If we are honest with ourselves, most of us would concede that it can be vexing to Discover God’s Will (Part 1) and then learn to Follow God’s Will (Part 2) on any kind of consistent basis.
Are you looking for your next small group study or perhaps a personal study you can really sink your teeth into; Follow God’s Will may be just the boost you need to get yourself back on track.
The structure of this book lends itself to a chapter-by-chapter study as well as a reference tool when specific issues arise.

As a seasoned Christian, I was pretty sure I was capable of hearing God's word and following His will. Brittany Ann quickly reminded me (as early as the book's introduction!) that I still had a lot to learn.
This book takes you step-by-step in learning how to follow God's will for your life in TODAY'S world. It opened my eyes, and my heart, in ways no other book on this subject has ever done. It's as if the author, herself, took my hand and generously and lovingly said, "Here. Let me show you."
I learned:
* How to dive deeper into Scripture and fully understand it
* How to hear Scripture - God's spoken word
* How to find opportunities to serve others well
* How to make wise decision that are Biblically sound
* How to live out my faith every day in today's world
* How to stand up for my faith, myself, and my spiritual beliefs
* How to choose the people I want to surround me in life
And my favorite:
* How to follow God's will faithfully when life is hard! (And life has been INCREDIBLY hard!)
Plus much more!
Side note: I also purchased the workbook. I highly recommend it, because it helps you solidify everything Brittany Ann teaches.

Easy to read. I liked the study questions, I spent a lot of time looking things up and reading the Scripture. I would have liked a few more in depth answers/scenarios instead of the general ones in the book.

I enjoyed this book and learned a lot. Who hasn't questioned God's will and how to find it?
My goal for this book is to teach you a biblical framework you can use to hear God's voice, understand His word, and determine His will for your life for yourself.
I think this is the third book I have read this year where part of the focus is on understanding scripture. I think the reason so many books teach this is because we are prone to take things at literal face value, and since we don't have a donkey talking to us, most things don't seem important. However, when we take the time to study not just one verse, but the verses around it, the cultural aspects of it, we get a broader understanding of Scripture and what it means for us today.
Simply believing that Jesus existed or that He was a good moral teacher isn't enough. Jesus isn't calling us to believe that he existed but to believe that He is who He says He is and He can do what He says He can do.
This book is broken into two parts. Part one teaches about discovering God's will, and part two discusses how to follow God's will. This book is saturated with Scripture and has dig deeper sections, asking the reader to further study Scripture references before moving on to the next section.
With the way the world is today, I really appreciate authors like Brittany Ann writing books like this, that teach us to look at things through a Biblical lens, and take us back to the roots of our faith. We all have decisions to make, and using a Biblical perspective will help us to make the right decision, even when a clear path doesn't always appear. It is even more important to stick to the truths of Scripture, despite this unpopular perspective.
My only regret is that I didn't read this book a few years ago when I got it! I highly recommend it.

I LOVED this book.
Isn't this a question almost all of us have: what is God's will for my life? We feel that it's a mystery that we might stumble on if we're lucky--but how? It turns out that God has lovingly included His will for us in the Bible. And in Follow God's Will: Biblical Guidelines for Everyday Life, Brittany Ann uses those Scriptures, her own experiences, and others' to help readers understand what God's plans for humans actually are.
They start with the big and universal, for the entire Christian church (love God and love others). And they include repentance, faith, obedience; and of course, the Great Commission. And then, there's the gifts and callings for each individual. But God is not a taskmaster, who's checking off how well each of us does on all of those items. Instead, He is the God who loves us; who invites us; and who is right there WITH us in our lives, our struggles, and our successes.
I believe that Follow God's Will: Biblical Guidelines for Everyday Life is a book that will comfort, bless, encourage, and equip readers. I was so struck by God's kindness and love for us as I read this book, even as I remembered His very good plan for the church and for individuals. Brittany Ann has done it again. Don't miss this wonderful book.

Sometimes we need help discerning the Lord’s will for us in a given situation. That’s why Brittany Ann wrote Follow God’s Will: Biblical Guidelines for Everyday Life. She wants to reassure us Christians that God does have a plan for us and does give guidance for living out that plan. She desires to equip Christians to tap into the wisdom found in the Bible and apply it to situations we face. In Follow God’s Will, Brittany Ann provides a biblical framework, relevant scripture verses, and practical suggestions for answering the many questions we may have about God’s will for our lives. She gives us thoughts, suggestions, and applications to incorporate and ponder, and she sprinkles in real-life stories to help us feel less alone in our uncertainties.
I appreciate that Brittany Ann doesn’t pretend to have all the answers for every situation we face. Instead she points us back to the wisdom and encouragement God reveals in the Bible, giving us a biblical framework to follow with thoughts and approaches to ponder and pray about. And importantly, she is quick to point to prayer as a first step in making any decision.
I think Follow God’s Will is especially helpful for newer Christians or for those who have not spent much time in the Word. However, those who have walked with the Lord for many years should also find a few nuggets to help in their decision-making.

