Getting this book was pure chance: I just had an unpleasant experience with my boss and was actually mailing an application letter to a rival company. On my way back home, I spotted this book on sale. I grabbed the book and bought it on a whim. In my case, it helped: I sorted out what and how I felt about my boss, and avoided plunging headlong to a decision made rashly and without much thought. Miss King presents various "monster" bosses, giving the reader options to choose which monster boss to tackle and "overcome". I must say it was fun reading it, and it has nuggets of wisdom to learn from. So, go and face your monsters!
