This rhyming book takes you through a story of a couple who choose to get a rescue dog as their new pet. The couple comes across Ladybug and fall in love with her expressive eyes and decide to bring her home. Ladybug was a scared dog who transforms herself into a confident dog with the help of her new family. Hopefully Ladybug's rescue journey can shed a light on the impact of rescuing a dog and the importance of second chances at a better life.

A Story of Animal Adoption
An easy read, this is a story that highlights all the benefits to humans for taking in a rescue animal. The humans provide all the necessities of life to the animal and are rewarded by the unconditional love shown back to them. A great topic for discussion with your little ones. I have not seen any other book out there on this topic.

heartwarming story about a rescue dog Ladybug
I almost had tears in my eyes when reading this wonderful story. My son also loved it and had so many questions in the end. He always says let’s buy a dog! Now he knows that there are more ways to give a home to an animal. Very beautiful book!

Sweet book
This is a sweet book told in a easy and simple rhyme. It is a great little story about a dog and the love and companionship she brought to her owners. The author did a great job in showing the joy of adopting a rescue book.

Good intro on rescue pets!
My 4 & 6 year old loved this story. It started a whole conversation about what rescue dogs are. And they loved that Ladybug was adopted!
