There is that amazing feeling, that excitement I feel each time I open a new book by this author. I know Kailee Samuels will explore new perspectives, present new challenges, rise new questions. 
And Fluff didn't disappoint.

Amber is one of my favorite characters of the Juliet world. I absolutely loved diving into her life. Past and present. What a ride!!! 

Dale and Amber / Cy and Mae's relationship was brilliantly written. Chapter after chapter, their love exploded and the danger thrilled me. The parallel between their first eight weeks together (15 years ago) and their second chance at a relationship rhythmed the story. Powerful and intense, the storyline utterly riveted me. 

The author has a true gift when it comes to her characters' psychological journey. Dale and Amber are very twisted, they push each other's buttons and feed each other's demons. Amber is fierce and quiet. She fears commitment, but she cannot hide the depth of her feelings and longing for Dale, either. He'll play a dark game with her, but she is far from innocent when it comes to ignite the passion and build the tension. Perfectly imperfect, raw, real, Amber and Dale touched me.

Fluff is a love story, and a frienship and family story. In this book, intimacy is brought to a whole new level. Talk about blurring the lines, crossing the limits and shattering the standards, the author doesn't stick to the conventions, which is incredibly delectable. 

Sometimes sweet, often twisted, always stunning, this first installment of the Ride series was a page-tuner. Once more, new pieces were added to this unique and huge puzzle that is Juliet. I can't stop trying to collect of the pieces and clues. Bounce, I'm ready!!!

What most people don’t know is he is also the business owner & is very good at it. When he first lays eyes on Mae he is concerned about her age but it doesn’t take long before the two are inseparable. What they discover is they are a perfect match, Amber craves pain & Dale is driven to dole the pain out. Due to some rather misguided choices Dale ends up walking away from Amber & they are both broken from the break-up. Fifteen years later, their paths cross again. This time Dale is playing for keeps & he will do whatever it takes to convince Amber they are meant to be together. Amber doesn’t see it that way & Dale has a lot of work to do if he wants to win.

Kailee Reese Samuels is a very talented writer who can write about the BDSM world like no one else I’ve ever read. She seems to know exactly how to be in the head of the dominate & in the head of the submissive with equal believable narratives. She delivers an amazing tale about two people who belong together but self-doubt & the need to do the right thing make it necessary for one to walk away to only come back later in life to reclaim what was lost…… true love. This book is meant for mature readers only. This is a true BDSM tale & should be enjoyed by those who enjoy the genre.

Once upon a time i had no idea who Kailee Reese Samuels was nor what kind of books she wrote. Then i met Sal Raniero and the Juliet family. A family that grows on you because eventually you get curious as to the back story of them and you want to know them almost as much as Sal. Let's face it, Kailee Reese Samuels absolutely knows how to build a story and how to build the suspense until you're ready to scream out in frustration.

But here's the thing with her books - they are real. There's always an element that she uses to ground you, to help you connect more with the characters and admittedly, with the author as well.

Fluff was completely different from all of Kailee's previous books - it's written in the first persona and there are many flashbacks with both Mae and Cyclone believe the other doesn't remember their history from 15 years ago. The realism? Mae (or Amber) is an indie author that rose quickly in the ranks - jealousy and petty comments follow her while Cylcone (or Dale) is a retired porn industry mogul and is in security, mostly training and protecting our golden boy Sal. Mae and Cyclone's history? Well, the title says it all...
Simply because it's completely different (and unexpected) from this author, Fluff holds a special place in my heart. It was emotional and every time i'd pick up the book, i'd tell myself 'just one more chapter' and next thing i knew, i'd gone through the entire story! It gripped me. It tore me. Then it made me want to keep following these two like a bad stalker. Knowing that we'll get more history from the other members of Juliet, i'm more than a little excited to get their story and fall deeper down this crazy path that Kailee Reese Samuels has brought me on and look forward to more from her in the future.

This is a newish author to me but one I'm waiting with baited breath for her new releases. The author writes in a way that you want to be the characters, you want to be their friends.

Amber and Dale had something fifteen years ago until for her own safety Dale sent her away. Amber was totally heartbroken. Dale from a distance kept his eye on her to protect her. Amber, an indie author, is shocked when she sees Dale at a book signing. She knows for her own sanity she needs to keep her distance but fate knows different,

A brilliant storyline with twists I didn't see coming. If your looking for a well written story with naughtiness and a standalone then I'll certainly recommend this gem. I'm so looking forward to reading more from this author.

