Abby Archer should be content. Her coffee shop, Haze, is thriving, and she has a great group of friends. There’s just one thing missing: love. Despite past betrayals, Abby hasn’t given up on finding the one, waiting with increasing impatience to experience the sparks she’s always dreamed of.
Lexi Finn lives for her career. At least her job won’t break her heart. Unlike Abby, she’s most definitely not searching for the one or anyone for that matter. Avoiding relationships isn’t all that difficult when she’s become so skilled at keeping people at a distance.
So imagine Lexi’s shock when, walking into Haze, she feels instant attraction and an unshakeable connection with Abby. Abby has a picture of her perfect woman in her mind, and it certainly isn’t the intolerable Lexi Finn. When a hopeless romantic meets a tough-as-nails cynic, they’ll need to overcome the wounds of the past to discover that their hearts are the most important business of all.
Claire Forsythe lives just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland with her partner, Mary, and their pets, Charlie the dog, Midnight the cat, and Jazz the goldfish. Claire owns a coffee shop, which keeps her both busy and well-topped-up on caffeine—flat whites, specifically. Apart from her love of coffee, Claire enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, sipping red wine, traveling and exploring new places, reading a variety of novels—from romance to crime, playing poker even though she's a terrible bluffer, and binge-watching box sets. She's a big football fan and loves cheering on her beloved Liverpool FC. She loves to spend as much time as she can with her family and friends, who mean the world to her. She and her partner get beaten by two of their best friends in doubles badminton weekly, though they turn up every week in the hope that their luck will change. It hasn’t yet… Claire has loved words and books ever since she was little, and it has always been her ambition to write. After finding herself with some unexpected free time on her hands in lockdown during the pandemic, she decided to follow her dream and start writing. Now that she's started, she never wants to stop.
Featured presentation: Business of the heart by Claire Forsythe
Should all be fair in love and war?
Cast: Abby Archer has realized her dream of owning a coffee shop and she has poured herself into making it a success. Now she’s looking for someone to share her life with. Lexi Finn is on the verge of sealing a major deal with a hip, up-and-coming company. Her career is her life and she has no need or place for love.
The Plot: Abby knows Lexi as the dragon lady whose assistant comes in daily to fulfill her boss’ caffeine needs. One day Lexi ventures into Abby’s coffee shop to get her own quad shot cappuccino, since aforementioned assistant was busy. Abby and Lexi immediately feel attracted to each other, but the moment is doused with steaming hot cappuccino when Abby accidentally drop Lexi’s drink. And spill it all over Lexi’s immaculate business suit. Both decide against acting on the attraction, but Abby’s good nature compels her to sneak an apology to Lexi and the rest is romance history…
The blazing: Oh, may we all have the wise guidance of a Lily Patterson in our lives! Lily is Lexi’s neighbour and even though she has a small part, she plays a big role in Lexi’s life once Lexi allows her in. Her wisdom is inserted in the right amounts at the right times, but she’s not above tough love or a swift kick to someone’s behind (figuratively, of course). Ms Forsythe excellently shows us the two most common reactions to getting burned by love. On the one hand, we have Abby. She has taken the time to allow her heart to heal and she is slowly edging back into the world of dating. Even though she is more cautious this time around, she refuses to give up. On the other hand, Lexi has sworn off love for good. She’s willing to give a beautiful woman a chance, but only for one night. Come morning, it’s so long, sweetheart.
The bright: Abby and Lexi spend time getting to know each other. Firstly, through text messages and then they go on a couple of dates. It gives a more realistic feel to their attraction and the inevitable fallout. Abby’s friends! Jen - her best friend, who certainly has a “way” with words. Luke – a gentle soul and definitely Superman-under-cover. The grand gesture… I’m not generally a fan of the grand gesture. It often comes off as the character trying to overcompensate and prove something to everyone, not just their beloved. Ms Forsythe included two grand gestures. The first one was exceptionally done! It hit all the possible romantic notes, without being cheapened by theatrics. This was possible as it was done anonymously to all but a select few. The second grand gesture was cheesy as hell, but it still worked as it shoved our MC so far out of her comfort zone she will never find said zone again. And she knew it would be welcomed by her beloved – a point I had to take into consideration, despite my personal tastes…
The bleak: We never learn the full reasons why Abby’s previous relationship ended. It is only touched upon. However, one look at Lexi makes Abby want to jump back into the potentially dangerous dating pool. The same goes for Lexi’s troubled relationship with her mother. Ms Forsythe hinted at more, but we only learn of one heinous act… Both Abby and Lexi are quick to believe another’s lies and they never communicate about it. It is expected from Lexi, but it felt uncharacteristic for Abby…
The burned-to-ashes: Nothing.
