**3/5 stars**

The writing in itself was nice, some paragraphs I thought were well structured and beautiful but the plot was a bit boring to me. Very uneventful. Morgan is the Senator's daughter and dedicated her life to her charity United for the Children. One evening, at her birthday party, she is kidnapped and then questioned about the money laundering that links straight to her charity.

I remember my younger days playing hide and seek among the furniture with our maid’s child, sliding beneath the mahogany table, scooting behind the curtains. Then I became a teenager who pivoted to hiding between the pages of a book.-Morgan

If at first I had a good feeling about Morgan, I slowly became more and more disappointed by her. Her reactions and her disproportionate outbursts really got on my nerves. She seemed to be a selfless person, but I found her to be very self-centered in general. I don't think she was bad at all but she gave some spoiled teenager vibes with her recklessness and stubbornness. In the first chapters, she appeared sweet and dreamy, a beautiful soul who was forced to have a public persona that didn't fit her actual character. It didn't stick very long. She felt a bit dramatic at times, she made big deals out of nothing. I really couldn't warm up to her.

My glare deepens with hatred. “You might want to ditch the venom,” he taunts. “I don’t think you understand how attractive you are when you’re angry.”

Mark was the only reason I finished this book. He was likable and protective. I liked that he felt two ways about Morgan; one side couldn't resist her, always giving in and the other hated the pull that she had on him. I wish we'd had more of his backstory, his childhood, how he came to love Morgan in the first place. He seemed slightly obsessed with her but it was nothing crazy, more like unable-to-get-over-her type of obsession. I think without him, I would've fallen asleep.

“I don’t hate you, Morgan,” he murmurs against my throat. “I hate wanting you.”

The problem with these two is that technically they had a good base for a beautiful chemistry but there wasn't enough meaning and details connecting to their past. I needed more. Something was missing and I can't even put my finger on it.

Plus, I was able to guess who was the person behind the money laundering too easily, which kind of dulled the rest of the book for me. I wasn't surprised by anything really or any of the revelations at the end. I was reading but I didn't feel excited or engaged by anything that was happening. My eyes saw the words but they didn't spark any emotion from me. Indifferent is the term I'm looking for. I'd say the first half of the book was better than the second half...I didn't like the ending nor the epilogue, since I'm not a fan of happy-for-nows.

Would I recommend this book? It wasn't outstanding but not bad either. Enjoyable to certain extends but a bit uneventful. I wanted more tension, more action...It was just an average story to me.

Sparks fly in this intense romantic suspense.

Everything about this book from the combined talents of authors SR Jones and Eden Summers was electric and had me staying up until waaaaaaaaaay too late thinking that sleep was for pussies. I’ve long read books from Ms Eden and it was on her name alone that I picked up WILLING VICTIM to read.

The story held me enthralled needing to read more as much as I needed a last breath. One more chapter, one more chapter, we all know the drill, until that ultimate satisfaction of the end drawing near, the romance is realised and our characters get that HEA.

The team work between the authors was seamless making this one very smooth read and in my opinion, they wrote all of the characters, both main and secondary, perfectly. Each individual had a fictional part to play and our hero and his boys carried it out with the operational accuracy of the Special Ops SEAL team that they’d previously been in during their time in the military. I loved the banter and the often dark humour between them all, and when Harper became the Willing Victim, they placed a high value and held respect for her feisty resistance; only after they’d overcome their decidedly cynical opinions.

Yeah, Harper was no daddy’s girl or spoiled princess, merely the show pony trotted out and primped up when occasion was demanded by her father. In the end though, and don’t ask me how Missus Jones and Summers did it, but I actually felt sorry for the man 🤐 In spite of her upbringing though, she was down-to-earth and someone I totally admired. I loved her strength, her accomplishments and her lonely generous heart, and most of all, even when it bit her in the backside in the end, her trusting nature.

