Iako mi nije baš jaka petica, uživala sam u čitanju. Stvarno lagan strip, veoma zdrav! to se mora naglasiti, sa lepim razvojem likova i njihovih odnosa sa drugima. Sviđa mi se što nisu sve veze pošto-poto uspele. Nekad je potreban i rad na sebi!

Thank you romance 101, thank you namsoo , for showing us what an actual healthy relationship looks like instead of giving us the same old "...and then they lived happily ever after!" I did wanted to see Hanam find love, even if it wasn't with Doeun but I will take the crumbs you threw at us author-nim. I will also imagine that Ahreum and Jaehyeon are happily together, reader's licence.
Now that that's done, can I have a Na Yuyeon on the go?

Romance 101 is about a studious girl named Bareum, who always lives her life by the book and plans out her next steps. While many admire Bareum, there are also many who view her as an AI sort of person who never chooses to have fun. Bareum then realizes that she has been striving all her life to get to the next step: first getting good grades, then getting into a good university. She doesn't know what she truly wants in life, what her passion is. When Bareum's blossoming crush on Jaehyun leads her to join the programming club, she meets a group of people with unique and bubbly personalities. Bareum encounters Jaehyun's calm but determined best friend, Yuyeon, whom Bareum discovers a secret about. Then begins an alliance between the two that starts with banter, becomes friendship, and perhaps something more. A love story begins that brings the characters together in laughter and love.

Throughout the 158 episodes of Romance 101, the story is consistently intriguing. With a perfect mixture of laugh-out-loud moments, moments that devastated me (and still do), profound lessons underlying the storyline, and likeable characters, Romance 101 is definitely a favorite webtoon of mine! While the title might indicate something that reads like a self-help book with textbook lessons, it is quite the opposite. Namsoo spins her own unique tale using beloved romance and k-drama tropes to make for a heartfelt and emotional journey. Each character is tied together in its own unique way. Returning to my statement from above, this is a love story, but it isn't just a romantic one.
It's portraying the cycle of love and how it varies for everyone. We see Bareum, who has never allowed herself to act upon her romantic feelings and chose to avoid it due to her studies. Bareum's journey is a lot about her learning to fall in love and let herself love herself just the way she is. Jaehyun's journey was different. While he eventually had feelings for someone, that wasn't what he needed. Dealing with a lot of difficulty, stress, and past feelings, he wasn't ready to move on. Yuyeon's was about him coming to terms with the hardships in his life, learning to dedicate himself to a relationship, and moving on. Ahreum's was about her leaving a relationship and learning to give herself the love that she wasn't getting from her ex. Hanam's was about the pains of love and learning to wait for the one he truly loves. Lastly, Doeun's was about extricating herself from a toxic relationship and learning to heal from it.
All of these characters have their own personal relationship with their well-being and love, something explored throughout the book. I absolutely loved each arc in the story as each story arc got progressively stronger. The morals of the stories were up for interpretation rather than being served to the reader with long, cheesy dialogue.

