This is the third book in the Vigilante Kings Series. There is lots of plot development in this one. We learn more about Beckett and the less than legal sides of his business dealings.
Also the main plot to uncover the mystery surrounding Maddy's father's death makes progress and brings us into the larger crime world of the book.
The book is very well paced and quite the offer Turner at times.
There is a little callback connection to another series by Eva Chance and Harlow King (which I haven't read yet), but I love when authors do that as a little gift to the fans.
I was glad to see more character development and meaningful connections forming between the characters.
Selfishly, I did wish it was slightly longer if only to get a little more spice. But don't get me wrong, it's good for the length of the book. I just crave the connection of the characters and don't mind at all when it turns to spicy time. I loved that we got a few new scenes where the emotional connections in the relationships have deepened.
There is a twisty revel at the end that has me even more eager for the next book.

Slade and Dexter had stepped close around me as if to shield me, Slade touching the small of my back protectively and Dexter looking me over as if checking for injuries.

The love these guys have for her... the feelings they feel... the things they've been through... I didn't want to start the year off crying, but this almost had the brimming tears spilling over.
Don't even get me start on Beckett and the hell they put him through. He's the only one who I've trusted from pretty much day dot. Yes, he followed her for his own benefit and reasons, but at least he didn't lie to the reader AND Maddie. Can't say the same to the others. They might not have lied exactly, but they kept secrets.
We're moving on from that heartache and pain now, because trouble is on the horizon right as our little family has finally come together as one. Fingers crossed the guys can make them whole again before something irreparable happens...

Holy plot twist, batman! Though this book ends on a cliffhanger (surprise, surprise), your mouth will still be hanging open from what just happened and you won't start cussing for several seconds. Nice, Eva, nice.
I won't spoil the story for you. Maddie and the guys learn more about Beckett as he tries to earn Maddie's forgiveness for the secrets he has been keeping. He also pitches in to help them figure out what the real story is about Evan Silver's death. It will turn out that one of the Devil's Dozen has some kind connection to it and they are trying to frame Beckett. There will be an intervention attempt that doesn't go the way the participants planned. Also, lots of hot sex is guaranteed. Just waiting for the next book here, Eva.

What a surprise that the cliffhanger came out of left field and left me shocked! Actually, no it’s not a surprise at all, because I can always expect one from this duo.
Maddie and the guys are still looking into her father’s murder. Beckett has to clear up a misunderstanding before he really starts to become a part of the group. Then there’s a lot of detective work, school, and sex. I love how there’s some big mystery to solve, all while Maddie and her 4 guys are strengthening their relationship. The things they start to uncover, especially at the end, weren’t even on my radar. Never would have guessed the big connection between the different businesses her dad was investigating, but now it makes sense. Also, the little visit from a ghost at the end was absolutely a wow factor. Can’t wait to read the conclusion to this series.

Can't wait for the next one
You know when you start a series and you get that feeling that you know where a part of the plot is going. Well I had that tingle in book one and totally forgot about it and bam Eva and Harlow smack in the face with it right at the end of the book. What a cliffie! Well it was for me cos I was pumped I was right and can't wait for book 4.
This book, despite the ending of book 2 did a good job of bringing the harem together as individuals and combining them as a unit with Maddie as their focus.
I have to admit all the guys have grown in my affections over this book but Beckett and Dexter are definitely my faves.
Do I still have more questions than answers, yes yes I do. When's the next book coming out?

The mystery continues...
So much more was uncovered in Wicked Love regarding the murder of Evan Silver, and the shock cliffhanger ending was not what I was expecting.
Beckett had his work cut out in this book to prove to Maddie and the guys that he could be trusted and that he wasn't behind the murder of her father. He worked really hard to convince Maddie that he had honorable intentions.
The plot thickens in Wicked Love, but the relationship between Madelyn and her 4 guys definitely heatens up. Dexter is getting better with his tolerance for touch and there were a few more group scenes that were seriously hot.
Can't wait for the fourth and final book to finally understand what really happened.

What a cliffhanger …..
Did not see that coming. This continuing series was fairly fast paced and there was a lot going on. As they all are trying to figure out the mystery of Maddie’s fathers death they are putting a target on their own backs. There is a lot of suspense, tension and surprise and as to be expected there is no lack of romance and steam as well. I love how each character continues to develop and bring out their vulnerabilities. There is so much going on and the twists kept me on the edge of my seat. Loved the book and hope the next book comes out soon, I have to know what happens next. I received this book for free and voluntarily reviewed.

While learning more about Beckett in this one, things are still a bit crazy for everyone else. Had to see what Maddie and her guys would face and figure out this time around and what was up with Beckett. Glued to the end and enjoyed it all. Still a great series that keeps drawing me in and trying to guess what is going on and how it all fits together. And Maddie and the guys are getting closer.

This is one of those series that just gets better and better with each passing book! The author does a great job pulling you back into to this world as we get to know more about Beckett and Maddie and the rest of the guys face what’s going on. It’s so addictive a with an ending like that leaves you eager for the next book.

Thrilling read! The investigation into Maddie's father's de@th continues and new enemies emerge. The ending was truly shocking and unexpected. I loved how the guys finally came together and how Maddie managed to help all of them heal.

Great read.
Ohh, things are getting tense now, someone is looking to deter the guys from their investigations with an 'accident' and a fire not to mention a bit of misinformation! Is Beckett a really bad guy? Will anyone forgive him for the half truths he's told so far?
The twist at the end of this book is a stunner and I can't wait to read the next one.

Well, then. I definitely didn’t see that coming. More secrets revealed and still not many answers. Danger around every corner. Now that? Ugh. Yeah, the cliffy on this one is big. Can’t wait to read the final book to see what really happened to Maddie’s dad and find out the answers to the new questions raised.

The plot thickens. This story has so many twists and turns I love the way the characters have started to rely on and trust each other. The charaters face new challenges., and as for the ending I was not expecting that, amazing, and another cliffhanger. So looking forward to the next book.

Well that was a twist
I was not expecting that cliffhanger but now I can't wait for the next book! I will say this book is lacking in the romance and smut side of things and was more focused on the drama. There were a few good hot scenes but I want more!

This series continues to get better. So many twists and turns keep you on your toes and trying to guess what will happen next. I couldn't put it down once I started and I can't wait to see what happens next.

The cliffy at the end of this book was the most interesting thing to happen in 3 books. I'm glad it'll be wrapping up in the 4th book, however it's felt overall drawn-out for what's happened. I feel this series could have been a duet of two slightly bigger books then 4.

Definitely a nice, easy read. Some topics felt a bit rushed but the authors still managed to keep you guessing around each turn.