Mark, our very alpha hero was as serious as a heart attack and once committed to a task at hand, he was all in and didn’t let a little inconvenience or difference of opinion get in the way of his goal. I absolutely adored his sense of honour, and the more I heard about his backstory, the more I admired him and the loyalty that he inspired in his team. They were total crack-ups and didn’t miss an opportunity to hassle each other.

Last of all, I have to speak to the chemistry between Mark and Harper. Phoar, it was hot AF! Seriously hot, sparky as all hell as they rubbed each other the wrong way or straight out clashed, and deliciously steamy. It was just the vibrant icing on this electric cake of a read and means that I have no other option than to straight out and unashamedly bleat to all that they must read WILLING VICTIM. 5-Sparky-Stars! 💛⭐️🌟

Because I have a really small TBR list 🤭 I decided to search for new books and this blurb got my attention.

This was my first time reading something from both authors but it was kind of a surprise since I didn't have expectations. I can't say it was an amazing read and I loved every moment, but it got me entertained and curious.

Another good read from Eden for which I received an Arc for an honest review. And teaming up with another of my favourite Authors, SR Jones just blew me away. Morgan is the Senator’s daughter who’s charity work is very close to her own heart. She puts her everything into it even though her father feels it’s a waste of time. On her birthday her father holds a huge masked party for her with lots of rich, influential people, so she can raise money for her charity and hopefully raise funds for his political career. This is where she meets Mark, But during this party she is kidnapped and held against her will, on finding out why, her world is torn apart. A hot suspenseful story that doesn’t disappoint.

missed the mark

I like how this book started then it started going downhill. I don’t even understand the motive and it didn’t delve too much into the whys and how’s. It’s quite anticlimactic.

This a sweet read.
Angst level is very low.
Mark is a lovable character.
A tad boring.
I am actually looking forward to Charmer's or maybe Bane's story.
They seem more interesting.

Morgan and Mark are 🔥
Friends to Enemies to Lovers? Count me in!
“I changed from a boy who was once proud to be able to love you into someone who detests how much I want you. I despise that after all these years, you’re still the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. And I fucking loathe the itch under my skin when I’m close to you, because all I want to do is explore…” He nuzzles my neck. “Taste…” He places a kiss to my skin. “Claim…”

I really hope for exactly 3 more stories - but I'm also willing to be surprised 😏

bad

I didn’t think they could write a bad book but this one proved they could. Never connected with the characters and this was one big mess. Story was confusing and boring. I skipped ahead in the middle just to see what happened. Even then it was bad. Skip it

All I can say is ...WOW WOW WOW

OMG!! I just knew that this story was going to be captivating, I wasn't wrong. Eden Summers is a favourite of mine, however S.R. Jones is new to me. Together they have written a complex story with complex characters, drama, action, betrayal, forgiveness, understanding, heat and a touch of romance.

Morgan Hastings, daughter of a US Senator, CEO of a successful children's charity, is kidnapped by an enigmatic, flirtatious, hot stranger she meets at a party held by her father. Even though he is a stranger, Morgan senses a familiarity about him, but she's just not sure why. Why was she kidnapped? Does it have to do with who her father is, or was there something else behind it?

Mark and his team have taken Morgan to obtain information from her regarding some possible political corruption being undertaken by herself and her father. All too soon Mark becomes aware of Morgan's innocence, yet he continues to push her for anything that she can tell him. Mark also has a secret agenda, one that he will use to extract vengeance on those who hurt him in the past. Just who is Mark?

As the story progresses, so does the relationship between Morgan and Mark. Their chemistry is hot, as is their interactions. Is it a case of Stockholm Syndrome, or is there more between them than meets the eye? Secrets will be revealed that will change everything between Morgan and Mark, life for Morgan will never be the same.