And then The Plot Thickens to the rich texture of a perfectly prepared cappuccino. The first chapters might appear a bit thin, but that is only the foam on top. Ms Forsythe blended rich storytelling and steamy attraction into a comforting romantic read. She found the sweet spot between comedy and angst – entertaining without becoming silly and never dipping too deep into the dramatic that it feels heavy. The POV switches between Abby and Lexi, both told in the first person. There is enough distinction between the two characters to ensure the reader does not become confused, which is no mean feat.
Overall, Ms Forsythe has written a great debut and I hope to hear (or read…) lots more from her in the future!

A thoroughly enjoyable read and I absolutely loved it !
For the romantics at heart, Business of the Heart could just be the book for you. You might say that it’s a cliche, boring mundane romance, nothing new, blah blah… I don’t care. I’m in need of that warm fuzzy feeling, need something to put a damn smile on my face, need to read about that big grand gesture, need to read about all the miscommunication that always happened when couples don’t talk to each other, need an MC who is close off and has walls build damn high, need an MC who is a ray of sunshine. I just need them and wanna read them regardless. And I got it with BOTH… ❤️⭐️
Alexis Finn is stopped in her tracks when she sees Abby Archer for the first time while getting her late night caffeine fix. Abby owns Haze, a local cafe and is equally stunned by Alexis. This was a cute read, with love at first sight followed by lots of road blocks on the way to happily ever after. Alexis was not the most likable character at first but she grows on you. Her one step forward, two steps back dance with Abby was almost too much and their lack of communication causes some major problems. Their relationships with their respective exes don’t leave them very trusting of others either. There is a HEA though and it is fun getting there. Side characters are entertaining, especially Lily, but I can’t resist a nosy old lady who likes to butt in. Overall a fun read, I’d definitely pick up any new work by Claire Forsythe in the future!

Abby is 28 years old owns Haze coffee shop. She struggles with issues from her last relationships, including nightmares. She’s unsure about jumping back into dating.
Enter, Lexi Finn, ice queen. Beautiful, closed off and career driven.Due to her past relationships issues and the pain that comes with them, Lexi is the one night stand queen. No attachments, no feelings. Her job is her main focus and her self built safe place.
One late night trip to the coffee shop, spilled coffee, ruined suit bring Lexi and Abby together for a instant connection. As ice queens do, Lexi fights this connection. I do not want to give away any spoilers, but this is a book you need to read. Lexi and Abby go through it. Will they find their way though?
The support characters were great! Vanessa, Lexi‘s assistant, andAbby‘s two employees, Luke and Maggie all help make the story come full circle. Abby’s best friend Jen also played a big part in the story line.
Mrs. Lily Patterson was a gem. She helps Lexi see life from a different perspective. And really helps to melt down this ice queen.I really enjoyed her, she was sweet and endearing.
I really enjoyed this book. The author did an awesome job. It’s her debut Book. I could not put the book down, and was up all night reading.
I received this book through the publisher bold strokes through NetGalley. Thank you to Bold Strokes Books!!!
This book was so sweet, and it was an absolute delight to read it. I've had some bad luck with books recently, so I got into it a bit hesitantly but it turned out there was no need for that - I absolutely loved it!
This book follows two main characters - Abby, a coffee shop owner, and Lexi, a successful business woman. They seem to be polar opposites, Abby is following her dreams and wanting someone to love while Lexi lives for her career and seems completely cold to everyone around her. When Lexi walks into Abby's coffee shop, there is an immediate connection between the two, even if there are some hiccups (like Abby accidentally spilling coffee on Lexi's suit). Both are deciding they don't want to pursue this, but when they strike up a conversation, both are finding it hard to keep their distance.
I really enjoyed reading this story, and I'm so glad I got approved for an arc! I enjoyed both of the main characters, this book does a great job with sunshine x grumpy trope. I was a bit sceptical about it, but I ended up loving it. I really enjoyed the romance between the main characters, there was an instant connection and a lot of chemistry from the start. It did veer slightly to insta-love, but it wasn't to the detriment of the story at all. I liked that both of them put in effort into getting to know each other, and making their relationship work. I really loved that there was next to no miscommunication - as that is something that drives me absolutely insane (you're adults, please talk). Even when Lexi, who is very much afraid of this relationship, tries to run away and just leave things unsaid, Abby does a great job of communicating.
