Good info and probably a must read. Especially as a starting point if you or a loved one have recently been diagnosed.

I couldn't give it a 5 star rating for 2 reasons:
1. Research in PC is moving along at lightning pace. The information here is at least 10 years old. It really could use an update
2. I'd love to see a table of contents that links to each of the questions. A book like this is not a one time read, but rather a reference that we come back to again and again. The knowledge here is buried if we can't see the 100 questions at a glance and quickly get to the info we need.

It was a good book, clearly written and easy to read considering the sensitive nature of the topic.

Good info, but published in 2003 so might not be the most up to date
