A wonderful gift for kids, especially nowadays. With American children trailing the developed world in mathematics and science, it's time more titles of this sort hit the market. Lively, readable, informative and *fun*. (So much fun, as a matter of fact; you'd do well to steer clear of it if you're a kid at heart.)