The side characters were a real treat here, I loved all of them (well except for one who I disliked, but she was a well-written character as well). The friendships are written so well here! Abby's friends Jen and Luke are friends to wish for, for sure. And I absolutely loved Lily, both as a character and as a person in Lexi's life. She was so interesting, and she was so sweet to Lexi. She was a great motherly figure and just the best friend Lexi didn't know she needed. She was so supportive and she really cared about both Abby and Lexi.
I would highly recommend this book, it was a sweet and quick read and it's definitely worth it!
Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an arc in exchange for an honest review.
4.5 stars Very fun romance. The dialog is so clever, witty and entertaining you can't put it down. I was so entertained I read it in one day. The main characters of course are fabulous and the side characters are very colorful and likeable. And of course one evil, evil witch. I would have given it 5 stars...But I thought Lexi should have given Abby a puppy in the end to complete Abby's dream romance. (Just kidding) It's a real feel good story. Don't miss it. I was given this ARC in exchange for an honest review
Let me start by saying that I read this book in under twelve hours. Yup, you read that right. Less than twelve hours. It was just that damn good.
So, first. The book itself. We have our two main characters, Abby and Lexi, and they are both the type of strong and badass women that I love to see. But they are very different. Abby is very soft, she is not afraid to lean on her friends, and she knows that she wants a love story like in the movies. Lexi, however, is a workaholic who tries to shut people out of her life because vulnerability allows for pain and she does not want that. Lexi isn’t looking for love, but she finds it when she decides to get her own coffee one day instead of sending her assistant and comes face to face with Abby, who owns the coffee shop that makes Lexi’s daily coffee.
(And in case you’re wondering - Lexi orders a quad shot cappuccino, extra foam, extra hot. Abby likes flat whites, but prioritizes quality over specifically what her drink is.)
Their romance was adorable. From the beginning, when the sparks (and coffee) flew, their connection was fast paced, which was so enjoyable to read. The two of them fit together well, and they really did bring out the best in each other, which is what I look for in a novel like this one. Their lives fit together perfectly and they made an effort to get to know each other instead of rushing into anything. It was very sweet and made me smile.
And the friendships in this book. Oh, the friendships. Abby’s friends, Jen and Luke, really held their own in conjunction with the strong characters of Abby and Lexi, and complemented Abby in a balanced and fun way. And then we have Lily. I could write a whole review of this book centered around Lily, because I love that woman so damn much. She was a motherly figure while still being a friend to Lexi and the way she gently pushed both Lexi and Abby to be the best versions of themselves for each other made me somehow also feel comforted. She was exactly the friend that Lexi didn’t know she needed and her place in the book did not feel forced.
This is Claire Forsythe’s first book and her pandemic project, and I will be first in line for whatever comes next. Her writing style hooked me and kept me invested in the story and the emotions from the beginning to the end and I can see this being a book that I reread when I want something comforting yet fun.
Huge thanks to NetGalley and to Bold Strokes Books for sending me a copy of this book for review!
This book is very much a romance novel. At some points, it was slightly corny in the way the characters interact as well as the expectations placed on each other during the novel. I believe in lust at first sight but my logical brain won't allow me to believe in the ability to know from one look that you've just seen your OTP. This is a lot of emphasis to place on a new romance either in reality or literature.
The novel is told through dual narration and although this is a great way of seeing how both characters are feeling while reading, there is a lot of internal dialogue in Business of the Heart. I found it distracting how much we were 'told' and at times it felt very much an author's choice rather than the natural way a character would think and express their viewpoint.
I will admit that once the drama developed through the inevitable breakup in the second half of the book occurred I became less engaged. It felt quite contrived and unrealistic, especially in the way neither character communicates with the other during multiple scenarios. There's also big emotions expressed, as well as past situations that are referred to but remain unresolved and although the plot was interesting in a way, I wasn't a big fan of some stylistic choices overall.
A good debut and I hope to see more from Forsythe in the future.
Many thanks to Netgalley and Bold Strokes Books for a copy of this novel. ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.
