I felt that there were times when the chapters were verbose. The text provides relevant information but you must shift through much text to find the meat. Overall the book was easy to read b6t sometimes dull.

This text has a lot of activities and lessons that can be conducted in a physical education course, but a lot focus on activities involving physical movement in classroom instruction. The text can be repetitive at times, but overall it was interesting.