WILLING VICTIM is a fast-paced read that held me captivated from beginning to end. I needed to know what was going to happen next, so I found it extremely hard to put down. Morgan and Mark were such strong main characters, while Tink, Bane and Charmer kept me sniggering with their sarcastic comments. These men may have been stoic in their actions, but their words were superb. Suspense, mystery, humour, and undeniable chemistry, all had me thoroughly addicted. There is a huge twist that I did not see coming, however it certainly made sense as the story progressed.

I thoroughly enjoyed WILLING VICTIM and would highly recommend reading it. I can only hope that Tink, Bane and Charmer get to tell their own stories in the near future.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review.

My life is a masquerade, so it's only fitting I met him at a masked ball for the rich and privileged. Tall, dark, dangerous, the charismatic stranger lights a fire in me. But I should have known better than to play with the flames. "What would it take to be your lucky man?" he whispered. I fell for it. Fell for him. It's the biggest mistake of my life. But interrogating a Senator's daughter isn't the only thing he has on his mind. He wants my body. My heart. And the intoxicating chemistry between us makes me a willing victim.

Morgan Hasting's is the daughter of a U.S. Senator. The CEO of a successful children's charity. The girl has a pretty amazing life but it is all about to change when her father throws a masquerade ball and she meets a handsome, flirty stranger and is kidnapped. This stranger though from the very first time she laid eyes one him didn't feel like a complete stranger. Morgan senses something very familiar about him and she can't figure out why, or why he would kidnap her. After all she is the daughter of a Senator or is there some other reason that she can't seem to think of.
Mark is the man who has taken Morgan. He and his team are trying to obtain information form her about some possible political corruption being undertaken by her and her father. Nearly from the very beginning though Mark knows that Morgan isn't involved but that doesn't stop him from pushing her for anything that she can tell him about her father. But he also has reasons of his own that are secret and include exacting vengeance on those who hurt him in the past. But who is Mark really? Morgan and Mark have some smoking hot chemistry and you get to watch the chemistry and relationship between them grow. But there are secrets all over the place and once those come out everything between Morgan and Mark and life for Morgan will never ever be the same.
I loved reading this book. It was absolutely amazing and you will not be able to put it down. This is a book that you do not want to miss.

WILLING VICTIM co-authored by SR Jones and Eden Summers is a stand alone, contemporary, adult, erotic, romantic suspense story line focusing on former US Navy SEAL/Special Ops Mark aka Austin, and children’s charity CEO Morgan Hastings’s story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Morgan and Mark) WILLING VICTIM follows in the aftermath of the abduction of our story line heroine. At her special invite birthday celebration sponsored by her father Senator Stuart Hastings, Morgan would meet a stranger that stirred something deep but a breath of fresh air found our heroine at the mercy of several ‘special ops’ soldiers including the man with whom she had shared a secretive kiss. Morgan would quickly discover that all was not well behind closed doors in the life of a Senator’s daughter but the familiarity of one of her ‘abductors’ gives Morgan pause as to the reality of what was and what may never be. What ensues is the building relationship between Morgan and Mark, and the potential fall-out as the truth is revealed, destroying our heroine’s trust in everyone and everything she knows.

Morgan Hasting has spent most of her adult life working for children’s charities around the world but her abduction by former Special Ops soldiers reveals a truth she never knew existed. Mark never expected to see Morgan Hastings again but his team’s latest assignment meant facing the past, a past that forced our hero into a life he never wanted.

The relationship between Morgan and Mark is one of second chances, of a sorts, between two people whose lives were torn apart years before. Reconnecting with Mark meant a chance at happiness but at the cost of destroying someone else. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

WILLING VICTIM is a story of secrets and lies, power and control, intrigue and blackmail, second chances and love. The character driven premise is edgy, twisted and tragic; the romance is intimate and provocative; the characters are dynamic and animated

