the story. Still, I will dnf the series.
Awesome! It took me a minuet to remember what happened in the first book but then I flowed right into the continuation. I loved it because it gave me more information that the first book didn't. The story continues with them still traveling in the plains and her still dreaming of another man and she comes to the realization that she is meant for three men. She finally finds a Dragulas and he gives her his memories and tells her what her purpose in life is. She is to save all the dragons with her three mates. They all meet on the plains and the sparks fly fast and furious. But there are choices to be made that will not be easy. I can't wait for the next book, I really need to know what happens next.

This author gets more amazing with each book she writes. I don’t know how she comes up with such amazing storylines, plots, characters, and more. Her books are never boring nor dull. Never predictable and always leaves you wanting so much more. This series is turning out to be no different. Written wonderfully and flows so well. Captivating from the start and holds your attention throughout the whole book. Impossible to put down.
Well they are back and better than ever! Kadelynn is a character you can’t help but love. And what’s awesome is as we go through the story learning about the other tribes and secrets of her world she is learning right along side of us. Which makes her more relatable. She’s strong and fierce, and so much more. Acker is at her side and he’s kind of her guide, helping her realize just how much she doesn’t know of her world. An amazing adventure that is action packed and leaves you wanting so much more. I can’t wait for what’s to come!
The mission to free herself of her betrothed, has changed. Kadelynn is on a mission to find a Dragulous and kill it, so she won’t have to marry the man her father has forced on her. But as she and Acker travel, she hears whispers in the tress and has dreams of a man named Drazen, and he wants her help him save the dragons and hence save magic in the world. But what does she, who has no magic, have to do with saving the dragons. When she finds out she will be at a crossroads. Dreams she’s had her entire life of three men she will be attached to, are coming true as she has met two of them. Will they help or hinder her quest? Dragon Memories is the second book in the Legacy of Blood and Magic series and although it took me a bit to get into the story once I did I couldn't put it down. There is a lot going on in this book as Kadelynn realizes that she is to have three mates and she learns that together with her mates their connection to the dragons. We also get to know the characters and the world they live in. The writing is well done and descriptive and the ending left me looking forward to reading the next book in this series to find out what happens next. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
Kadelynn still dreams of another man and is figuring out that she is meant to be with three men. Still not knowing how she will be able to help, she feels she must respond to the strong call. She finally finds a Dragulas who gives her his memories and reveals her purpose in life. It is her destiny to save all the dragons with her three mates.
Grab your copy and begin to follow the high fantasy story that will hold your attention through a labyrinth of twists and turns as all the players come together and do what they were meant to do – to change the world forever!
I have been enjoying this series so far it has a great story line.
I am a bit disappointed with the spelling and grammar errors. They make it a tad difficult to read properly. There are several within both books. I need to read the sentences a few times to try and figure out what weird you actually meant and several words spelled wrong.
If I was allowed to fix the spelling and grammar errors in this book I would do so in a heartbeat. I love reading and writing.
Hopefully you can edit these books soon, I would line to purchase them.
Since I enjoyed another series from this author, I decided to give it a try. I did go and find the first part of this because it didn't make any sense otherwise. It wasn't bad. The end of this second part felt a bit rushed and of course, left unfinished for the next part. I'm not a huge reader of fantasy, but the story kept my interest enough to keep reading. I'll be waiting for the next part to see how it ends. I recommend.

Dragon Memories was… okay again. I really enjoyed the action scenes because that’s when the story actually felt alive. For a minute, I thought she killed her cousin and I was like finally… only to find out she didn’t. That annoyed me more than it should have. And Acker at the end? He pissed me off so bad. I swear this series has me in a love hate relationship. I like the overall story and the world, but some of the character decisions drive me crazy. Also, Gannon… why are you here? And when is book three coming out because at this point I just need to wrap this up.
Really charged continuation. Kadelynn get to know many new things and learnt a lot about herself. She just started to understand her connection to Acker and appreciation she have for Drazen. There is connection. And even more connections set themselves in place. There was lots of growing within and into magic. We understand little bit more, however cliffhanger left me out of breath, I simply need to know what will she choose.
I really hope there will be a third book to this series, because I’m absolutely hooked! The story is captivating, the characters are so authentic and although fantastical, highly relatable. Kadelynn is on a mission but the things she sees and experiences along the way changes her heart as she learns she is destined for so much more. I can’t wait to see where the journey takes her, Acker, Drazen and Talin.

Kadelynn is moving closer to what she thinks she wants in Dragon Memories. She is still traveling with Acker, but having dreams of three mysterious men. Who are they and what is their relationship with her? I can’t say much without giving away the cliffhanger of the ending, but it’s worth the read to find out more about the dragons, Kadelynn and the men.

Dragon Memories: A High Fantasy Reverse Harem Romance by Lacey Carter Andersen is a fantastic story that I have had the privilege to read and give my honest review on. This is book number two in this awesome series that I have been so hooked on. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about reverse hare, fantasy and paranormal romance.

Clearly this is meant to be a saga and not just a three book series. How can you tell? Well since book one seemed to be about having a handful of different chess pieces and was deciding how to make a chess board that fit those pieces. But I'm in it for the long haul. So yes I recommend this series very much as I do with most all the author's books.
I hate cliffhangers this book does NOT complete the series like I thought and there is no other books in the series. I’m a bit confused because even Lacey Carter Andersen’s website say that it’s complete. This book is also very slow, much slower then the first of the series.
Slower than book 1 in my opinion but it had a lot of drama and plot building. Lots of character development in the FMC and you learn a lot more about the other characters too. Still a really good series and I’ll definitely be reading the finale in the next book.
This is a great continuation of the Legacy of Blood and Magic series. Kadelynn is a woman on a mission. Slowly evolving and growing as a person. I love connection and appreciation of Acker, Drazen and Talin. Great series and highly recommend.
Kadelynn is out to change her destiny and has run away from home with the help of Acker. Along the way she learns about herself and the tribes in the land. She realizes how sheltered her life has been and finds her true destiny. It's a good read. I volunteered to read this book via Booksprout.