Following God's will can be a real challenge, for both new believers and mature Christians! In an easy and personable style, author Brittany Ann shares a valuable resource to help make this possible, and she makes it very clear that it really boils down to following the two Greatest Commandments: loving God and loving others. This new book has 12 chapters that are divided into two parts: Discover God's Will and Follow God's Will. These chapters cover a wide range of topics, among them The Two Greatest Commandments, Understanding God's Written Word, Witnessing with Truth and Love, and Cultivating a Faith-Filled Mindset. All 12 chapters are filled with personal experiences and an abundance of God's Word. I especially like that we can 'Dive Deeper into Scripture', use the suggested questions to help increase our understanding, and explore the Notes and Recommended Resources for even more inspiration.
Follow God's Will is truly a treasure chest of encouragement and motivation and I recommend it for Christians in all stages of their Christian walk.

Brittany Ann’s newest book, Follow God’s Will is divided into two parts, Discover God’s Will and Follow God’s Will. She uses both personal stories and examples and those of other women to illustrate her message. Throughout each chapter are Dive Deeper into Scripture sections, which encourage the reader to read various scripture passages and answer questions about them. I found these deep dive verses very helpful in applying Brittany’s concepts. Chapters include such topics as hearing and understanding God’s word, making wise decisions, spiritual disciplines, and standing strong in Biblical truths in a difficult environment. I found the book very readable and valuable for both new and seasoned Christians. I highly recommend this book.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK!
LOVE GOD AND LOVE PEOPLE. That has been my Christian motto, for most of my adult life. So, when this verse (Matt. 22:37-40) was in the beginning chapter, I knew I was going to LOVE this book. I didn’t know however, how much this book would help me truly see the specific will God has on me personally, how much this book would teach me on how to apply the Bible’s instructions to my life today, or how this book would help me realize the strongholds I had in place, hindering me to fully hear, and therefore walk, in God’s will for me.
This book put things into perspective, in the most non-judgmental way, in the way I truly know the Lord wants us to perceive, and grow, in His Word. Brittany Ann knows that her walk, and relationship with the Lord will look different than mine, and yours, as she points out multiple times throughout this book, yet it is put together in such a manner that no matter what your relationship with the Lord is, you can’t help but know these words are speaking to you specifically, for growth, bearing fruit, and with the purpose to follow God’s will for your life.

This book has so much good information in it giving you guidance on how to determine what God is calling you to do and how to follow God's calling for your life. Each chapter has detailed points with either questions to ask yourself or steps to take to arrive at a decision. Throughout the book, there are short stories from real life women that add to what Brittany writes about. I absolutely loved all the "Dive Deeper" sections which allowed me to read scripture and apply what I was reading to my life. I highly recommend this book.

This book is for new and long-time believers in Christ. I absolutely love the Dive Deeper into Scripture sections because it really makes you think and challenge yourself. I really felt convicted in areas where I knew I had stopped doing what God had called me to do but at the same time felt wakened to do something about it. If you ever wondered what God has called you to do, then this book is for you! For me, I heard many sermons but sometimes going over the basics and really “diving deep” within yourself will re-ignite your passion for God. Sometimes you don’t realize that somewhere along the way you have gone a little off the path because of “life” and this book will make your path straight again. This is a timely book for any Christian.

I was skeptical when I purchased this book, but I've been pleased with Brittany's presentation of TRUTH. I particularly like the "Dive Deeper into Scripture" sections that are strategically placed within each chapter. These allow the reader to pause and reflect on what was just read as well as to dive into scripture that specifically addresses the subject ... allowing the reader to discover personal application. The clarity of this written word would make for a good study for the young Christian and yet challenging for the mature Christian.

Fabulous book by Brittany Ann. Follow God's Will leads you into discovering and following God's will through spiritual practices like prayer, serving, and spiritual disciplines. She also gives advice on sharing your faith and standing up against sin. I have been a follower of Jesus for many years and found this book to bring me back to the heart of Jesus and to seek Him more intimately.

Brittany warmly and skillfully presents principles and ideas for learning to follow God's will. I never felt any shame or guilt for not doing it "right." Instead, I was encouraged by her examples and godly advice.

I can't say enough good things about this book. It's not just excellent; it's exceptional! Brittany Ann has crafted a practical masterpiece that is incredibly easy to grasp and brimming with actionable ideas that anyone can implement in their daily life.
It's not only incredibly practical and easy to understand but also filled with ideas that anyone can readily put into practice. In fact, I'm currently reading it for the third time, and it has become a valuable reference in my life. I find myself turning to it often.
