A beautiful and well thought out recipe book that I use on a weekly basis for my toddler.

All the recipes are broken down into different sections, so that you can navigate your way easily depending on the time of day.

When starting to wean it can become frustrating with the amount of food waste, and amount of time consumed preparing food masterpieces to be thrown in the bin. However with this book, using minimal ingredients, store cupboard staples and most recipes being accomplished within half an hour it took that stress away, whilst still making nutritional and appetising food for my baby (and me and my husband to snack on).

I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone who is starting their weaning journey, or even parents who are struggling with picky eaters.

Eagerly awaiting Graces’ next book.

Nonfiction. Cooking. Family.

A UK based mom came up with recipes her young son will eat, using few ingredients yet packing vegetables in for nutrition.

Recipes sorted by breakfast, lunch, dinner, savory snacks, sweet snacks and desserts.

Aimed at parents yet accessible to anyone.

The recipes are mostly carb heavy - based around crackers, cereals, oats, flour and frozen doughs. I am not a parent but I enjoy cooking with few ingredients. I tabbed 13 recipes in this book and hope to make one or two in the next couple of weeks.

Sweet and savory pancakes, recipes using hash browns, muffins - and many you can freeze and reheat!
