From USA Today Best Selling Author Ellie Wade comes a sexy firefighter romance full of heart.
Tony Boston came into my life when I was least expecting it. What I thought would be a quick fling turned out to be so much more.
For me, the connection was instant. Once I had it, I never wanted to let it go. But, as was my pattern, I ruined it and didn’t have a choice to keep it. If I wanted this kind of love—this level of happiness—I had to be worthy of it. I had to change, and I would. I just hoped I wouldn’t lose him in the process.
I didn’t realize how lost I was until I was found, and that realization changed everything.
Ellie Wade resides in southwest Michigan with her husband, three young children, and two dogs. She has a Master’s degree in education from Eastern Michigan University and is a huge University of Michigan sports fan. She loves the beauty of her home state, especially the lakes and the gorgeous autumn weather. When she is not writing, you will find her reading, snuggled up with her kids, or spending time with family and friends. She loves traveling and exploring new places with her family.
I fell in love with Station 12 in Fragment! I remember the day Ellie told me she was going to write Boss and Lexi’s story, I literally fan girl squealed in the middle of a meeting(don’t text when you should be listening to a presentation lol) I knew when she wrote this book it was going to be AMAZING and she didn’t disappoint! Boss is everything I dreamed he would be!! He’s so sweet and funny and fiercely protective of his people. I’m swooning even now just thinking of him in Found. I was a little cautious about loving Lexi because I definitely was annoyed with her in Fragment but per the norm, Ellie writes on hell of a story and I was so obsessed with them as a couple I couldn’t quit reading! I’m so sad the book is over but I can’t freaking wait for what’s to come next with The Heroes of Fire Station 12!!!!
Second chances and redemption stories I am a sucker for. Lexi was a tough character and I wasn’t quite sure how to take her. Everyone deserves a chance and her and Boss needed one another. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I enjoyed their story and look forward to reading even more by this author.
After all these years, I wasn’t sure after reading Fragment that Lexi could redeem herself. I was so annoyed with her in Fragment that I wasn’t sure if she could be. But what we get is a story of a lost girl that grows up and has no clue what to do with life or how to navigate it. A girl who is trying to find herself. She thought she had it when she met Tony aka Boss. But through a series of events, she sabotages herself. What I lived for with this story is seeing the growth of Lexi. How much she tried to better herself and she found that she was a better person with Tony. Their connection was intense right from the gate and my heart hurt for both of them through their ups and downs but it is hard to not love them together. He makes her want to be better and it was really beautiful to read. Overall, this is a great extension of Fragment and seeing how things played out between these two as we only got a glimpse of them in that book, was magic. This is a stunning story of finding love when you least expect it, fighting for that love and finally being Found.
Every mean girl needs a come back story and Lexi was in desperate need of some serious help. If you read Fragment you know what an awful friend she was to Cam. Self absorbed, spoiled, mean with no filter. Lexi is proof that you can have it all and still not be fulfilled in life and love. All of that changes when she spends a week with Boss.
Boss isn't looking for anything serious when he meets Lexi and she assures him that she is a sure thing. What neither one of them expects to find is love. These two have chemistry off the charts. Boss is such an alpha male and Lexi is here for it.
This is a story about love, friendship, self growth and most importantly forgiveness. We watch Lexi transform from the girl who has everything to the girl who is at risk of losing it all. Bravo Ellie for giving Lexi the redemption story she needed.
So to be honest, I didn’t like Lexi at first. But I do love a good redemption story so of course I picked up this one by Ellie. Tony was the perfect balance for her and everything she needed. I can’t wait to get more stories from the Fragment world.
