Brianna Dawson needs to change her life. And for a Madison Avenue ad exec, life doesn't get more different than a cattle ranch in Wyoming. Which is why she gets into her car and drives for a week to accept the proposal of Jake Marshall, a cowboy she met only once — and that was a long time ago.
What Brianna doesn't know is that this marriage of convenience comes with a serious stipulation — a child by the end of the year.

Fun easy to read family is the most important thing out there
Love each other live like you mean it love each other even in troubled times . This book the most important way of having a family around you and forever
this was my first mills and boon, and I've got to say I did enjoy it, but the story was so slow. could that be because it was written from another time? possibly. could it be because it was closed door? also possibly. overall, I still enjoyed this!
This is a great read about love and marriage. You get a two-for-one deal too since there are really two love stories - Brianna and Jake as well as Shell and Loni. The characters were all very strong and interact well with each other. The range of personalities and dynamics really show you so many different sides of the story and the family that you really get drawn in. The author does a good job of convincingly bringing a situation usually used in historical books - "mail-order bride" - into a contemporary setting. Although a little steamier than many books I review (with a lot of bedroom scenes not described), this one is still a good clean read.
A woman from NYC leaves her hectic life to slow down on a ranch in Wyoming. She goes to meet up with a man she remembered from her teenage years working on a ranch during the summer months. He needs a wife and a baby by the end of the year in order to keep the ranch, according to the will of his grandmother.
For an arranged marriage, they fall in love and she helps make a family and traditions for the little group on the ranch.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was clean and an easy read and just a good story.
Cute, it's sort of like a modern day mail order bride which btw is hard to swallow. Though, I can imagine it if that makes any sense at all. I really liked where these two were coming from and that made for more enjoyment.
It was great. At first he just wants her for a child, but ends up loving her along with a new grandchild, future daughter-in-law and a baby on the way. AMAZING!!!