This is a super cute romance. Opposites attract kinda romance. Both Abby and Lexi have been burned with past relationships and although there's an attraction they are having issues getting things off the ground. There were some super cute moments and a clear villain... I would for sure recommend this to anyone looking for something fun and light.
“I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.”
Absolutely loved this book by Claire Forsythe! Excellent for a debut novel.
It has everything…great characters who are both likeable and relatable, an interesting story, just the right amount of sweetness and romance - but not too cheesy! It was incredibly well written, and kept my attention from start to finish. I really enjoyed everything about this book.
Look forward to the next one by this author, I hope there’s many more!
Lexi Finn is married to her job. She’s focused, abrupt, demanding, and no nonsense. One morning she decided to fetch her own coffee (for once) and her life would never be the same. Abby Archer, romantic at heart, and owner of said coffee shop never meant for her first official meeting with Lexi Finn to go the way it did. Some choice words followed by a note taped to the bottom of a later coffee cup and these two seemingly opposites were off to the races. This is a super sweet read with really likable mains and supporting characters. In fact, without Jen, Luke, and Lily, this book would have been quite basic. While this book is quite predictable, that didn’t take away from the quick wit and easy banter between all characters. I think this is a stellar first book for this author
I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Thank you NetGalley for proving this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This book was absolutely amazing !! I loved every single second of it and i’m so grateful to have read and for having received this ARC as it is now one of my favourite reads of all time.
The whole plot and setting of this book was just sooo good I love romances set around a cafe/coffee shop and this was definitely no different. The characters themselves were just so relatable and written extremely well especially our main two protagonists whose backstory such as their failed relationships ending in cheating and betrayal as well as family and unsupportive and absent family were explored as to why they are the people they were today. I was rooting for them and almost every person in this book the whole time !! (except that one girl, you know who you are).
Okay, so the bit y’all are probably interested in, the romance !! Where do I even start first off this is a duel POV romance book which are my absolute fave romance books to read as I love seeing what both characters are thinking about it just makes the whole thing much more realistic imo. As for the relationship itself I loved every minute of it, it follows two lesbian women who both work not to far from each other, and have a chance encounter one day, almost ‘love at first sight’ kind of thing (but much better trust me).
I really loved how this relationship was written as I think that it was paced really well in the book, nothing was rushed and I really appreciated that despite their being that instant attraction. I loved seeing the relationship build along with the character development that comes/came along with it, it really made this book and I especially loved the serious, heart felt conversations between them. The first half I would way was so chaotic in the best way possible as both main characters obviously liked each other but ✨commitment and trust issues✨honestly this section was my favourite part and had me laughing almost the whole time as it was just so funny and realistic. Saying this though the rest of the book was just as good and even when they got together in which sometimes the plot tends to fizzle out in some books, the author did an amazing job of writing them and their scenes to keep that romance going and keeping the reader engaged in the process the whole time which I really appreciated.
I absolutely loved the side characters in this book as well. We’ve got the elderly neighbour who turns close friend and the hilarious characters that work along side one of our main characters at the coffee shop, and also a side romance which I always love in books so was glad their was one.
I feel like I could talk about this book forever because it was just that good, everything you want in a lesbian romance, good characters, good writing, chemistry, engaging plot … Definitely one of top reads of the year so far and am so glad to have read it !!
I absolutely loved loved this booked! ❤️ one of the most delightful books I’ve read in a long time! Funny, cute, unexpected and adorably romantic!! Great characters, great story! Whatever this author writes I will definitely buy looking forward to the next book already!! Yes please!
Business of the heart is about Abbey who is a coffee shop owner trying to find love after a breakup, a woman that has never given up on finding love. Hard to break down a workaholic who has a heart so cold! I read this complete book in one sitting. I believe this book deserves five stars for a debut novel which was tremendously well written. My type of book tranquil read, heart-warming, and entertaining!
I am impressed by this first novel by Claire Forsythe. I understand that Business of the Heart was a COVID hiatus project, but I hope she continues to write. This is a very strong start to what I hope will be a prolific career. I will read anything she offers.
The main characters are interesting, complex and they don’t always behave well. I mean Alexis doesn’t behave well – she is often unpleasant, discourteous, and downright obnoxious. I adore her anyway -- she’s a tough, self-made businesswoman. Abby, on the other hand, is usually sweet and kind, but she will defend her family, friends, and her business. When they meet, sparks (as well as coffee) fly. They tentatively tease and flirt with each other. Their courtship is funny and sweet – too bad they both carry the scars from past relationships and find opening their hearts difficult. There is a bumpy road ahead of them if they want a relationship.
