What the hell?? Why isn’t everyone reading this rn??? It’s the perfect smutty spooky season paranormal book I’ve read in so long.

Blair is bad bitch and I absolutely loved her. After being cheated on, she’s vows to get revenge on her ex in a non-magical way so she doesn’t get into trouble with the witch counsel. So the obvious solution is to fuck his dad, Dax, who is HOTTEST demon (sorry Wrath) I’ve read. While this book was smutty, there was also a great plot with Dax needing to hunt down a demon possessing bodies in Blair’s town.
I loved every second of this book. It’s hilarious, hot, and such a fun spooky season read. There’s also a scene for my Salacious Players Club fans that was 🥵 Pls go read it 🫶

It was supposed to be for revenge purposes. Nobody makes a fool of Queen Bitch Witch, Blair Bellamy without consequence. Especially a human boyfriend who humiliated her with the nemesis.
Her boyfriend's dad was the perfect plan. He's available and interested except Blair just might be out of her element with Dax. A hot demon with magic to rival? Things get mighty spicy real quick.

There's nothing better than well written smut! Charming Your Dad also had two great backstories; a coven on the brink of rebellion and a rogue demon causing havoc. Seriously, Blair and Dax are having bad days. Yet these two were a hoot.

His laugh is loud and booming and it makes me smile at him. “Fuck, you’re cute.”
Their situations are messy but these two are blowing off steam naked. Where in the past Blair has been in control, the power has been shifted. Daddy Dax is a man who can meet all your needs. Except Blair has some serious explaining to do when passion turns into something real.

For me it was the witty dialogue I adored and a perfectly matched couple. This was a fantastic PNR romance set in the human world featuring a gorgeous Alpha Demon and one sassy Witch. It was incredibly hot and the praise kink was a very welcome inclusion!

Ahhh! So this was a super fun spooky season read. I really enjoyed Charming Your Dad; it just hit the spot with excellent spice, great characters and paranormal goodness.
Blair is a feisty witch living in Hallowsdeep with a coven that resents her power but lives off her money. She’s just found out her boyfriend Ryan is cheating when she and her cousin Stevie come up with a plan for revenge. And…in walks demon daddy, paranormal investigator, Daxaddon.
The first part of this book had me thinking I was jumping into a cute revenge story with a side of Halloween, but Blair cannot catch a break. With something dangerous lurking around every corner, the story ended up giving much more than I expected. And although it’s sold as an “I’ll take your dad” revenge plot - that part does take a back seat for most of the book.
What we do get is some 10/10 kinky spice and off-the-charts chemistry, with an added mystery to be solved, family drama and lots of witty dialogue. Kas, Asmo and Stevie are perfect side characters, too, and I hope there’s a follow-up book featuring their story.
Overall this is the perfect spooky season read. It’s fun but also has some serious moments too. Do yourself a favour and pick up Charming Your Dad right now.

Bad ass witch decides to get back as her cheating asshole of an ex by hooking up with his demon dad? Check. Said bad ass, (very powerful) witch has to save herself from her greedy coven stealing her power? Double check. Add some sexuality representation, good smut, exhibitionism, great characters all around and a big bad demon murdering people with a Halloween vibe all around? Sign me up right now.
I am pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. I thought it was going to but just a fun read to finish the Halloween season but it was so much more than that! At first I thought I wasn’t going to like it because there were a few moments of immaturity within the dialog but that fortunately didn’t carry throughout the book.
I loved the FMC Blaire. She was strong willed, independent and didn’t take shit from anyone. But she wasn’t cruel or one of those characters that says she’s tough but has no follow through. I also loved Dax. He was serious and hot but again, wasn’t an asshole. Which was nice to see. I still love my alpha-holes as much as the next person but I like to change it up!
When certain things were revealed, they did feel a little rushed. Some things I’ve been anticipating throughout the book as well as some surprising revelations just didn’t have the development I wanted from it and was kind of a let down.
But other than that, I really enjoyed the story. It took me a bit to get into but that’s just because I had a busy week. Once I got into it, I couldn’t put it down! I just saw there’s going to be another book about Lucifer and I can’t wait. I’m hoping there will be more because Mara’s story could be interesting too!