Eden Summers doesn’t write sweet books and this is no exception. She also doesn’t write simple stories; her characters are complex with complicated motivations and there are always some loose ends left to the reader’s imagination. There’s always a bit of an edge to her characters. I’m in familiar with SR Jones, so I can’t address her writing or storyline patterns.
So that sounds like Eden Summers’ books are all formulaic, but that is certainly not the case. This book is less bloody than many she writes. Perhaps the veneer of sweetness in this novel comes from SR Jones. The main characters are old friends, separated by her father’s intervention when they were children. The father, now a US Senator, didn’t desert the young man; his mother was given a better job, he got a private education, and, though he was raised by a single mother, there was love and respect for him. The daughter of the Senator had a storybook life with a good education and started an international charity for children. However, that storybook life lacked warmth and honesty from the father. Her entire life was a fundraising effort. I did find it odd that she was so trusting that she didn’t go to see the schools her charity was building. The childhood friend had the duty to tell her that her charity was a shell for criminals. Their motivation, aside from greed, was never clear.
There is enough action to hold the reader’s attention, enough romance to keep the reader guessing, and enough storyline to keep the reader intrigued. All in all, worth a read. I’d suggest tackling this on a weekend or vacation because it’s hard to put it down.

The book started out as a very "predictable" plot; and was almost a return to KU until the story changed course, and caught my interest. Morgan's character was the embattled senator's daughter who was daddy's willing puppet constantly doing as she was told but resenting it. She seemed fine with playing the adoring daughter for the cameras, but resented the fact that she had no life of her own because everything had been about her father's career. Her mother was dead so she became the media circus clown for her father, the senator. It never really said how old she was, but assumed her character was in her 20's. Her character seemed childish and self-centered at times and lacked the maturity I expected from her. Her on again, off again feelings regarding her father and his illegal activities surrounding her non-profit was frustrating. You either accept what he had done or move on. She came around by books' end but wasn't my favorite character.

Mark's character as well as the rest of his team including Tink were the reason I continued reading this book. Their characters made this story and strengthened the plot even though much of the story surrounds Morgan thoughts and reactions to her circumstances. They were funny, but focused on their mission and their goal, which turned out to have a few surprises that made the storyline interesting. Morgan and Mark's backstory added a nice touch to the storyline and did a decent job of explaining their history. Their attraction for one another as adults seemed a likely transition and brought the story full-circle.

Constantly being used as a pawn to raise money for her father, a California Senator, Morgan hates that part of her life. Running a charity by day has always been her dream, but campaigning for her father by night and everywhere in between, was never one of her life goals. So when a man approaches her at a party, a man unlike the men that surround her father, she is suddenly swept away. This is so unlike her, but secretly not. She needs this. Morgan is tempted to know more about this mysterious man and his charming, good looks have her willing to rendezvous with him alone. A big risk for her reputation, as well as her father's, for her to take. She's still entranced with him all the way up until she is forcefully whisked away from the party. Morgan should have known it was too good to be true. When she fully understands what is happening, is she his hostage? For ransom? A plot to blackmail her father? Maybe in the beginning that was the plan, but for her captor Mark and his crew, the plan quickly changed. Mark isn't someone to mess with and she should know this. A lot of planning has gone into this abduction, years of planning. For Mark, there's just too much at stake and failure was not an option.
THIS BOOK HIT THE GROUND RUNNING AND NEVER STOPPED! INTRIGUING AND MYSTERIOUS WITH LOTS OF TWISTS AND TURNS YOU WON'T SEE COMING! GREAT CHARACTERS-I WANT ALL THEIR STORIES-TINK, BANE & CHARMER!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! A DEFINITE MUST READ!!!

Last night I read Willing Victim by S. R. Jones and Eden Summers. The book had totally blown me away--- in a good way! To be perfectly honest, I have read numerous books by S. R. Jones. I had not yet read anything by Eden Summers, so I was a bit leery as what to expect from the combination of these two authors. I usually find myself disappointed in the writing of any two authors. Writing a novel has to be a challenging task; however, writing it in tandem with another author has to be extremely challenging. However, the combination of two good authors—was truly amazing!

