An approachable step-by-step guide on how to use Evernote. Reading it made it clear how useful Evernote can be in your life. Wish I had this program when I went to college.
2.5 stars Felt it was written too dryly for college students, and honestly, this probably could've been written as a series of blog or IG posts.
Also, I was a little annoyed in Chapter 2 when the author went through, step-by-step, how to download Evernote and explained its toolbar...the majority of his intended audience are teens/young adults who have grown up with smartphones, tablets, and apps. They can probably install it with their eyes closed. It's almost insulting.
The book did have some useful information, though (for me, it was search operators and organizational ideas). Readers might find the resource list helpful.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from a Goodreads giveaway in exchange for my honest review.
Good information for the app and a great resource in using it. The add requires purchase so I cannot recommend this app to all, but the free trial will give you enough time to see if the Evernote system will work for you.
