As a former early childhood behavioral specialist and Social Emotional Learning Specialist I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

My daughter won it as a prize for reading 20 minutes a day for 20 days during the Summer Reading program with Mid-Continent Public Library. Our third summer doing the Summer Reading Program and we love it!

We read it for the first time tonight and she immediately wanted to read it again. Great use of belly breathing.
