This book didn’t have anything too special or new for engagement methods, but I liked the format and examples. Will be recommending to coworkers.

Great 'how to' guide

Really good summary of the basics of community engagement written from the perspective of a professional with many years experience. Includes a good summary of the do's and dont's and includes a number of helpful worksheets and analysis tools. Highly recommended for anyone with an interest in this area.

Short, but so full of excellence

This is a very easy read - but it’s full of suggestions and case studies that show intelligent, streamlined suggestions for meeting and engaging your community. I would recommend, especially the worksheet resources.