The supporting characters are stellar and add much to the story. I particularly adored Abby’s best friend, Jen, and Lexi’s elderly neighbor Lily. The rest of Abby’s folks are lovely too. Unfortunately, Lexi doesn’t have a circle of friends around her. In fact, the person she spends the most time with is her assistant, Vanessa who consistently refers to her Cruella de Ville.
I highly recommend Business of the Heart – I certainly enjoyed every minute I spent reading it.
I received an ARC from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for a fair and honest review.
Who doesn't love an ice queen turned valiant knight on horseback to save a woman and her coffee shoppe? I enjoyed getting to know the mess of humans that are the main characters. Past heartbreak shaped these two ladies into the flawed lovers that seem to just stumble by their day to day, but thanks to a snake in the grass and some fierce friends we are left with an HEA that will make you Cheshire Cat smile. The dialogue cracked me up and left me laughing at their antics, the setting makes me miss life before COVID, and the love? Well- you gotta read it to feel it, so enjoy the heart flutters and big romantic gestures.
Well, I can only say that I loved this book! I felt the story was great, there was romance and humour. The chemistry was good and characters likeable! I thought it was a excellent debut book for Claire Forsythe that was well written and will definitely purchase your next release!
Abby Archer owns and runs a quaint coffee shop. She likes her life and friends and isn't looking for love. Lexi Finn puts her career before anything else. She runs a successful advertising firm and is on the verge of a large contract. She isn't looking for a relationship either until she steps into Haze coffee shop and sees Abby. The attraction is instant but they take their time. Cute notes, texting and a very sweet first date with an elderly neighbor as chaperone all are building to something more. Of course things can't go smoothly, especially when Lexi's personal assistant intentionally causes troubles.
This is a very cute, slow burn romance. I believe it is a debut book by the author. I love the dialogue and would encourage her to trust that to move the story forward. When Abby professes her love or with Lexi's grand gestures the writing is great. I was slowed down a little by the inner monologues where the author was explaining each characters thoughts, actions and feelings. There are good side characters/friends that add to the story. I love the cover and will be on the lookout for future books from the author. Thank you to NetGalley and Bold Strokes Books for an eARC in exchange for an honest review. (3.5 stars rounding up)
I felt that this book was excellent, especially as it is the first from this author - who I hope has a long and successful career!
I found the dialogue was amazing, keeping me hooked throughout. I couldn’t put the book down. It is fun, sweet, and a heartwarming read. The author has kept things very lighthearted even through the conflict in the novel, which is nice when you just want a happy, chilled out read. Do not hesitate to read Business of the Heart if lighthearted romances are your thing! You won’t be disappointed!
Not one for leaving reviews but just want to say how much I enjoyed this book. There were loads of likeable characters, and the dynamic between Abbey and her best friend Jen, was a joy-loved the quick witted comments, fun and camaraderie between them. Every Abbey should have a Jen!!
Probably just me but I even liked the baddie, lol, she was so clever......I appreciated all her scheming and deviousness:).
Once I started I just couldnt put book down, it had everything a good romance should have......it kept me interested and engaged, as well as the countless laugh out loud moments-couldnt recommend it enough!
Will keep an eye out for future work from this author.
3 stars. This was a solid debut from this author. I didn’t love it but it was a nice enough read until the third act break up. It was so contrived and the way Abby and Lexi absolutely refused to communicate was exhausting. I understood that they had both been through terrible relationships in the past but I wish that they both had been more mature about things. I did like them as characters and the romance was cute if not really insta-love like. I liked that they get off on the wrong foot in the beginning with Lexi being rude and Abby accidentally spilling coffee on her. That was cute and they had great chemistry but again the drama and the cause of separation was so silly but the ending was cute. This wasn’t bad in the slightest and the writing was good so I’d definitely pick up something else by this author.
Got an eArc from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
Business of the Heart by Claire Forsythe has the potential to be a movie. It's funny, witty, and fast-paced.
This book is about women who are both wounded by their past relationships. A businesswoman and a cafe owner. One is still open to finding someone but treading slowly. And one kept her walls up. Yet, their connection was undeniable the moment their eyes locked at each other. And so, their story begins there.
