With my boss trope. Miscommunications. I guess it's sort of forbidden since they are breaking the rules of the business by fraternizing. This book isn’t bad, per say. The paragraphs aren’t indented which is a noticeable thing I struggled with, but it’s small. There is a plot but it definitely focuses on Celeste and Wylde getting together. Miscommunication 1 is solved by page 102. There is a plot within the business which is kind of interesting. Lots of sex and scenes of high libidos. Idk, I’m just not super interested in that without something holding it together. I know the author said that they were in love with the characters and I’m happy they connected with them. Unfortunately, I did not and without characters or plot to hold the sexy scenes together, I just have no interest.
Overall, the book was fine. I’m giving it 3 stars but I’ve definitely given books I liked more the same rating. 2 just feels unfair to give but GR says 2 was “It was ok” and that’s more how I feel. I contemplated doing maths homework over reading this book, but I didn’t want to rip my hair out because of it. I’m just not in the mood which isn’t the book or author’s fault.

This is the 1st in a new series, and this is Wylde / Wylder and Celeste’s story. Wylder is focused on making a success of his new hotel and casino on the Vegas strip, while Celeste is the owner of the spa withing his hotel. The sparks fly when these two meets, and the chemistry is combustible and undeniable. This is a well written fast paced story, which has humor, emotions, little hurdles, and love, which all leads to a steamy and entertaining page turner.

Wonderful, I really enjoyed this one. I did have a hard time at first getting into the book! I had to read a few chapter first to get into it. I really did enjoy this one!!
Wylder and Celeste meet when he opens casino/hotel, she is renting out the spa. When they are first introduced Celeste thinks Wylder is involved with someone else. When he escorts her out of the building to her car and presses her against the door they feel something for one another. Wylder comes in with another woman to Celeste's spa, the woman makes an appointment. Later when Wylder finds Celeste still working he escorts her to her car when he tries to kiss her she tells him she won't be the other woman and then drives away. The next day Wylder finally finds Celeste to tell her the other woman is his sister Journey, she then realizes they have similar features. Wylder asks Celeste if they can have dinner together. When they go back to her apartment Celeste gets ready, Wylder sits on the couch and falls asleep. When she goes to put a blanket on him he wakes, he pulls her to him and pleasures her. Celeste orders food for them, they have a night in, she tells him it was better than going out. It's very hard for them to get together they both have very busy schedules. They make plans to go out again, but it's becoming complicated with him being her boss. Celeste has a girls night with her best friend Tyra. While at the club Tyra gets a phone call that her son has a fever so she cuts the nigh short. Wylder comes and finds Celeste and he asks her to dance with him. They head back to his penthouse and Celeste stays the night, he gets a phone call early the next day and he tells her to stay. Celeste stays at the penthouse for the next few days, she talks to him about the employee boss relationship and how what others will think. Wylder tells her he doesn't care what other's think about their relationship. Wylder tells Celeste he wants her in his bed when he comes home, even though he'll be working late, they give each other keys to their homes. Three weeks later, Wylder gets a phone call, he needs to head into the casino. After a week from hell, everything that could go wrong did for both of them. Nico calls Wylder telling him he needs to come in to the casino. When he gets there Nico tells him that a former employees were involved in a money heist. Wylder has to call in the cops to handle it, but it takes all day. Six weeks later, Wylder wakes early to go to his office and grab the ring he bought for Celeste. When he gets home he slips on her finger and goes to the balcony and drinks his coffee. When Celeste wakes she asks him if he's even going to ask, he tells her it doesn't matter she's wearing his ring. They get married two months later. Six months later, Celeste surprises Wylder in his office, she wants to try to have a baby.

The beginning had some fade to black spice and I thought for sure the whole book would be like that. But I was surprised that it actually included a couple spicy scenes.
In the beginning there was mentions of sexual deeds and fantasies but when the time came, it skipped to the next morning.
When she spent the first night with him, she said she would spend the day at his place under one condition... Was the condition if her friend needed her or not? I wasn't quite sure but I think that was the condition. lol
I didn't quite like the writing of this one. I have read other things by Baker and I've enjoyed it, but this one not so much. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't the best. I didn't feel a connection with the characters and I didn't feel a connection to the story either. It just felt like a whole bunch of events that led to some smut and the HEA happened pretty early on. So it left nothing else for the story.
The smut started light with the fantasies and some finger banging but then went all out on the balcony. I was not expecting that because everything else had been so light .. :D
Also, their start was kind of fast and weird. He had just met her and was already obsessing over her. Then ended up walking her to her car later that night in which he mauled her in the elevator. There was no preamble to the relationship or anything. Just they saw each other and liked what they saw but their interaction was like 30 seconds. All Night Long by Tory Baker is the first book in the Vegas After Dark series, and goodness gracious but did it DELIVER!
Wylde and Celeste are FIRE! Both driven, both intelligent, both feeling the chemistry that simmers and sizzles in the air between them. It was delicious to read and witness their journey!
Wylde is all kinds of tall, dark, and handsome, and his intensity is HOT! And Celeste? She's fiery and feisty and an all around bombshell. Their connection is electric, and devouring the will they won't they, the push and pull vibes, well, that tension and temptation was scrumptious!
And we get some great secondary characters who I HOPE will get their own screen time because I am INTRIGUED!
All in all, a fun read, a cool world being set up, with plenty of heat and action, and some light drama! Definitely enjoyable; you won't regret it!