The title of the novel Willing Victim is an oxymoron, yet totally apropos in regards to Morgan and Mark. Morgan is “celebrating” her birthday with a large crowd of her Senator father’s political donors when she gets “entangled” with Mark, a tall and handsome stranger, who woos Morgan and whisks her away in a vehicle and takes her to an unknown location.

There are so many twists and turns to the plot; you will be VERY surprised and on the edge of your seat throughout the novel. Plus the cast of characters work well together as if the authors combined first rate ingredients to concoct a delicious recipe at a five star restaurant.

Please partake in the delectable plot of Willing Victim; you will savor this flavorful “dish” of a novel and scrumptious characters!

Delightful abduction seduction trope romance!

First, I am a huge Eden Summers fan having consumed the audio books of her Hunting Her series on Scribd (hint hint on Layla’s series!) and the couple SR Jones books I’ve read were also so so good. Put these two ladies together? Freaking brilliant. I did not know what to expect since these two fine writers typically bring us mafia romance, but this diddy blew all of my expectations out of the water! Mark (along with this massive associate, aptly named Tink) abduct Morgan from her birthday party after Mark flirts with her to get her away from the party guests. They drive her hours away into the mountains and lock her away, but in a comfortable and opulent room where they tell her she’ll be treated well as long as she gives them the information they seek. During her forced stay she meets some additional “associates” of Mark’s and while they treat her as a suspect in some of her senator father’s less than legal activities, obviously things are as black and white on all sides as they originally seemed. I won’t say more without giving way spoilers! The book had plenty of angst, spice and lots of action/plot to keep the reader engaged throughout- at just 250ish pages it was a fast read as well! Best of all it’s a standalone…but here’s hoping the rest of those fella’s get their own books to round out a series :)

I'm a huge fan of Eden Summers writing but a new reader of SR Jones. So I was not sure what to expect but the book did not disappoint. Willing Victim is a great second chance, kidnapping, mercenary type romance.

Morgan is lonely in her life, with an overbearing father. The only true friend she had; her father pushed away years ago and Morgan believed it was her fault!

Morgan, the Senators daughter is devoted to her charity work. Her father holds a birthday party, a masked ball, which he also uses for her to push his political work and to get further sponsors for his campaign. This is something he has asked her to do all her life.

She meets of marks but handsome man who she does not know, who flirts with her, she is taken by him, there is something about him that is familiar. He kidnaps her after leading her away from the party and she has already bid goodnight to her father and is due for holiday, so the ideal time to disappear!

Her kidnapper is after information on political corruption, something he thinks she is part of with her father. Within no time at all it is apparent she is not aware of the ruse and is devastated that her charities to help vulnerable children is nothing more than a sham and that have father appears to be part of it!

Her kidnapper, known as Mark and his accomplices Tink, Charmer and Bane are very interesting characters who I would love to hear more from!

Much to Bane, Charmer and Tink dismay Mark who is their leader is lenient with Morgan and believes her and wants to help her.

I won’t spoil the twists or the ending, but I would thoroughly recommend. I read this book as an ARC from Eden Summers and I am giving my honest review.

I have read all of Eden Summers individual books, but SR Jones is a new to me author. My curiosity was piqued to see how they would team to together and I am so glad that I did delve into this new partnership. I found this story to be a hugely successful collaboration. Co-authoring involves a lot of skill and an ability to think as the other author does but still maintain your individuality. This is necessary in order to maintain a fluid story line and Eden Summers and SR Jones have abundantly demonstrated that they are a team to be reckoned with!

Willing Victim definitely didn’t disappoint. Drama, action, intrigue and suspense are all the great makings of this book.
This absorbing story has a combustible and fiery connection between two people who are fighting their true feelings given the precarious situation they found themselves in which makes for a scorching and emotional romance with underlying grittiness.

The secondary characters Tink, Charmer and Bane are the icing on the cake in Willing Victim. They make this story especially compelling because even characters that do not "star" in a particular book are a very rich part of them as Summers and Jones have so expertly shown.

