detailed, concise, easy to understand, tied historical context to readings of texts well, managed to help me make some sense of deconstruction

A very helpful book that presents context and key themes clearly, referring to a wide range of texts. I didn't go through all the sections on critical theory, but I expect it's as good as the rest of the book.
