Rule #1 - If you’re hired to be a billionaire’s new nanny, make sure he’s not your mystery one-night stand.
Rule # 2 – If you break Rule #1, don’t fall in love with him.
He’s the sort of man you fantasize about; handsome, powerful, sexy. I’m busy hiding out in my usual spot at the bar when he walks in but, when he looks at me? Hello, Magnetism. I can’t resist… throwing my drink at him. (It was an accident!)
We shared an unforgettable night together but I’ll never see him again, right?
Wrong.
I’m a down-on-my-luck, out-of-work science teacher with anxiety issues when I’m hired to be lucky number thirteen in the long list of nannies to Theo Wolfe’s two children. I swear it’s purely a coincidence but he’s not buying it.
A busy executive and widower with a boat load of trust issues, Theo seems more likely to fire me than do naughty things with me on his kitchen floor at first. But he doesn’t fire me and… well, the kitchen floor isn't talking and neither am I.
I didn’t expect to fall in love with his kids when I took this job. And, I did not expect to enjoy these fringe benefits with their father either.
But can our casual fun turn into something more?
(Part of a series but can be read as a standalone)
Hi, I'm Cora! Currently, I write billionaire romance as a hobby but I would love to write full time someday. I'm having a great time writing and learning all the ins and outs of self-publishing. Always love to hear from readers and I'm open to questions here.
This story line was enjoyable from start to finish. Quinn and Theo meet at a bar and let their amazing chemistry blaze into a passionate one-night-stand. But it’s time for Quinn to get serious and find a job and she accepts working as a nanny for a widower with two children. And although he doesn’t believe it, it was pure chance that she applied for this job and had no idea her one-night-stand would become her boss!
Not only did Quinn end up falling in love with his kids, but they love her too. Now if only their daddy would take a chance on her. But she was the 13th nanny he hired – that can’t be lucky for her, can it?
Another beautifully crafted book by Cora North. I'm a sucker for Nanny romances and this did not disappoint. Great chemistry and some very poignant moments of self-realisation for both main characters.

I read this on KU and it needed some major editing. Chapters would just drop off and Julieta's character was never fully introduced she just shows up very randomly and in the middle of a scene then is vaguely mentioned later in the book.
I love a good nanny/billionaire romance however part of the reason I like them so much is that forbidden aspect then the concern about public perception. That was really glossed over in this book, it was there but never really developed. Aside from the editing issues, for the most part I really enjoyed it up until she gets pregnant (~70%), see rant below.
Quinn gets pregnant then runs... okay I'll tolerate that. What I didn't like is that once they made up, its all very rushed. They don't move back in together until they are married. (rant: I don't usually like when the character gets pregnant in the book. Secret baby and oops I'm pregnant tropes aren't my favorite, HOWEVER usually the redeeming aspect of the book is that they move in together, he is with her through the pregnancy, it brings them together, they face it all together.) while it's unusual in romance novels that she doesn't move back in, I didn't like that they are missing out on all the character building aspects of the pregnancy. ALSO his wife got sick while pregnant and hid it from him, he's not magically over that, shouldn't that impact how he interacts with Quinn. Quinn needed to grow up and stop running to her sister. also the weird jealousy when Quinn got jealous because Theo bought her ginger tea for her morning sickness and that's the same thing he bought his dead wife for her morning sickness... why? The epilogue did nothing for the story, cool the kid is 3 now, wow Theo likes Quinn in a thong (never would've guessed 🙄)
Book 1 (Judge Wolfe's Intern) and Book 3 (Dr. Wolfe's Roommate) are so much better. They are not only better written but include the Wolfe family more which creates a fuller and more engaging story.
This book was good but I think the first book is still my favorite and why that is because I read a lot of nanny books and this is similar to other ones besides her having ptsd. So with that said this book I think was general but it definitely isn’t easy to forget so yes I did like that scenario. But anyways would I recommend this book I will definitely say yes I would since I believe this has the right amount of spice and drama that you thought a nanny book won’t have and this had it so with that said that it why this is held higher then other nanny books because that twist with the ptsd and the dramatic situations that will make this book so definitely thank you to Cora for writing this book and this series I can’t sit to read the next one.
This was a fantastic story. I've not read a book by this author before. The story brought up some efflictions that can occur after a traumatic experience. It also brings into light emotional scars, such as, lack of trust, etc. All this wrapped in a incredible love story. This is a must read. You'll fall in love with Quinn and Theo. But, Jill and Ryder still the show quite often. I liked Isa, Quinn's sister. All of Theos family make the story feel real. You can picture this scenario actually happening. So kudos to the author, Cora North. This ones a winner.
This is the second book in the Wolfe Brothers series it reads as a standalone featuring one of the billionaire Wolf brothers as indicated and the girl that renders them powerless. Theo sexy as all get out billionaire, powerful commands your attention upon walking into the room, a widow who trust nothing or no one well except family and will do what is needed to protect his babies, keep his babies happy. Quinn is sweet looking for work as she worked as a science teacher but is hired to work as a nanny not realizing kids have a way of drawing you in, making them love you despite their headache of their father or the feeling he stirs in her. Although, neither of them expected the attraction to be instant, intense and the magnetic pull to be so strong so giving in just once or so that is what they tell themselves yet they are continually drawn to one another but his trust issues are an issue because women only see his money not the man or the children add to that his past wife but will he allow that to stop him from finding happiness again, will her anxiety be an issue, and can they find their own happiness?.