I absolutely LOVED All Night Long so very much that I devoured it in one sitting. Wylder is working hard to make his new hotel & casino on the Vegas strip a success, so he doesn't need any distractions, however, he never saw Celeste coming. She has a spa in his hotel, and from the moment they come face to face the sparks are flying like crazy. There's just one problem, it's against the rules, however, he's the boss so yeah, he could change those rules now couldn't he?! This story was an absolute joy to read with the heat, witty banter, a few bumps in the road, and humor so I didn't want it to end to be honest. I loved the fact that our hero became obsessed with our heroine from the jump, which isn't always the case as any reader knows so yeah, you need this book in your lives! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great start to a new series by Tory! I loved Wylder and Celeste from the very beginning. I mean what is not to love about a man that can wear the hell out of a three piece suit? While Celeste was immediately drawn to Wylde, she also didn't want to cross the lines of boss and employee. Wylde on the other hand was willing to throw out the rule book to keep Celeste. Wylde was ready to show everyone that Celeste was his and how proud of her he was. The scene with just her by herself after their first meeting was soooooo spicy!!!!! Then when they got together, the chemistry between the two of them was insane. That balcony scene was one of my favorites.
I also loved the relationship between Tyra and Celeste as well and I can't wait for her book.

This is book number 1 of the Vegas After Dark series and focuses on Wylder and Celeste. Wylder has been busy building a all inclusive hotel and casino in Las Vegas and that has been his main focus until he sets his eyes on Celeste. Celeste is the owner of the spa within Wylder’s hotel. They have an instant connection to each other and Wylder is instantly obsessed. He knows what he wants and is determined to make Celeste his as quickly as possible. He doesn’t allow anything to get in his way in making her his. I love how this story set us up so well for the next 2 books in the series. This was an excellent introduction to this new series.

Celeste likes him...ALOT...but doesn't want to give in to her desires because of the company policy. He's her boss and the relationship is against the rules. But for her, Wylde assures that he will rewrite the policy just to have her in his life.
Wylde's temptation engulfs Celeste and she falls straight into his loving embrace.
This was a great story - just not as spicy as I would have liked. The intimate moments were not as sensual as I would have preferred. Even with that being written - the story was AMAZING!!

Wow this story blew me away!! What an amazing start to what looks to be a phenomenal series. Wylder owns the casino and hotel where Celeste runs her own Spa. When they meet sparks fly and there’s an instant attraction. But they can’t act on it due to the rules of the casino. But this doesn’t stop Wylder from pursuing her. He is the boss, so he can change the rules when he wants.
When they get together, it’s explosive 🔥❤️
There truly a sensational couple and probably one of my favorites so far. This story is sexy as hell and I really love all the characters. Tory Baker never disappoints!!

Can they keep their relationship quiet or will it be to hard? What happens when Wylde gets bad news that he thinks will upset Celeste? Will he tell her and what will her reaction be?

Good story. H and h are both confident, strong people. h is a smart woman who doesn’t take crap from people. H was head over heels from the moment he met the h. h was attracted to H but was hesitant for several reasons. They do get together fast. I wish there first time wasn’t skipped over. I wanted that connection between them.
H was a playboy in college but hasn’t been in 15 years, now only has occasional hookup. Nothing much mentioned about the h’s past. Both had been celibate for a few months.

The chemistry between Celeste and Stored is off the page you can feel it as soon as they meet. The story line seemed to move real quick and it felt like you had just started as you got go the epilogue. There are a few time gaps placed in the book to advance the story at a faster pace. Though I would like more of a detailed story, the plot was still present and enjoyable. I wanted more as I got to the end and felt like I was missing out on something so hope the next book may provide more. I love the playlist with book.

