This is an exhaustive text on Adi Shankaracharya's Advaita Vedanta. Highly recommended to those curious to learn about non-dualistic teachings of our ancient scriptures. Swami Paramananda Bharati has conducted a set of lectures centred around this book and its teachings, which are available on YouTube. A combination of reading the book, and listening to the lectures is recommended. Not recommended for casual reading.

I've read the English original version of this book by the same author. The book is an exhaustive teaching on Advaita Vedanta. It starts from the basics to the most advanced concepts. It's a heavy read and has to be studied slowly. Re-reading parts read for the first time, the next day is recommended. Likewise making markings for relevant portions. If you follow these, rest assured the book is a treasure chest. It's you best reference on Advaitic concepts. Any doubts or questions you have on Advaita, you will find an answer in this book.

Really good primer with helpful terminology. Sometimes it is brief where it needs to be more expansive. Presupposes knowledge of sanskrit.