Charming Your Dad is the perfect addition to any spooky season reading list.
Sarah Blue keeps knocking it out of the park with every new book she releases. First, she blew our minds with her sweet, spicy Omegaverse. And now, she’s decided to surprise us with a PNR spooky book, with the most incredible daddy kink ever.
She is the reason you are into daddy kink now. Say ‘thank you Sarah’ 😌
Charming Your Dad is a bit dark, plenty of funny and a hell of a lot sexy. Sarah Blue created an universe with demons and witches and other supernatural creatures, and combined it with some of my favorite kinky tropes, a superb chosen family, and the most addictive characters and side characters.
Blair is such an incredible main character. She’s the epitome of HBIC. She’s the strongest witch in her coven, but no one seems to like her, including her own mother. So she had to be strong and ruthless in order to survive all these years. She’s witty, sharp and sassy. And when she opens up and shows her vulnerable side, it’s impossible not to fall for her. She has some of the funniest lines in the book. Her problem following moral codes and social norms is a fucking delight. Her desire for revenge without an ounce of repentment is sexy af. And the way she would burn the whole world down for those she loves is hot as hell.
Daddy Dax is the perfect other-half to Blair. He’s so calm and collected, but in the deadliest of ways. His intensity and desire to be a caregiver, the way he’s morally compromised for being a demon, but still tries… There’s something really soft in all his masculinity that makes him really hot. His relationship with his son, and his begrudgingly friendship with Asmo gave him yet another layer. One of the reasons why this book hits so hard, is how well rounded all the characters are. It’s impossible to resist their charm (heh).
Daddy Dax did one of the hottest things I’ve ever read a main male character do: He gave Blair his credit card to go shopping and told her to spend as much as she wanted. That is the kind of Daddy I want in my books. Maybe he calls you a good girl while he’s railing you. And then he takes you shopping with no expense limit. Fuck, that’s hot.
Their chemistry was so amazing, it was impossible to look away, they were like magnets about to collide the whole time. Their fast burn made sense in the context of the story and it only gave us more time to see their relationship evolve and grow stronger. The smut scenes are some of the best I’ve read this year. Sarah Blue is a queen at writing dirty talk and surprising with innovative spicy scenes. There’s discussions about consent, there’s lots of praise, there are visits to sex clubs where amazing things happen… I still have stars in my eyes just remembering this book.
Blair’s friendship with her cousin Stevie was another of my favorite aspects. It gave Blair the opportunity to show us how much she cares and how deep she can love and protect someone of her choosing. Their banter and whole dynamic was so charming (heh), and Stevie was such a delightful surprise. Her relationship with Kas and Asmo had me going feral. I need more of those three and their whole dynamic. We all know how good Sarah Blue is at writing menage/RH, and this throuple has potential to become one of her bests.
Only Sarah Blue can write a ‘Lucifer is my dad’ and make him the best dad ever. His relationship with both his daughters was so sweet, gah. And his scenes with Lilith!!!! Sometimes it’s not fair how good Sarah Blue is at writing secondary characters and making you yearn for their own books. But seriously, I just need more Lucifer/Lilith, I know she’d slay us all with the most amazing kinky yet soft story for these two.

This was so good. It had everything you could want: revenge, lots of action, a secret killer demon on the loose, magic, an unexpectedly sweet love story, and light Daddy kink. Plus a sex God, er sex demon I should say, Dax, who is sexy as sin, with his slicked back black hair, green eyes, and ovary exploding dimples. Not to mention his dirty talk and the way he takes control of, and great care of his "pet."

Four big Your Dad Does It Better stars! Loved this!!! I’m on a witchy kick this month, and this was such a fun book to read! Blair is a powerful witch, with a big chip on her shoulder. She’s been treated like shit for years by her coven and her absent father, and now she’s just discovered that her lame boyfriend is cheating on her with another witch bitch in her own coven!! She discovers that his gorgeous dad Dax is in town and vows to get her revenge.

Dad is immediately taken with Blair, and once she turns on the charm, he’s a goner. Her magic speaks to his and he’s determined to spend time with her. Things go from revenge to genuine feelings fast, and Blair is scrambling to figure out how to break the truth to Dax. Only problem? Not only is he Ryan’s dad, but he’s a demon from Hell. And he’s in town to capture a demon who keeps possessing bodies before she accidentally kills them once she moves to another one.
This was a lot of fun! Seeing Lucifer and Lilith in a different light, witnessing Blair and Dax fall for each other, and having the fun trio of Stevie, Asmo, and Kas was an added bonus. I figured out Blair’s father early on, but that didn’t spoil the fun! Plus I loved all the nature, small town vibes, and general hallloweenness of the book. And I got a kick out of Blair’s familiar, Fez! Loved it.

I really liked the overall story. The world-building - demon/witch aspects were interesting. Blair was a riot, and I loved that she was a strong and capable FMC who just wanted love and for someone to take care of her for once. Stevie was a sweetheart and, every now and then, would surprise me with some hilarious lines. And Dax was the sweetest daddy-dom simp you’ll ever meet.
I have it 3-stars for a few reasons:
I realize now I’m not into daddy-doms. The dialogue always just makes me cringe or feel icky, but that’s truly a personal preference.
Some of the sexual dialogue was just not my thing. For example, calling Dax's dick a 'fat cock' or the saying, "her pussy begins to milk me." A huge turn-off for me when reading erotica.
The story started to lose its momentum at the 40% mark, and I had a hard time giving it my full attention. The mystery plotline was taking forever to solve, so it just felt like we were going in circles and only focusing on the romance portion. And since they got together so early on in the story, the sex became incredibly repetitive to the point where I just didn’t care. I like a little more tension before the f*cking starts.
The third act wasn't all that interesting. The conflict with Mara was wrapped up too easily, which made her entire purpose in the story super lame, the big reveal fell flat, and the drama between Blair, Dax, and Ryan was resolved too easily. I think if a bit more time had been spent on the actual plot and character development instead of romance, the last part of the book would have had a bigger impact. Instead, things just sort of happened quickly, and we were to take it at face value without much of an explanation.
Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something sexy, fun, and a little adventurous this October.

