Great framework for ambitious professionals!
I really enjoyed the structured and straight forward approach. The overall theme of “own your career” is exactly what’s needed to get a promotion.

I read this at the rec of the Dell women’s ERG, and while there were some great tips in it, I’m not currently in a place of such ambition for it all to be relevant. Younger Suz would have gobbled this up.
