Expectations vs reality: Do we really believe that collected data is not transferred further without our knowledge? The book describes regulations and specific cases from a theoretical point of view, but are they really deployed in real life, even in the first-world countries? In the age of data collection, we can't really trust providers that they won't sell our data and specific examples can mostly teach us that we should be more pragmatic about what we share with other people.
