Follow Elijah on his epic journey through the four elements. In volume two, discover how Elijah is called to become both Fire and Wind. Love takes over his heart and he seeks to become completely aligned to his Beloved.
Even better than the first one! I got to love Elijah through these books, it is beautifully written. Made me cry a couple of times too. Highly highly recommend!
I felt many emotions while reading the second book in the elements series but the main one was genuine awe. It’s really hard in this day and age to give up everything, pick up your cross and walk with God but that’s exactly what Elijah did.
From running around the streets of Ottawa and handing out roses to people like a lunatic, to creating a safe haven for ex-prostitues, taking the blame for someone else’s crime and using that to minister in prison and finally to bringing youth back to church, Elijah is the picture of modern day ministry.
What struck me the most about Elijah was his genuine lack of care to what people around him thought. As someone who is trying to unlearn seeking validation from others, seeing Elijah be so free and not care about what people thought of him and instead caring that God knows his heart was beautiful and freeing to read about. I would 10/10 recommend this book series and can’t wait to read more by this author!

This, as well as the first book, was deeply life changing. I can’t say that about any other book I’ve read. It makes sense why the author is anonymous. The amount of wisdom personified in not only the main character, but many of the others, was like spring water to my soul. Beauty. Wisdom. Depth. Fullness. Meaning.
Even if you don’t believe in God or care too much about religion, this book can explain who the Christian God is through Elijah. If you find earth and water a little slow, I promise you that fire and wind picks up and leaves you electrified.
No words can describe the beauty of this novel. I don't know how this man topped the first book, but he certainly did. A fitting sequel. Full of emotion. Full of wisdom. Life. Changing.
fantastic content, so much wisdom and truth embedded that leaves me feeling so joyful and at peace with every chapter! not an eloquent or professional writer though.
