“With Tokyo Blade all wrapped up and his crusade for vengeance quelled, Aqua is unsure what to do next. Sensing his strange mood, Ruby invites him to join B Komachi for three days in Miyazaki as they shoot the music video for their first original song— and Kana certainly has no objections to him being there! The journey will be Aqua's first time seeing his former home since being killed and reborn. With mixed feelings about the future mingling with shadows of the past, the trip to Miyazaki promises to be unforgettable...”
Reading Oshi No Ko as and when the physical English volumes are released. I know this manga series has ended now, and I know people have been left feeling underwhelmed by the ending, but I’m trying to not let this cloud my judgement or enjoyment - because with the art style and storyline - I think this might be one of my all time favourite manga. 💖
what do you mean soulless children??? and who the fuck are you? i'm probably gonna laugh so hard in the future when we finally get an answer to this, and i remember my reaction
It’s getting GOOD!!!!!!! 🤩 Can’t say anything else in fear of spoiling people…People just READ this series non-stop! Binge-read it! It's super worth your time and brain power!

Sooo... revenge is back on the menu! And unexpectedly so. Meanwhile, what exactly is Aqua and Akane's relationship now? All these and more keep the story going!!!
Aqua spilled his heart out about how he was just using Akane, and yet she still continues to support and care for him. He keeps leading her on and ughhhhh she doesn’t deserve trash like him.
I feel horrible for Ruby since the bomb that was dropped on her is almost equivalent to Aqua’s reason for living to be about Ai. Now, she’s just as emotionless and hollow as Aqua was. I hope that she doesn’t become as obsessed with Ai as Aqua is (which looks like the case unfortunately). I hated seeing her lose her spark. Then again, I can’t wait to see when Ruby and Aqua realize that they are going after the same person and maybe realize about knowing each other in their past lives.
The whole love thing is still weird but at least it’s relatively less weird now that she knows that the old Aqua is dead.
I’m glad that Akane and Kana are less like enemies and more like rivals/frenemies. Their dynamic seems better whenever there’s no/little petty grudges in the way of the plot.
Well, at least Goro’s corpse was found…. Probably one of the only good consequences to come out of this chapter.
Ruby has turned to the dark side now. She is on her path of revenge, but is hoping that Aqua will do it for her. The problem is, Aqua thinks that he finally found peace, so he’s not searching anymore. This leaves Akane as the only playing card. SHE KNOWS that Aqua wasn’t completed his goal, and has yet to tell him. Will she? NO ONE KNOWS GOSH DARN IT.
Also, it’s official: I’m an Aquakane shipper. The fact that that woman can still live Aqua after admitting he was using her is a bit toxic, but I’m here for it.

This series is very good. There are definitely dark elements, what with learning about the seedy underbelly of show business and stuff, but it also manages to be funny and lighthearted at times.
This volume was more on the dark side, though. It was interesting to see Ruby’s’ character going down a darker path. So far, she seemed the more cheerful and optimistic of the two. The events in this volume changed that.
I’m curious about what the next arc will bring. It seems like Aqua is ready to start living a life beyond Ai’s memory, but I’m not sure if he’ll be allowed to. Also, what was up with the kid with the crows? It gave me a supernatural vibe. Which I was not expecting.
okay okay OKAY. Was ist hier los?! RUBY MY GIRL you got this!
. E si torna da capo.
The plot and murder mystery is truly amazing and intriguing and the dark twists are so captivating and unexpected, all characters are extremely well written and are not flat, so glad we're learning more about what actually happened, also seeing all the character development, both positive and negative makes this story really great (and omg, Ruby last few chapters>>>), but the romance here is just 😭 I don't care if the final girl will be Kana nor Akane, but please, just please don't be Ruby 🤮🤮
4.5/5 Another excellent volume of Oshi no Ko. The cast returns to the city were Ai gave birth, Ruby died, and where Aqua was killed in their first lives. We get more growth in the Aqua and Akane romance and the discovery of Aqua’s original body.
We also get super Saiyan 2 star eyed Ruby. So intense.
I really enjoyed seeing the relationship between Akane and Aqua progress and seeing how the chains that had been weighing down Aqua for so long are gone to the point where he feels free to live his life as he sees fit- at least for now that is. I can’t wait to see how Ruby’s descent to where Aqua had been for so long will manifest and how it’ll affect her relationships and behavior.

Teen Romance is in the air, or rather in these pages of Oshi No Ko! Steamy moments don't wait to slowly come (by page 23 we already have a huge one!). This volume lightened the mood heavily about revenge and really gave me the 90210 vibes (which that statement alone is aging me, ha ha ha). This was a fun volume for me though, and so I stay entertained and intrigued!
Ahh that was soo good Those ruby panels when she realised doctor died omg I don't like the fact that Aqua uses Akane ,their relationship is not healthy for sure. She accepts it just to be by his side.
