I enjoyed reading through this book. My basic summary would be: 1. This book is not a body language book (when I bought it I thought it was) 2. This book is in my opinion a really good book regarding how to take care of yourself and then of others. 3. The chapters are all about human interactions and how to get the most out of them and also 4. living in the moment and appreciating everything around you and these interactions as you are interacting with people, who have their unique lives, thoughts and feelings just like you do.
