Detective David Hudson #1
I Know Who Killed Your Daughter
He has to catch a serial murderer who knows his deadly secret.
A year after a cunning serial killer slaughtered Detective Hudson's daughter, Liz, a man named Ed Roth confesses to the murder to an informant. For some reason, Hudson is convinced Roth is lying. Why did Roth confess to a murder he didn't commit? What's his agenda?
Is Hudson wrong about Roth?
When another woman is killed the same way as Liz, Roth becomes the prime suspect. Despite all their efforts, detectives find no evidence linking him to the crime. They try to get him to confess on tape but fail.
As he digs into Roth's past, Hudson discovers a mystifying conspiracy that might involve another serial murderer. The detective soon realizes that Roth may know his deepest secret, one that could kill him and everyone he loves.

This book had real potential, good plot, but for me, I found it difficult to read. The best way I can describe the writing is “rambling”.

First time reading this author's work. There were lots of twists and turns to keep my interest.
Detective Hudson is still looking for the serial killer who raped and killed his daughter. In the meantime, the serial killer is still on the loose in Dallas. Can Detective Hudson foil this killer before more young girls fall victims?