♡Bareum & Doeun: Their friendship was absolutely a relationship goal. I loved that Namsoo decided to focus on friendship. For both Bareum and Yuyeon, while love was important to them, they also made time for friendship, which was a priority for them as well. Doeun was such a queen. She was wise, mature, protective, and caring towards Bareum. I love that the two care for each other but don't overstep into each other's lives. While they give each other advice and step in when necessary, Bareum gave Doeun the time she needed to cope until she was ready. The cave metaphor😫👏 love the way these artistic metaphors are used to further extend the character's emotions!! The adorable way the two cheer each other up or make time to spend time together makes me so happy!
♡Bareum & Yuyeon: WOW. Okay, I probably shouldn't even start with this, so I'll try to limit it to a paragraph. I loved them. I loved Yuyeon and Bareum. They were everything. Yuyeon was such a green flag who respected Bareum. I love that he:
-asked for consent
-didn't overstep boundaries and meddle in Bareum's life. He let her control what she wanted, and assisted her if she needed help
-loved her the way she is
-didn't stop other people from interacting with Bareum. There was this one really frustrating moment where this dude kept on trying to get in between them, but Yuyeon treated the other guy with respect without letting emotions like jealousy or anger make him make rash decisions.
-made time for her and always tried his very best to cheer her up and help her explore her emotions.
-He has her on his phone as "Lord Bareum" 💖😭👑.
-Bareum was so sweet and respected Yuyeon as well. She never made misassumptions about him or other women, and she always talked to him before assuming anything. She accommodated Yuyeon's needs but was straight-forward when she wanted something in the relationship to change.
-COMMUNICATION!
-loved each other and their flaws and strengths
♡Yuyeon & Jaehyun: Their friendship really spoke to me. Throughout the webtoon, we see them as close best friends as they slowly drift apart. It was heartbreaking, but true to life. While many friendships strengthened, there were also ones, like this one, that started to deteriorate slowly. There was a vulnerability that both people showed, which helped the reader to understand both guys. In Yuyeon's dedication to one relationship, he neglected another, and while not intentionally, it wasn't what Jaehyun needed in his mental state. I love that Ahreum and Bareum took matters into their own hands. That one scene between Yuyeon and Jaehyun was really visceral. It was sad to see both of them hurt a lot by this friendship,and things changed as they grew older. The flashbacks that were scattered throughout the story depicting their joy and sadness really made their relationship more complex. The conclusion that Namsoo reached about their relationship was realistic.
♡Jaehyun & Ahreum: Honestly, I loved their friendship and the way Jaehyun was with Ahreum when she needed him, and the same for her. Both were supportive and gave each other the support they needed through difficult times.
♡Ahreum & Bareum: Such a sweet relationship!
♡Bareum & Hanam: Honestly, they're personality twins, especially their reactions, which I need to be an emoji set.
♡Hanam & Doeun: This hurt. 😅. The depth of Hanam's emotional metaphor had my emotions going crazy because, wow, that was really sad. However, their relationship stayed true to each character. Doeun isn't ready for a romantic relationship, and it isn't a priority of hers. I loved watching her find new hobbies and her sweet friendship with Hanam. I will forever grieve what could have been, but I still hope for the future between the two. Hanam was honestly such a great guy who was very compassionate. I love that he decided to be what Doeun needed at the time—a friend—despite his deep feelings for her.
♡Jaehyun & Bareum: This was honestly such a beautiful relationship. While it was quite clear why things wouldn't have worked out with one person investing more than the other, the way things were between them in the end was well done. Both decided to stay how things were, and although not as close in the beginning, the two were still kind and respectful.
♡Lastly, the sibling relationships + Yubyeol & Jaeyun: Jaeyun and Yubyeol were so perfect for each other. I loved seeing Jaehyun and Yuyeon's shocked expressions. I also adored the relationship between Yuyeon and Yubyeol, which showed what a sweet and caring brother he was. Jaehyun was also a good brother to Jaeyun, really carrying a lot on his shoulders.
This webtoon perfectly captured loving, learning, grieving, hurting, and moving on.

Yuyeon te amo diosss que hombre. Buen hermano, buen hijo, buen novio... cielos es tan lindo. Tiene tanta responsabilidad afectiva que me encanta. Es un personaje increíble con muchos detalles, lo quiero muchísimo cielos
Bareum es hermosa, es una masita la adoro y me encanta el desarrollo que tuvo gracias a todas las personas que conoció y en especial por Doreum, fue muy lindo leer esto, muy tierno y me enseñó mucho a base de lo que estuve viviendo... me dejó pensando mucho... gracias!

Vou contar o último volume como todo o resto e dizer que esse foi um dos webtoons com uma das histórias mais bem feitas que eu já vi!Retrata bem os dilemas do jovem adulto de 20 anos com um triângulo amoroso BEM FEITO e sem baixaria(e que nem dura a história toda graças a deus, tudo é resolvido e fechado bem antes de acabar). Tudo é muito bem pensado, e sinto que tem algo pra cada pessoa se identificar, seja no aspecto romântico, das amizades, da vida universitária, do trabalho, estágios, nossas escolhas e as encruzilhadas nas quais nos encontramos nessa época tão confusa da vida. A Bareum e o Yuyeon são o casal mais fofo do mundo e foi tão lindo ver o desenvolvimento do relacionamento deles. Tudo lindo perfeitinho e redondinho, recomendo para todos(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡ Nem dá pra acreditar que foi o primeiro webtoon da autora.