Kailee Reese Samuels brings us yet another amazing story with Fluff. Her character development and poetic verse continues to lure the reader in with each page better than the one before it. Not only is this her first release with first person and present tense, but she also packs in these wild flash backs with her more noted omniscient style. The transitions are beautiful, and the story(s) are overflowing with many wonderful and enticing themes and SCENES! Even though the flashbacks are strategically placed in a beautiful, puzzle-peice fashion, you are basically getting two books for the price of one when you read Fluff. KRS pulls you in and shows you the characters's journey with such technique that you end up learning about yourself along the way. There were tears and giggles from this reader, along with a few Ah ha and enlightened moments. Ms. Samuels also decided to let Sal in on the fun for a bit which was such a pleasant surprise! Sal is my fav, but D in Fluff is a close second! I hope and pray to see more from these characters in some form or fashion. And knowing KRS and her penchant for character placement, my wishes may come true (I hope!). The sex scenes are hot, the peek behind the curtain with the roles of Dominants and submissives is so intriguing, and I can't be more pleased to see a HEA out of this author. I am generally left with overwhelming emotions and tears and an urge to paddle Ms. Samuels for making me sad, but this time around I finished the story grinning with happy tears and all! So, overall Fluff gets 5 out of 5 stars from this Nerdy Girl reader!

WOW were can I sign up to be a fluffer because just WOW , this book was super duper steamy so be prepared readers to have you'r undies blown away . Fluff would be my first read by Kailee Reese Samuels and I'm definitely going to read them if they are good as this one was . My emotions ran wild with this one everything about it just drew me was shocked alot things that happend were really unexpected and when we get little pieces of there past did I say wow because wow . The characters are really likable , story line had me hooked , and the cover is just amazing .

This is my first book by this author and her previous titles had taunted me but I never took the leap until now. I will say I feel like there was backstory I was missing out on, not from the main characters as much as the other players in the book. It did take me a little bit to really get into this book, I was having a hard time keeping track of feelings and who should know what and what broke these two all those years ago.

15 years is a long time and a lot can happen in that amount of time. But one thing is for sure, Amber is still in love with Dale and Dale can't get enough of Amber. Years ago they were different people though. Brought together through the sex industry and formed this bound that lasted well after they were finished.

While a second chance type of story, there was some suspense and whole lot of heat. I think my kindle almost caught on fire. The relationship between these two is intense, all aspects of it have emotions high. When they fight, when they love, when they are running, when they are just being, they have this constant intensity to them that made coming up for air a necessity.

There were parts of this story that I really enjoyed and parts that didn't do it for me. I felt like there were some things that I just couldn't wrap my brain around and others that fell into place perfectly. It was kind of dark-ish, but it sure was dirty and had some grittiness to it. It left me intrigued about what I felt like I was missing and I will be looking for more from this author in the future.

Hello, book nerds! Its me, Jamie. I like my books dark and dirty with super hot alpha males. This book isn’t a dark read per-say, I suppose one would say this book has triggers. NOT for me! I found this book to be deliciously naughty, and a favorite read of 2017. Fluff is a standalone by Kaliee Reese Samuels. And it is AHHMAZZING!

This is Amber and Dale’s story. A story that goes back years ago. He was her everything, the love of her life, and he cast her away as if she was nothing. Dale, he loved her, he always loved her. He sent her away for her own safety. Reunited after so much time, the love is definitely not lost. Their journey to find their way back to each other is not without struggles.

Okay, I think I’m completely in love with Dale, he is super dominate and sexy as sin. The chemistry between Dale and Amber was hot as hell, and had me wishing that I could have more, or that Dale would spank me. Yes, Ladies he that freakin yummy! There is so many juicy, sweet, funny, sad parts to this book, and it would be unfair of me to give any of it away. Its really good, you don’t want to miss this one! For reals.

Kailee Reese Samuels, you lady are the bees knees. Consider it slayed!

In Fluff, Kailee Reese Samuels has succeeded in writing a book which is a hot, sexy bundle of naughty fun and also a very sweet love story. Dale and Amber's relationship explodes onto the pages and the riddles of their own pasts will need resolution before their future can be assured.
With a very welcome guest appearance from the dynamic Sal Raniero, we are taken on a wild ride in which communication and the lack of it, is key. The book is infused with humour, angst, and stars two strong but emotionally vulnerable characters whose love has faced the challenges of time and events. Their strong personalities have been forged by very different life experiences and in Sal they have a truly wonderful, sexy, supportive friend. Read and enjoy!