This is the second book in the Wolfe Brothers series
We start off with Quinn who is a socially awkward teacher whose school has just closed. She goes out to a bar with her sister to get her mind off of what she has going on in her life. This is where she meets her one night stand. They don’t exchange names or anything about each other, but they have an instant connection.
Quinn is convinced to try a different career, when her sister says she should apply to be a Nanny. When Quinn interviews for the job, her employer is actually out of town. So, his mother is the one who will be picking the new Nanny. While the interview is going on, the two children interrupt, but they instantly like Quinn.
Finally, once Quinn’s employer Theo comes home, it is discovered that he was her one night stand.
The books goes into how lines blur between employer/ nanny, and how to address their growing connection.
I would definitely recommend this book, it sucked me in from the very beginning. I read it in two days! I will definitely be reading the rest of the series!
Tropes:
• Billionaire Romance • Single Dad / Nanny • Past Trauma / Anxiety • Interconnected Standalone
Theo has been a widower for five years having lost his wife to cancer shortly after their second child was born. Quinn suffers from severe anxiety attacks having witnessed her parents last breaths after a car accident when she was twenty years old.
Theo is set to take over the company after his dad retires. Quinn is a teacher at a small private school that is now closing and she finds herself out of a job.
The two meet at Sapphire night club and consent to a one night stand which is completely the opposite of Quinn but she is attracted to Theo and she feels unusually calm with him. After having the best time of her life Theo gets a phone call and Quinn misinterprets who is on the other end and abruptly leaves. Each not knowing the real name of the other.
A few weeks later, Quinn is hired to be a full time live in nanny to two children. Their father is out of town on business so his mom is the one doing the hiring.
Turns out that her new boss is her one night stand. Loved their chemistry and the steam is to die for. There are definitely bumps along the way but they overcome the obstacles and the path is worth it.
Simple. That’s the word I’d use. A single dad meets a woman, they share a one-night stand full of chemistry, and soon after, because destiny made it so, she starts working as the nanny for his kids. It was an easy read, maybe too easy to really leave a lasting impression. Scenes weren’t very extensive or detailed, and some key conversations between characters lacked actual dialogue, leaving them entirely to the reader’s imagination. Even the spicy moments were mostly short and/or fade-to-black.
I don’t necessarily see all of this as negative; it made the book a quick, breezy read, something I can enjoy from time to time. That said, fair warning: the way everything seemed to work out so perfectly felt borderline delusional, and, spoiler alert, the pregnancy trope didn’t help.
Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against a HEA, but from my perspective, some pretty precarious situations didn’t seem to affect the characters at all, making the story feel less believable.
Theo is having a hard time keeping a nanny for his children so when his mother hires the perfect one, he is surprised to find out that she is his one-night stand that he couldn't get of his mind. Quinn couldn't believe her boldness when she goes to the bar to refill her drink or the fact that she actually threw it on someone when he got to close. So, when she connects with Theo that night and hear him calling someone sweetheart, she takes it that he was cheating on someone and leaves. She never expected that her nanny position would be for him and his children. Her position will be the onset for their journey that will have several twists and turns before they finally get to their happily ever after. It is a touching story with some dynamic and adorable characters that kept me glued to the pages.

