life changing book. So many wise quotes from this one. It makes want to read more about Buddhism not not from a religious perspective. Religion is the what the individual does with his own solitariness.

A collection of letters from Sayadow U Jotika to his students. Rich in implications, suggestions, and encouragement if you have taken up the Way. Also a good book for those interested in Eastern philosophy. It will give you a glimpse of ideas and mindset of Buddhist teachings and practice.