I rated the book Five fabulous stars!! This is my first book I've read by Author Kailee Reese Samuels, and let me just say I love her!! Amber is a beautiful young adult seeking a job and gets one with Cyclone Blonde (Dale Archer) in the Porn Industry as a Fluffer. Archer is very dark or as he says a sick bastard. He knows he shouldn't touch or want her but he does. The more they are together the deeper they both falll. Knowing Ambers past Archer eventually has to push her away to keep her safe even though they both love each other. He's a Dom she becomes a sub. Years later there paths cross again. I'm going to stop here so I don't give anymore away. I loved this book and recommend it to everyone.

Amber wasn't faring too well when Dale's assistant hired her, and what followed was him saving her from a worse fate. After a 12 week HOT affair, he broke her heart into a million pieces. Dale thought he was doing what was best for Amber when he broke things off, even though it broke his heart as well. Now fifteen years later, Amber still hasn't gotten over him, nor has she found anyone else, when she runs into him again at an author signing. She doesn't know that he's been keeping an eye on her the whole time, but she does know that she must maintain her distance, but somehow their connection pulls them back together. Will she ever forgive him for his heartbreaking decision 15 years ago? Fluff definitely was a highly original story, not to mention off the charts HOT HOT HOT! Like FIERY FLAMES that will leave all panties in a pile of ashes in it's path HAWT! Although I was a bit confused at first, as it took me a bit to get fully invested, ( Please note that this is MY TAKE AND OPINION) once I did, I couldn't turn the pages quickly enough. Plus in my confusion, I didn't quite imprint on the characters, but that too, changed, once I caught up. I really enjoy Kailee Reese Samuels talented, and original writing style, as I never know what's I'm going to read with each new story. And, of course, there were the awesome f-bomb dropping worthy twists and turns that I would have never guessed to make it exciting outside the sexy times. I cannot wait to read what she comes out with next, so I'll just end with HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Fluff to all!

Amber Rosen is in a love/hate business. It gives the reader a fictional look into the romance industry. But it did leave me hoping that my favorite authors wouldn’t act as some of these characters did. Dale Archer is willing to give a damsel in distress a hand. Our story shows the diverse backgrounds that an author can have. This brings a unique spin on the stories our authors take the time to create.

Language is graphic so there is no way you won’t know exactly what’s going on. These are characters with no excuses and don’t give them. But I’m not sure that all romance authors have such an interesting life – especially when our author creates a mystery that brings our two main characters back together. Amber and Dale have a kinky past and this author does a great job in creating that world. Ms. Samuels created a secondary character, Sal, Raniero that you may find interesting and wanting to know more about. This is not a story that everyone is going to love but if you like a book that gets your blood boiling than you can’t go wrong here. It’s unique, very sexy, and worth finding out what else this author has to offer.

Loved this book, it hits all the right spots for me. Protective, sexy, dominant alpha male, who likes the hard edge of pain and a sassy submissive female who knows just what buttons to push to get what she wants. And of course this story would not be complete without a visits for Kailee’s favourite Dom, the one and only Sal Raniero. Gotta love that!!

Do Amber and Dale go back 15 years and he broke her heart 😡 his intentions were good though , all he wanted to do was protect her , he did and still is ....bow how do stay mad a guy 💕

Smberbis an author ( YAY📚💓) and I can just imagine her shock and surprise when she spits Dale at a signing !
They may have parted ways all those years ago but that flame is still burning between them !🔥🔥

Delectable Dale ....yes I went there 😛 he's all kinds of yummy and will have you begging for more !

Amber and Dale have a few hurdle to overcome on their journey back to each other but nobody said life is a bed of roses did they ?

I have to say this is the first time I have read anything by Mrs. Samuels. The synopsis of this book is what drew me to want to read this book. I have to say this book was not what I expected. And I have to admit I had kind of a hard time getting into this book.

Amber and Dale are no strangers to each other. In fact they knew each other fifteen year's previous. Their relationship is actually quite interesting. Dale sent Amber away fifteen years for her own protection, in which Amber had her heart broken.

I do have to admit that this book had its moments. And it definitely had its hot and steamy moments.

I'm giving this book 3.5 Stars out of 5!!!!

