A good overall accout of the life and works of Laurie Lee - interesting read for anyone interested in the author or the Cotswolds in general. Wanted to find out more about the Burdocks and Lees from a family history point of view as my Burdock married a Lee, but seems that Rosie herself may have been ficticious - shame Laurie Lee no longer alive to confirm whether he grew up with any Burdocks!
