This is a beautiful cookbook for anyone who wants to try fixing Thai food at home. The recipes have amazing photos for every dish and lots of detailed instructions that would be important if the cook has no experience with preparing Thai food. The author includes a section on necessary ingredients to have on hand when preparing these meals as well as information about important cooking equipment. At the end of the book is a section on things that can be made in bulk and kept available for preparing the dishes: things like stock, Thai base sauces, curries, etc. After going through this cookbook on loan from the library, I have decided that it is one that would be best to have in my kitchen all the time! Yeah, I can buy another book!
A great addition to tech savvy cooks who are wanting to cook more Thai cuisine. There’s a lot of QR codes included, so if that’s not your thing (or you have zero idea what I’m talking about), you might want to skip this one.
