Want to try the Tomato and Bread Salad, the Curried Acorn Squash, and the Ratatouille recipes.

Very cool pictures but not very realalistic menus. I'm not going to make Cornish hen anything else fancy like that. Only two things I can take away from this book is how to make Japanese rice and ham and cheese sandwich.
