I expected this to be a basic book about numbers and colors, but it was a very thorough introduction to the complexities of the Spanish language and verb conjugation. After finishing the book, I feel reasonably competent at reading and writing Spanish. The accompanying website was also very helpful and I enjoyed the Fotonovela and other short videos that accompanied each chapter. No hay de duda que aprendí mucho español en tan sólo seis meses cortos.

Review is good. There are some themes that I am stuborn to learn. The difference between 60 and 70, seSENTA and seTENTA, I confuse them ALL the time. This is a great beginner book, I'm going to work with Eric through this book since he is starting spanish now in the 3rd grade.