AAAAAAAHHHHH, where do i start?
i love this webtoon with my whole heart, these characters felt so real, i've never empathised more with characters and their stories. the author has crafted them with so much love. i love how the importance of friendship has been highlighted throughout the story. when i tell you yuyeon is THE standard, my god, he's the most supportive, understanding boyfriend ever. EVERYBODY DESERVES A NA YUYEON !!! i love the realistic and calm approach that the characters took whenever they were faced with some sort of conflict, it does however bring me so much joy that there wasn't too much conflict lmao.
i want to give the biggest hug to all the characters in romance 101, all of u are now my children, come to bed, i will tuck you in.

Great story. This showed all types of relationships and the different problems they can face. It was realistic in its representation of characters struggling through their feelings and future plans

Feel good romance webtoons have always been my favorite genre when it comes to webtoons. Especially when the main couple is healthy and cute, I don’t like it when a third person messes up the couple or misunderstandings that reaches seasons before getting untangled happen, just for them to get together in the last few chapters. This webtoon was just what I was looking for.
There were few different couples, some remained couples till the end, others broke apart. What I realized while I was reading this is that, depending on who is in the relationship the circumstances change. In the beginning we were introduced to Gu Ahreum a senior who was a intern+ senior at university who was in a relationship with a employee in a prestige company. They went through a hard time having time to meet up because of their busy schedules, in the end Ahreum although she really tried to keep the relationship going was dumped because her ex found it to be a burden.
The main couple goes through something similar, with Bureum being a teaching assistant and yuyeong being a intern at yet another prestige company. When they were going through a hard time finding time, instead of breaking apart, they tried looking for ways they could meet up with each other.
I don’t believe that Ahreum's relationship was trash and minseok was garbage (I do think he was a little shitty for coming in to a conclusion about what to do with their relationship alone and breaking it to her on the festival day-when she was trying so hard to keep their relationship afloat), mainly because even throughout the other chapters it’s shown that minseok still loves Ahreum a quite a bit.
I loved how in this webtoon they focused on broken friendships, trust and love
I hope to find a similar webtoon to binge read, and make me feel sad once it’s over

Buenooo, creo que sí me di mi tiempo para leer este webtoon. XD Lo llevo esperando desde hace meses y casi se pone en pase diario. Romance 101 es un slice of life sobre la vida de Bareum que quiere tener un novio y por eso ingresa a un club de programación. Solo eso fue suficiente para crear una historia llena de amor, si amor, incluso el epílogo dice que de eso se trata el webtoon. Y no puedo ser más feliz por eso, no sé que tiene esas historias que me encantan. :'c Los personajes son increíbles, cada uno tiene sus problemas y se esfuerzan en seguir a pesar de ellos. Sobre todo me gusta que no sean dramáticos, siempre buscan una solución hablando y no hay cosa mejor que la ✨ comunicación✨ Ahora sí, la relación principal, sep apoyaba a Yuyeon desde el primer momento y sufría con la interacción del otro, pero cuando él se declaró sin esperar nada de ella, fue increíble, él siempre la quiso y esperó para que ella se sienta de la misma forma, no hubo presión ni nada, solo estuvo a su lado en todo momento. <3 Bareum también se tomó su tiempo para aceptar a Yuyeon y me gustó mucho como su relación cambio de amigos a novios, fue un proceso muy bonito. ¡Y ni hablar cuando se volvieron novios! Eso fue más sentimental, Yuyeon es el estándar.
Otra parte que me gustó de la historia fue como se representa la amistad, es muy bonito ver cómo se apoyan siempre y buscan lo mejor para el otro en todo momento, incluso se muestra los altibajos de la amistad y como al final lo solucionan. En fin, no tengo nada malo que decir de la obra, es increíble. <3