Overall, a fabulous read!

Oh my goodness this book is HOT and superbly done!! Morgan and Mark were fantastic together! So much passion and chemistry, it was combustible! The story was very interesting and suspenseful. It had my attention from the start and didn't let go till the last page. This was a extremely well written book and I hope these two authors decide to work on more projects in the future because they did an incredible job with this one! I really liked Morgan. She was a little naive but her heart was in the right place. Mark was just perfection! He was strong and fierce. His dedication to Morgan was undeniable and I loved the connection between the two of them. He played his character well. I actually liked all the other guys as well and wouldn't be apposed to seeing a book for Tiny or Charmer, heck even Bane.
There were some unexpected twists that really shook up the story and kept me very entertained. I already love Eden Summers work but this was my first time with SR. Jones. They did a phenomenal job together wrote an incredible book. I can't recommend it highly enough! Get your hands on this book! You won't regret it!!

At this point I don’t think that Eden Summers could ever write anything that I won’t love! Willing Victim is Eden’s first co-author book and my first SR Jones book (who I will be definitely checking out).

Morgan is such a sweetheart. From circumstances that could have made her into a snobby socialite she instead spends her time dedicated to helping others through her charities. When she meets Mark at her birthday celebration/fundraiser for her charities/event to make her Senator father look good, she is instantly drawn to him and knows there is something familiar about him but can’t quite place what. And as for that what… well you’ll just have to read it to find out!

Mark is mysterious and broody and all he wants is vengeance for the wrongs he has experienced and when he kidnaps Morgan there are horrifying secrets and betrayals revealed, trust is lost, and everything they thought they knew is turned on its head.

Willing Victim is filled with suspense, intrigue, humour, chemistry, and will keep you hooked from the very start. The other mercenaries all have me intrigued and I will definitely need more books in this series to showcase their stories!

I received an advanced reader copy of this book to leave an honest review. I have read all of Eden Summers work but not any of SR Jones works. I thoroughly enjoyed this book collaboration however and am hoping for a book about each of the secondary characters you meet.

This book follows Morgan, the daughter of a Senator, and Mark, her abductor. Morgan gets taken the night of her birthday gala with no one the wiser. She has no idea what the group of men who took her want but they are persistent in saying she can help. She is also confused by the fact that even though she should hate their leader, she feels a strong connection to him. She has always followed the rules and not stepped out of line but she keeps pushing Mark to get a reaction. When events come to light that absolutely shatter her world, she doesn't know who to trust or turn too. There are also some devastating secrets regarding Mark that break her heart.

Overall an excellent book. Has your drama, suspense, romance, humor and angst all rolled into one. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to get books for Tink, Charmer and Bane.

This is the second book recently that I've read with a plot along these lines. Both tried to pull it off in a way that has time passing acting as the equivalent of Clark Kent's glasses and is just as unbelievable. The MC connection was telegraphed and then admitted early, as is too often the case, and ruined a lot of the suspense or mystery around the MC couple. The chemistry didn't feel as organic or exciting after that.

So, besides the stale, unlikely plotting, the book was sadly, boring. There was a little action at the end, but again, I felt like I knew the roll of every character as soon as they made their debut on page. Maybe if Morgan or Mark had had any personality, it would have helped. Morgan was like a Stepford daughter-zombie before the abduction, she gets a little sassy and creative to try and rescue herself (the best part of the book and it's about 10 pages) but mostly just wants the D as much as she can get it. Mark, is a self professed "chameleon", and it's hard to pin down if he even has a personality that isn't a manipulation.

Finally, the resolution was unbelievable.

OMFG EDEN!!!! Eden is one of my Fave authors. This was my first time reading SR Jones. With reading Eden i new this book would not disappoint. Willing Victim is a great second chance, kidnapping, mercenary type

Eden and SR have nailed this book from the start i was hooked and couldnt put it down.

