Well this one takes off from almost the first page and is a title woven who done it that will keep you glued to the pages The meeting between Detective Sienna Parker and Lieutenant Alejandro Jesus "AJ" Camacho is unusual to say the least but it set the tone for what is going to happen between these two She is a by the book San Diego detective he is a navy SEAL that has never found a rule he won't bend to complete his mission and his mission is to prove that is step brother David Buckner is innocent But as the evidence points to David AJ will use it contacts to force himself into Sienna's case and the close contact makes them release that there is a spark between them Will Sienna give into the attraction or will this no buts always do the right thing detective walk away and has danger grows closer will AJ fight for what he wants and convince Sienna to fight for him. You will have to read to see

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "DUE PROCESS"
WOW!!!! What a way to start off a new series your hooked from the start with suspense, intrigue, steam, angst, action, intense drama, emotions, twists that have you glued to your seat till finished.
Sienna Parker is one kick*SS Detective with San Deigo PD she's working a case of missing military weapons she's looking David Buckner who's A.J.
Camacho Navy Seal his stepbrother is innocent he'll do whatever to prove his innocence.
LT. Alejandro sees that evidence is piling up against David he uses that to get into the case he closeness to Sienna who's by the book Detective sparks fly between these two.
I definitely recommend to get this book so well worth the read will Sienna let distraction to Alejandro get in the way with her no compromise have her walking away from him you must this book to see ehat happens you so won't be disappoint Zoe Dawson did a fabulous job writing this story as usual. AWESOME AWESOME READ!!!!

This story introduces us to a group of friends, all strong women, determined to do right and find justice.
This first story belongs to Sienna Parker. Sienna is a detective who sees things as black and white and expects others to do the same.
AJ Camacho is a Navy SEAL. One determined to do everything he can to prove his stepbrother is being wrongly accused. So determined to help his stepbrother and prove his innocence, that he’ll even go against the rules and regulations he swore to follow.
As these two clash , can each succeed in their quest?
Though Sienna was not my favorite character and I would have liked AJ to be more developed, it was still an engaging story,

This first book of a new series by Zoe Dawson is written in her usual indomitable style, and left me looking forward to the next in the series. Sienna is investigating stolen military weapons and trying to find her suspect, who just happens to be the missing stepbrother of Navy SEAL A.J. Camacho. Their first meeting is not exactly by the book, but their mutual attraction soon becomes evident as they work from different perspectives to find out what is going on. This is a fast paced book with two strongly minded main characters butting heads at times, working closely together at others, and with some really hot chemistry! I can thoroughly recommend this book.

Not as much action, intense back story and interactions as the other books.was more bed time than story line. a J was devoted to his brother and Sierra bounce from foster care homes until her last home.
She was an excellent detective. But she worked too much to hide from commitment because of fear of them leaving her.
AJ works hard to help her see relationships are worth it.