I just LOVED this story! Quinn is such a total sweetheart, and Theo is quite swoon-worthy though he can be a bit a of a jerk at times. Their one night stand was steamy hot, but when they met again, it was just too explosive! These two had such a sizzling hot chemistry, but Theo’s past experiences have stalled this relationship from blossoming as much as it could have. I loved Jill and Ryder, and how supportive Theo’s family and Isla was. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series and to look for the first one!.

Awww 🥰 Quinn and Theo are so romantic and adorable! I really loved how their story started. Also talk about embarrassing for Quinn.
Quinn is seriously my hero in this book. The traumatic events she has experienced and yet keeps pushing herself forward. She’s seriously amazing!
Theo has experienced a devastating and traumatic loss as well. Which is something that pushes them apart and yet binds them together as well. He’s an amazing father and man.
I won’t say anything else except you should definitely check this book out if you want to experience an amazing world full of hope and love.
This is a lovely, easy read. My fav troupe is single dad so this is right in my wheelhouse. I thought Quinn was a wonderful character and I enjoyed the author adding in PTSD complications. I also loved Theo, who’d been through so much and was now faced with 2 kids and widowhood. The story was riddled with proofing errors at the beginning mostly, about a dozen which more than disturb my read. I hope the author takes care of these and more care in the future. As there’s nothing more disturbing. I don’t mind a. Opulent but a dozen is frustrating and it takes away from a nice experience especially with the price of books in Canada today.
Theo is the sort of man you fantasize about; handsome, powerful, sexy. Quinn's busy hiding out in her usual spot at the bar when he walks in. There's instant attraction. Quinn can’t resist… throwing her drink on him. (It was an accident!) They end up sharing an unforgettable night together. They'll never see each other again, right? It was an intriguing story. First, I have to say. I'm sick of the pregnant trope, the FMC always ends up knocked up, and the MMC always thinks that she did it on purpose, men really need to think that every action has consequences. And then, what about the panic attacks? It's not like everytime you have one you suddenly shiver, black out and wake up depressed, it's badly described. But still it had a good main idea, I just think it should've been better developed

Another Wolfe brother down. Theo needs a nanny and Quinn needs a job. Back up some and Theo and Quinn meet while out one night and it gets steamy. Now fast forward..and imagine the shock. It doesn’t take long for that attraction to take over again however there are lots of obstacles in the way.
A story where you feel the sun is shining even on the dullest day! Full of well drawn characters, odds to overcome and love to find and well written to boot! What more could you want!
This was an amazing read. The characters were fantastic. The storyline was spot on. The emotions that the characters go through are right on. The ending was absolutely beautiful.
Another great character building story. More about the family relationships and secrets of The Senior Wolfe and his Misses. Quinn is the quiet beauty that catches the Widower eye but their one night is just the beginning.
First time reading this author and thoroughly enjoyed this book. Loved both main characters and their supporting families. Lots going on but just a really good love story with great characters. Just what I needed.
I'm not a fan of suprise pregnancy, especially when she runs away. It's immature. MMC still having his deceased wifes photo in the bedroom didn't sit well with me. Or his office, considering that's where she kept having to seduce him, because he worked so much.
The ick factor of him telling the kids their mom was dead and so they would never get siblings.

Yes! Another good romance read. Quinn and Theo were destined to be together. What started out as a one night stand turned into something more when she became his nanny.