Buenooo, creo que sí me di mi tiempo para leer este webtoon. XD Lo llevo esperando desde hace meses y casi se pone en pase diario. Romance 101 es un slice of life sobre la vida de Bareum que quiere tener un novio y por eso ingresa a un club de programación. Solo eso fue suficiente para crear una historia llena de amor, si amor, incluso el epílogo dice que de eso se trata el webtoon. Y no puedo ser más feliz por eso, no sé que tiene esas historias que me encantan. :'c Los personajes son increíbles, cada uno tiene sus problemas y se esfuerzan en seguir a pesar de ellos. Como empiezo una reseña después de tanto ? No lo sé, pero eso no implica que no quiera hablar de esta historia.
En un principio no lo iba a leer que decirles, no me convencía más que el arte de la portada (es preciosas no mientan).Pensé que iba a ser un simple webtoon de romance con sus momentos boludos y tiernos, pues cerraron lo que me quedaba de culo amigo.
Como decirles que tengo videos y fotos llorando por las frases y momentos que realmente tocan el alma.No es solo un romance: es sobre amistad y sus problemas, sobre el crecimiento no solo de los profas pero también de los secundarios( que son como 4 más que les digo)
Les juro que cada que había un momento de la amistad de Bareum con su mejor amiga esta con una sonrisa en la cara, o en su contraparte llorando a mares por lo que ocurría. Como la gente tiene que tomarse su tiempo. Como es el apoyo entre parejas. Crushes, como estos parecieran no serlo en realidad.
Sobre no juzgar, no seguir siempre un plan, tener libertad y disfrutar. Encerio esto es un desastre porque al momento que lo escribo pienso en más y más cosas de las que quiero decir pero…
Si tengo que resumirlo es pocas palabras es: lo que necesito en este momento, una historia que me abrazo el corazón y me tira la indirecta de que el cambio que está por venir a mi no es tan malo. Que no hay tal cosa como el camino correcto. Y que yo soy la única que decide si lo es o no.
Encerio estoy lagrimeando mientras escribo esto.
(Ojalá me hubiera guardado los capítulos donde me total al alma) el que más me acuerdo es el final porque es el cierre perfecto a todo.

One of my favourite webtoon's to date.
I completed it this year after starting it from the very first episode back in 2021. And it to this day continued to be every bit of perfection. It was filled with the perfect mix of the uncertainty of growing up, healthy communication in friendships AND in relationships and an all round perfect chemistry between Bareum & Doeun. Every episode made me smile, some made me cry and most of them left me with that gooey sappy feeling of wishing to feel that kind of love in my life.
I'll miss this series. I really will. But it's also something written and drawn so wonderfully that I know I can and will always come back to reading it. :')

Romance 101 has to be one of the best romance series I have ever had the pleasure to read.
I really enjoyed how natural the main romance developed and how both of them were such healthy and loving partners to one another.
But what I liked the most was the way the author handled conflict between friends. It was quite a breath of fresh air to see them work their feelings out. Also, the miscommunication was actually realistic and understandable and layered.
Overall, I really recommend this one, thank you author for this amazing webtoon and good luck with your current one! :)

wow i can’t believe i just finished romance 101? it might be one of my favorite webtoons ever i loved every single moments of it, it was wholesome, adorable, still had sad moments, and had a very realistic portrayal of relationship which is truly the BEST THING EVER !! well i’ll miss my silly characters especially my boy hanam <3

I love this story and the feelings that it made me feel. I like how each characters are portrayed and how relationships are also portrayed beautifully in this manhwa. I can say that this story is kind of slow at first, but the story progresses at the latter part of the story. I love how the male characters are portrayed her, especially Yuyeon.

This was genuinely soooooo good. The relationships and the friendships explore many edges and aspects of our daily life. The characters are so cute and lovable. And the character development is very well done. I totally recommend you read it.

Me encanta como el final abarca el cierre se todos los personajes, incluso de los personajes secundarios. Todo este Webtoon fue una lectura tranquila y divertida, perfecta para cuando tienes ganas de leer algo relajado.
