Business Knowledge Messaging: How to Avoid Business Miscommunication

Rate this book
The problem we face today is inelastic engagement. If you're drowning in a daily deluge of emails and virtual meetings, you know exactly what I mean.

Look at it this way. Informal dialog and body language are largeley inelastic, but knowledge is growing exponentially. It doesn't take a genius to see that's a problem.

This book takes business knowledge, along with data, vocabulary and rules, in an exciting new direction - business knowledge messaging.

Here's how you can ...
* Spot ambiguity
* Communicate more clearly
* Systemize knowledge

This was certainly a faster read than initially assumed, but that’s partly because the reading flows so easily. The author does a very good job of establishing the language it is going to use to… well, explain how messaging should be done by people in a business if said people want to efficiently communicate and take decisions based on knowledge. Certainly a good build-up to “Business Knowledge Blueprints” which I am going to continue with!