Blair is a powerful witch who has everything she needs good job, good bestie and a good boyfriend or so she thought when she overhears a voice note of so called boyfriend and a witch in her coven who dislikes her. She's angry and wants revenge and when her cousin informs her that her ticket just walked in. Dax lordddd DAXXX daddy demon I want to own me he was everything you want in a daddy 🥵🥵🥵. He has 2 missions really find someone his lord Satan wants and to reconnect with his human son. Both are messy but he finds a sassy witch to have fun with. And there chemistry is sizzling hot!! He also feels very protective of her when she's in danger. Such great chemistry and adventures they have from a good first date to sex club fun. The drama and little twist was so good!!
My one thing I hated was how long and why Blair took forever for Dax to find out he was her revenge. And she didn't even tell him she tried to make sure her ex drank something for him to forget she ever dated him. Which she should've atleast told him sooner. It took WAYYYYY to long and she didn't really grovel forgiveness back. Even after the drama. Dax should've given a better pubishment 🤣🤣

i feel like everything happened so fast in the beginning for this to be a full length novel. i feel like this could’ve just been a novella because there was so much smut with little plot. it was really promising because i like the main character but im one of the few readers here who don’t care much about smut in books at the moment so i was kinda just bored when you take away from the smut.

She's so petty, she's mean when she's gotta be, and if someone fucks around with her, they'll definitely find out 👊. Tattooed and pierced, too? I can't breathe. 🥵 She was honestly such an interesting and fun character. I absolutely adored her. She's a morally gray character who doesn't mind some lightkidnapping abduction if a situation calls for it. Fez, her (safe) danger noodle? ADORABLE.
Dax? Oh, yeah, he's a total demon daddy, no doubt. He backed up Blair whenever she needed it and didn't try to dim her shine in the slightest. I stan a MMC like him. Stevie was the best cousin and BFF a woman can ask for. I hope we get a book for her.
This had diverse representation everywhere. POC, bi and polyamorous people all just existing- can you believe that? Plus, we got some pegging thrown in lol. It made my heart happy. le sigh
This book is easy to read: there is a fast-moving plot that keeps you interested, non-stop funny, quick and witty banter, minor/secondary characters that'll make you wish for a whole extra series written for them, and lots of smutty goodness.
So...I don't know what happened, but the moment this book hit the 80ish% mark, everything felt abrupt/rushed like it was trying to wrap up all the plot in as little words as possible. It got much better at the 90ish% but still. While I liked what was revealed and what happened, it wasn't paced well and it was not as smooth as I wanted it to be. However, the ending was awesome and lovely and sexy and this will be a reread! 😈

I picked this up solely because I heard “The FMC is a witch whose boyfriend cheats on her, so she gets revenge by sleeping with his dad” and I was sold.
Surprisingly, this book had a good plot line too, though! Don’t get me wrong, it was SPICY, but it was SO much fun and I laughed a lot.
If you need an easy and spicy witchy read, highly recommend!

I know I may be in the minority with this one, but this book hit all the spots within me. I was instantly hooked from the beginning when Blair tried to break up with her boyfriend only to have sympathy for him and waiting till another time. She later finds out he’s cheating, she looks his FB page up and finds his Dad who is FIONEEEE! One catch though. Blair is a witch and Dax is a demon. What started as revenge turned into some delicious Daddy kink and then love. This book was hot and dirty. I’m just gonna say it. I loved the magical elements, but I’m not gonna lie, the things that these two did set me on fire! I’m a sucker for an age gap and when the heroes a demon it makes it all the more delicious.

I actually enjoyed this one! What happens when a witch and a demon find each other? Fireworks, that's what. I did an immersive read and the audiobook was really well done.

HE'S ALSO HER CHEATING EX'S DAD!!!!! and she's ready to get some revenge by sleeping with him. but she never thought she would fall in love with him instead.
this doesn't take long to start, from the very beginning you know what the heck is happening, you know the characters. it's so easy to get into and quite frankly the perfect book if you want something in between long and dense books. the plot is THAT you know? she gets cheated on so she plans to sleep with his dad but suddenly finds herself in a murder plot, fearing for her life. but blair is amazing and she's not scared. she knows she's powerful and isn't afraid to show it. i love her so much.