Wylder is pushing himself to build his casino empire. He’s taken some risks but it’s worth it, and he’s about to make an even bigger investment.
Celeste has put everything she has into her new business. A business owned by a man, her boss, that exudes power and success. One moment of weakness, leads to physical and emotional feelings. This might just be the biggest payout of her life.
This Series is going to be amazing.

A fantastic start to a new series! Great storyline and some fantastic characters! Wylde and Celeste have instant chemistry but have a few bumps along their journey! I really enjoyed how these two interacted with each other. I absolutely loved how close Celeste was with Tyra and Von and how they looked after each other! I can’t wait to see more from Vegas! A delightful tale between two driven people! Wylder and Celeste are so entertaining, I couldn't put the book down. Once he was hooked on her, he didn't look back. He was all in, forever and always and she was not far behind him. If you are new to this author, she writes sheer fun romances that I devour like bbq potato chips. Cannot wait to see what other adventures Vegas has in store for us, 5 stars for Wylder and Celeste!

I have mixed feelings about this book. I was really intrigued by the synopsis but it didn’t capture me like I thought it would.
It felt really fast paced. You know when you’re reading a book and it’s like “How did this happen so quickly!?” Or “They are already there in their relationship!?” It just felt unrealistic to me.
I enjoyed the storyline and if it was more explained and drawn out, it would have been a four star. But the pace dropped it down for me.
It felt really fast paced. You know when you’re reading a book and it’s like “How did this happen so quickly!?” Or “They are already there in their relationship!?” It just felt unrealistic to me.
I enjoyed the storyline and if it was more explained and drawn out, it would have been a four star. But the pace dropped it down for me.

Wylder and Celest
I started reading this book but had to stop because I was not vibing with it. I had no plans whatsoever to come back to it when the second book of this series came out and I gave up a go. It was so good I ended up giving it a 5* so I thought to give this one another go. Maybe it woukd change my mind, you know?
It was..mah. Nothing really spectacular. Certainly, nothing closer to the book number 2 in this series. But it was an OK read.

✍️My thoughts: I loved this book! It had major ‘touch her and die’ vibes. Wylde and Celeste are 🔥 together. Their chemistry and lust for each other jumps off the pages. Wylde is super protective over Celeste and always has his eyes on her even through the casino’s security cameras. That first night he walked her to her car… swoon! 😍 He even changes the company’s policy so he’s allowed to date her. I really enjoyed the other characters too and can’t wait to read the rest of this series!

Sooooooooo boring!
Everything is repeated 100 times. What is not repeated is irrelevant (every single freaking step of her opening the door, or locking the door, or her conversations w clients about appointments, and so on. The author had material for a short story but just put tons of filler to make it bigger.
I'm rating because I read over 50% of the book and my issue is not the plot. Is the lack thereof.
I really need to get off the kindle freebies

Great start to this new series! Wylde & Celeste are boss and employee. Wylde is the owner of a new hotel & casino where Celeste has been able to open up her dream Spa. They are both strong people who work hard to get what they want. There was an instant attraction between them that will draw you into their story as well a some drama. Can’t wait to get Nico’s story.

First book in a new series by Tory Baker and she doesn’t disappoint. Wylder and Celeste are workaholics that are made for each other. Steamy and hot, but with a story line and characters you can get behind. Looking forward to the next book. If your a fan of Tory Baker you’ve probably already read it, and if you’re new to Tory Baker this a great book to start your ride on the Tory-train.

A wonderful beginning to a new series. Wylder and Celeste are so great and their story was perfectly written. Wylder is determined to make his hotel/casino a success and Celeste owned the spa inside the hotel. Both are business driven butthe sparks are flying and too hot to ignore. I'm definitely looking forward to the next book.

Yes! I was pulled right in! All of these people are so real to me. Wylde and Celeste clicked instantly and nothing was going to stop it. Their chemistry is off the charts. Loved their story!!! I am so excited for Journey and Nico’s story and super hopeful that Tyra will also get a happily ever after. Love that this is a series!

Its a good story, it feels kinda rushed tho, like everything happens immediately and some of it doesnt make sense like some sentences were an after thought i had to reread a couple pages several times to make sure i read it right. Decent story line, delivery was off tho. It also seems like its half about celeste and wylde and half about tyra. Half of celestes POV is about tyra and her life.

I am totally hooked on this series. These couples are so intense and passionate with each other. Wylde is definitely an alpha and he takes his love for Celeste very serious. They are both business owners but once they are together they balance themselves out. I hope to read more about them in the next book…
