first of all... why did i bother to finish this book? idk!
I was so dissapointed!! Karen is pathetic. Seriously!! A 40 y/o woman with 2 teenagers falls in love with her new rock star neighbor. She follows him like a puppy while he goes on tour. She catches him with a groupie in his hotel room and runs but he stops her and tells her that he loves her and that's it... ok let's go back to the hotel room!! Then he even slaps her...WHAT THE EFF? Great concept, great voice, bad execution.

The point of an asshole alpha hero is the amount of groveling he has to do. No groveling and there were insecure, impressionable teenagers mixed up in his assholishness.

This was another of those stories where I just wanted to slap the female lead. Seriously. Thank goodness this was a free read!

I started reading this book with high expectations, but very soon I got disappointed. I cannot give it more than 3 stars, mainly because the book is packed with such a big amount of typos that the reading is difficult at some points. Another thing that confused me was that Karen, the main female protagonist, is taller or shorter along the book. Sometimes she is tall, and some other times she seems to be short.