I accept that there will be books that will start slow and seem not interesting but I'm sure this book will make me fall harder for the second read and be upgraded to 5 stars. I love a miscommunication trope done right. For me, this book did it since there's a 'villain' involved. With everything that's going on in this book, especially since I studied business, it was quite thrilling. I love the texts between Abby and Lexi, very witty which made it funny. I love both main characters. And through my first read, I don't seem to care about the side characters much but once I do a reread, I'll probably be able to focus on them too. I was just consumed by Abby and Lexi's angst XD This took me one sitting to finish.
Me while reading: The word beautiful, sexy, pretty, and other synonyms of those got me uncomfortable. It's used too much by BOTH main characters the first time they saw each other. Don't get me wrong. There are times the book made me smile and laugh so it survived to 3.25 stars. Chapter eight made me not to actually drop this and give it 1 star because it got good. Update: it upgraded to 4 stars because of chapter fifteen. Another update: it freaking upgraded to 4.75 stars. I want a certain character to be unalived. Is that possible, Claire Forsythe?
Yes. I was so immersed in reading to the point of my eyes hurting that I wasn't able to fully take notes once again.
Business of the heart by Clare Forsyth was a delightful read. A story of love at first sight between 2 women who have been hurt in the past. Witnessing their journey and growth was a pleasure but also anxiety inducing at times! There was insta lust/love and the feelings were wonderfully described and had me hooked. The banter and flirting, kept me very entertained and the love scenes were great.
A thawing of the ice queen of sort, where Lexi is this strong business women that takes no crap from anyone, who lets her cold persona fall in a beautiful and vulnerable manner for Abby. She does go through a hot and cold phase, but it doesn’t last too long like most books with an ice queen.
Watching the MCs open their heart was beautiful but I have to admit the fear of waiting for the “shoe” to drop had me glued anxiously to the page. The sequence in the book where this inevitably happens had my stomach in knots and I even had a hard time getting through the angst because of how invested I was! I knew who was going to bring trouble right off the bat, I was however surprised at how it unfolded, it was in my opinion unexpected. I had to rush through this part because it made me so mad! The reunion was worth it and made total sense for the context of a story with love at first sight.
I also really enjoyed the back story provided about the characters which gave so much more meaning to their actions. The secondary character supported the story nicely and provided a lightness and humour that I enjoyed. Funny and sassy Jen, loving and caring Lily and quirky Luke were very nicely written.
I would definitely recommend this book, I was hooked and finished it in one sitting!
Thank You Netgally for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an honest review!
This book is an f/f romance really nice. The plot is very simple, linear with the genre. In fact, we have on the one hand Abby, who owns a coffee shop, and Lexi, a businesswoman who is judged to be ruthless in her job - a career woman in short. In fact, the two meet and, despite Abby's huge gaff spilling hot coffee on her, it's practically love at first sight, or rather attraction, since then the feeling comes after her. They start chatting, going out and so on. All linear and very nice, just the way I like it. And in fact I liked it, a lot. I was only a little bad for a narrative choice in the end, which I dislike, because it always creates confusion and misunderstanding, but above all because it seemed that the two protagonists, who are two adult women, react as if they were teenagers, that there is nothing wrong with that, but from a romance with adults I expect something more! For the rest it is a completely captivating story and I had a lot of fun reading it!
Review by Divoratricedilibri2.0 Blog (Arriva anche in italiano a fine mese!)
A heartwarming, laugh out loud opposites attract romance! I don’t have all the words to explain why I enjoyed the book so much as I did, but I loved it! This is a book that gives you all the feels. Worth a read! Any of this authors future books will be a must read for me!
I devoured this in one day! I am a prolific reader of love stories and yet, I have not found many that have made me as happy as this one! The characters were wonderful! This sweet, funny, and well written story is designed to make you smile. The characters are lovingly drawn and their interactions are charming and believable. There is some drama, a lot of fun, and just the right amount of steamy sex to make their love story something special. Don't miss this one! To sum it all up, I truly enjoyed this one and highly recommend I have fallen in love with this writers writing! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Full of love and devotion and laughs, with love you can change or make the most unpredictable moment of life! I loved the characters Abbey and Lexi I just simply couldn’t put the book down and did not want this book to end! I felt it was wonderfully written and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I am looking forward to this authors next book and would buy anything she writes!
