What a great book. The first thing that I appreciated most is the book itself. Large print.then, it is easy to understand the instructions. It also has a good section about balancing and what affects our balance . This book is written for ease of understanding. Teaching doable stretching exercises. Now, I have a knee, which is difficult for me to beened. Thus, it makes some difference in how I approach the stretching exercises. I enjoyed the section on balance stretching. Many of them are great to know and do. There was one for your hands that would benefit arthritis, but guitar players might like it, too?