I picked this book up after discovering Kailee in a group takeover. The blurb I read left me wet and panting for more. I found this book to have many facets. There were moments that were sweet then dirty. Sometimes hot then sometimes dark and dirty. There were some moments I wasn't sure I really liked it because of the sadist scenes then a twist would pull me back in. I will be interested in reading more from her to get a better feel for her. I did like the second chance that ended in a happy way. Then the kinky epilogue leaves me wanting so much more of Sal! I will be reading more from Kailee. The emotions she takes you through in telling Amber and Dales story tells you she's talented, poor damaged souls.

Sorry to say, however I did not connect with the characters, there were tons of errors in this book. First is that Dale is writing Amber a text message to ask her to meet him at dinner at 11 and then some pages later he is asking for her for her phone number. I mean, if you have write her a message isn't that you already have her number? The second was that after the said dinner Amber remains with his jacket and she not know how to contact him..... really. Then he does not know were she is staying althrought he has been keeping an eye on her for the last 15 years, and then ....his mother had 2 heart attacks, and she is taking care of his daughter and then....I give up. Too many errors to count Again, sorry I really, really tried however I could not get past so many errors.

Fluff gives us Amber and Dale, two people whose love spans the years. Two people who have always wanted just each other, but couldn't make it happen. Each of them screwed up in their own ways, only the other can give them the kink, the emotions, the need that they both crave. Amber is a strong lead. I appreciate that Samuels gave us such a strong and self-sufficient character in Amber. Too often girls are portrayed as weak and insecure, and that wasn't Amber. A well written, steamy novel, Fluff gives us detailed characters and rich descriptions that we have come to know of her work. Another must read for fans of Samuels work.

Oh my, Oh My!!! ( fans self) ... Love the way the charaters come together and then not and then back again..... I dont normally read stories of this genre but Kailee writing has pulled me in and made me a fan... if you like it dark, erotic and ???? this could be the book for you . I wont do any spoilers, but when I got this book I read it in two sittings..... one was in the car on the way to a wedding... it was just that good I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN!!!! I now have a few more books and am totally diving in.... If your getting bored with the genre your reading I HIGHLY recommend picking up Fluff to read.

I don’t understand why everyone is giving this book such high ratings. The story Is all over the place I don’t think the writer even knew what she was trying to say. Not to mention that there are so many mistakes in this book. I read it on KU, I’m the type of reader that remembers what she reads I guess the person writing this book or the person that reviewed the book before print doesn’t recall what they read a page prior. Something so small as in she took on her sandals and on the next page she took on her sandals again. Some people just think they can right smut into a book and it will be a hit, but good writing is also part of it. 0⭐️

"Fluff"was my first Kailee Reese Samuels' book - what a ride!
It is told from the POV of both Dale and Amber, and their 15 year history.
There are so many emotions conveyed in this book. It is a roller coaster of emotions as Dale and Amber re connect and tell their story. They are damaged and fragile characters in some respects, but so damn strong in others.
This is a fantastic read, and a story within a story - with references to Ms Samuels' other books.
"Fluff"can be read as a stand alone, but why stop at one?

If you are looking for a dark, twisted romance wrapped up with BDSM paper and a bow made of suspense, you will really enjoy Fluff, the first book in the Ride series by Kailee Reese Samuels. Dale is a former porn star with a mile long sadistic streak in him, and Amber is a beautifully flawed heroine with some serious spark. Their love story will draw you in and captivate you while it keeps you on the edge of your seat with just enough suspense. I cannot wait to dive into the second book in the series!!!

It's my first book by Kailee Reese Samuels, and it will not be my last! Fluff is a standalone, but I'm going to read her previous books, and get to know her other characters. They seem very...interesting!!

This book is a love story, a very hot and kinky love story!!
We get to know how Dale and Amber know each other, by "visiting" the past. And how they go about the future.

My Gawd this book was incredible!!! The thing I love most about Kailee's writing is there are always plots within plots, hidden secrets and the characters intertwine. The book starts out with a bang! Dale Archer and Amber Leigh Rosen are perfect for each other, both hot as hell and bring so much to the table. We get glimpses of their past affair and it's emotional, sexy and oh so dirty!! There is a scene about 59% in that brought tears to my eyes.
Sal makes multiple appearances which I found quite enjoyable. I would love to get into detail but you need to experience this story for yourself.
I want more Dale and Amber!!!

Dale is a total player, and when Amber is hired as his new assistant, the chemistry is explosive, and these two are perfect for each other. No spoilers this is a must read for all readers! This is a well written storyline which flows seamlessly, and this awesomely talented author always manages to hit the ball out of the ballpark with her amazing plots. This is a rollercoaster journey with secrets, suspense, emotion, love and a sexy read. Brilliant work Kailee!!