Mark and Morgan have a history she just doesn’t know it yet. When the sexy masked man gets her attention at her party, she follow him anywhere until she realizes the choice she made changes everything. Mark is not who he pretends to be and he’s back with a vengeance, he’s someone from her past she discarded or so he thinks. Nothing is what it seems to be, secrets and lies bring these two together, and when Morgan realizes who Mark really is will she believe the story he’s spinning about her father, her business, everything she’s built.
The twists and turns and emotions this book has is what makes it amazing.

There is so much to love about this story. Morgan is passionate about her charity to help children around the world. She is also amazing at assisting her father in his political career. It’s sad to me that for her birthday, she ends up fundraising for him at her birthday party. This year, she is surprised by the sexy stranger and is more shocked when he kidnaps her. From there, the real mystery is revealed and Morgan has to figure out who she really trusts. Mark has revenge on his mind for the man who sent him away as a kid but deep down, needs to protect his best friend. When Morgan finds out his real identity, can they have a second chance at love? I love how this story unfolded as it gave me several twists that I didn’t see coming while I got to enjoy an incredible second chance romance between two strong and determined characters. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Two amazing authors teamed up to write this fantastic story. Let me start off with the fact that there is not a single boring moment in this entire book. Once it starts, HOLD ON! Mark and his team have a mission. This time it’s a senator’s daughter, Morgan, they’re after. She’s been embezzling money from her charity and it needs to stop. At least they think it’s her. After she’s been kidnapped and her attraction towards her kidnapper shoots sky high, she realizes she knows him but from where.

The twists and turns are many. There are quite a few times where you’re shaking your head in one of those “aha” moments. Each of the guys have completely different personalities but all have the camaraderie of SEAL team members. The growth of the main characters is tremendous. I see the combination of the two different writing styles throughout the story, which turns out to be brilliant!

When I heard two of my all time favourite authors were teaming up to give us a cowrite I literally squealed! And it did not disappoint!

Morgan is loveable from the get go, she's the daughter of the Senator, but she's in no way spoiled, if anything she lives her life like any normal person would and puts her time and effort into building a charity. Through everything she's put through she manages to hold her composure, even though on the inside she wanted to break down

Mark is intriguing and mysterious, he turns up at her birthday party and the chemistry is insane 🔥🔥🔥

And these two authors are the QUEENS of writing side characters that I just NEED more of! Tink, Charmer, and Bane were the brothers Mark chose and their banter was everything!

Bravo ladies! I really hope we see more from you writing together and more from these characters 😍😍

WILLING VICTIM is a powerfully seductive romance. Morgan and Mark first meet at her birthday masquerade, or so we think. But their masks don’t come off at the end of the party. In fact, things become a lot more twisty with a heavy dose of potential danger. There are more surprises and unexpected turns in this story that are sure to keep you completely involved, often wondering what’s going to happen next. The flow is fast-paced, and the storyline and characters are very well-developed, which makes for a very entertaining read. But be aware that once you start reading you are not going to want to put this book down. It will grab your attention from the beginning and hold you totally enthralled throughout until the very end. I see great potential for this to just be the start of a wonderful new series. 😉

WOW! what a fabulous read. I really enjoyed this co-write from Eden Summers, one of my favourite authors, and S R Jones. The book is enticing from the get go with the masquerade ball and the first steamy meeting between Mark (aka Austin) and Morgan. The chemistry between the pair is electric which leads to a plethora of smoking hot and spicy sexy scenes.

It’s a very well written novel, the storyline is both captivating and intriguing which makes for a very easy to read page turner. I also really enjoyed the secondary characters, Tink, Bane and Charmer and the banter they shared with Mark. I hope we see further instalments featuring these characters.

Overall, an absolutely thrilling enemies-to-lovers romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. A well deserved 5 stars that I would highly recommend. I received an ARC of this book from Eden Summers and am voluntarily leaving a review.
