Luna Eclipse

Rate this book
I'm an ex-Luna.

I rejected my mate.

There's only one problem – my mate's an alpha and he always gets what he wants. Right now, he wants me... I've no idea if he's trying to protect me, or kill me.

I have to run, and keep running.

It seems like there are bigger things at stake than just having control of my own life. There's a war between the Coven and the Shifters, the Vampires are scheming, and there's a breech in the Watch. I'm hiding my secret as best I can but everyone wants something from me.

Who the hell can I trust? Or is the real trick to trust nobody?

I'm not sure where my loyalties lie any-more, or how to reconcile myself with fate.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Short Summary of the book:
This is a great sequel to the first in the series. Well-written, it captures the reader’s attention and encourages the reader to read on and find out what happens to Freya. After she left her fated mate, will she make it on her own, or will she find him again? And what is the relevance of a prophecy?
What I liked about the book:
It was fast-paced and difficult to put down.
What I didn’t like about the book:
I loved the entire book.
My favourite bits in the book:
How Freya succeeds to keep herself and her daughter safe while on the run and discovers her talents.
My least favourite bits in the book:
I enjoyed the entire book.
Any further books in the series? Any more planned by this author?
This is the second book in the series. I also read the prequel to this series and this should possibly be read before the first in the series. I hope the author will continue to write a third in the series as the story leaves room for this to happen.
What books could this be compared to and why?
This is a great paranormal/supernatural love and adventure story.
Recommendation:
In summary, I would recommend this book for the following readers:

Children No
Young Adult Maybe
Adult Yes

If you like stories about shifters, witches and vampires with some steamy scenes, this series may be the series for you.
I’m certainly looking forward to reading more by this author.

A great ending to this duet!!!

There were so many ups and downs throughout this book and had me guessing right up to the epilogue.
Loved the introduction of some more “characters” (NO SPOILERS). Loved watching Freya and Dirk face their issues between themselves but with the whole shifter world.
If you want a complete series then definitely grab this! Thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn’t stop reading it.

Special thanks to Zana Wilder for an ARC copy for my honest review. It was a great duet and I secretly want another book. I’m not ready to let Freya and Dirk go

Thoroughly enjoyed the third installment to this series and hoping there will be more but with how it ended I doubt that will be the case. I don't want to say too much without giving away the story but for anyone that likes the supernatural with a few twists and turns you wont be disappointed.

I loved the sexual tension between the two main characters but also the relationships within the whole pack. Maddie is by far my favourite with Aurora as a close second.

Secrets, hiding, half truths, lies and fighting make for one heck of an adventure. Freya is doing what she can to stay safe and Dirk is losing his mind without her. But how long can you fight who you really are. So many secrets and discoveries in this story.
A story of strength, determination, love, family, friendship, and forgiveness.

I think I enjoyed this book in the series more than the first book. Secrets, going into hiding, half truths, lies, and fighting will make for one crazy adventure. There were so many ups and downs throughout this book that had me guessing right up to the ending. I loved the introduction of some more “characters” in this series. I loved watching Freya come more into herself and learn who she is and what she is capable of. I also loved watching Freya and Dirk face the issues between themselves along with the issues with the shifter world. Overall, I really did enjoy this story.
