Not only does Suzuno have to go to high school, she also has to take on the role of dorm manager at a soon-to-be demolished dorm! This dorm is known as "the city of crime,” an place with no order where trouble is always happening. When the leader of the troublemakers Kazuomi, kisses Suzuno, things start to get really chaotic!

Shizuku wants to do ecchi things with her older boyfriend, Katsuki. He agrees if she can score above 80% in all her exams. However, Shizuku still worries that he sees hers as a little sister..

Chitose is a 12 year old boy who has a bad habit of sexually touching girls. He works in the same company as Aya's mother. Due to circumstances, he and Aya will be living with each other over spring break.

Adoro questo genere di storie, brevi e divertenti, piene dei classici cliché silly dei manga shoujo!
Questo non fa eccezione, è frizzante e simpatico, sebbene ci siano stati alcuni momenti che non ho particolarmente apprezzato: per quanto sia carino il fatto che lei abbia una forza sovraumana e si faccia rispettare da tutti i ragazzi del dormitorio, ho ODIATO le situazioni in cui cercavano di approfittare di lei.
Purtroppo sembra diventata la normalità nelle storielle del genere, ma in questo caso l'ho trovato più accentuato che in altre. Comunque carino, consiglio!

This story is pretty funny. The female protagonist is strong and funny. The male, on the other hand, is a pervert and funny.

Both of them made this manga hilarious. I liked the chibi drawings of the mangaka.

Actually, I don't really like that kind of art style, but I really like silly stories like this, where female protagonist is naive, but phisically strong — this kind of stories are hilarious =))
