Synopsis This edition maintains the text's trademark balance of big ideas and supporting detail, breadth and depth, and research and application, all framed by a pedagogical system that effectively guides the student through the key concepts of psychology. Learning goals launch each chapter and serve as the organizing mechanism for the text and supporting materials. Rich applications and current research help students emerge with an understanding of the key concepts, rather than merely providing a collection of details. The updated seventh edition introduces a new multimedia program, a new supplements package, and cutting-edge research.

I read this book for college. It's helpful for beginners to psycology as it explains all the theories very clearly and it is easy to understand

the book is universally understandable, I read it when I was about 9 years old.

It is one of the best psychology books that I have read so far, it clearly defines concepts as well as give authentic and relatable examples that further justifies the contents.
